trict, Morrow County State of
Oregon, to discuss the budget
for the fiscal year July 1,2007
- to June 30, 2008 will be held
the Boardman Fire Hall, 300
SW Wilson Lane, Boardman,
Oregon. The meeting will take
place on the 31st day of May
2007 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose
of the meeting is to receive the
budget message and to receive
comment from the public on the
budget. A copy of the budget
document may be inspected or
obtained on or after the 26th
day of May, at 300 SW Wil
son Lane, between the hours of
9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
This is a public meeting
where deliberation of the Bud
get Committee will take place.

2007-08 fiscal year.

• Healthy, Thriving Children;
• Healthy Thriving Youth;
• Caring Communities.
All proposals must meet the
essential components for a Best
Practices program. Accepted
proposals w ill only be
approved for one year contracts
with an option to renew for an
additional year if all contract
terms are met or exceeded and
is in the best interest of the
county to do renew.

The week of May 7-10 the sixth graders from lone and Heppner
experienced outdoor school at Tupper. The students are joined

counselors from the high school. The week is filled with classes
about weather, trees, soil, maps, water quality and water life,
and survival. Each day of outdoor school is ended with campfire
that involves a lot singing and dancing. There is a lot of singing
and dancing throughout the day. The weather was perfect for
the campers and the week was a successful, fun learning
