Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office reports han dling the following business: April 2: -Boardman Police Dept, officer cited Isidro Armenia Mendoza, 38, for violation of the speed limit, 44 mph in a 30 mph zone. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer arrested Oscar Hernandez, 38, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for failure to pay fine/DUII. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -Boardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that someone broke into a trailer during the night. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited a female ju v e n ile for d riving uninsured. April 5: -M C SO deputy cited a male juvenile for possession of less than one oz. marijuana, and cited Guillermo Calvillo Rosas, 20, for driving uninsured and possession of less than one oz. marijuana. -MCSO received a report from a caller on 1-84 of an elderly female with a cane on the interstate. It was determined to be a female subject w ith a backpack hitchhiking. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Irrigon; the caller believes there are three subjects casing her house. The caller believed they had stolen from her before. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman of a brush fire on the side o f the road underneath the freeway. It was determ ined to be an O D O T c o n tro lle d burn under a bridge. -MCSO received a report from a c a lle r in Heppner of a jeep and the driver leaves his dog in the vehicle regardless o f the weather. It was requested a deputy watch for the vehicle. -MCSO deputy cited Ana Maria Mendoza Tapia, 29, for violation of the basic rule, 68 mph in a 55 mph zone and unsafe passing. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a ju v enile beating up another male. A juvenile m ale was placed into custody for Assault IV and Crim inal Trespass I, and lodged at N O RCO R juvenile. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman that his cow dog was missing. (The owner was contacted the next day and the owner advised he just found out that his dog had been struck and killed by a n e ig h b o r’s vehicle yesterday. The dog was old and hard of hearing and was out in the road.) -MCSO received a request for a welfare check from a caller in Irrigon. The caller had been trying to reach a subject but the phone had been busy for hours. It was advised a female subject had just been released from jail. It was determined all was okay; a male subject ad v ised that the fem ale subject was out of jail. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon of a big argument and fight in a store. There were several w itnesses still inside the store. -MCSO received a report from the Stanfield Police Dept, that Chaunsey Lynn Allan, 36, was arrested on an Heppner Justice Court warrant for failure to pay fine/driving while license suspended. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a verbal d o m estic disturbance between a male subject and a female subject. -B oardm an Police D ept. o ffice r cited Chanthone Sitthideth. 54, for violation of the basic rule- posted school zone, 30 mph in a 20 mph zone. -Boardm an Police Dept, cited Luis A lberto Altamirano Martir, 27, for no operator’s license and failure to carry and unlaw ful o p eratio n o f vehicle. The vehicle was impounded. -Boardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of a vehicle with a subject in cuffs and belly chains. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited Manuel Luis Alcantara Esquivel, 30, for illegal window tinting. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited a female subject for seatbelt violation x2. -Heppner ambulance received a report from a caller in Heppner of an 88 year old having difficulty breathing. The patient was tra n sp o rte d to P ioneer M em orial H ospital in Heppner. -Irrigon Fire Dept., Irrigon ambulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon of a fire in her back yard. April 6: -M CSO received a report from a caller in Lexington that she was being harassed by a male subject via the telephone. -MCSO, lone Fire Dept, received a report of a vehicle upside-dow n on H ighw ay 74. It was not blocking traffic and there was no one around the vehicle. It was determined the driver was taken to the hospital by private vehicle. -MCSO deputy cited a m ale ju v e n ile for No O p e ra to r’s L icense and Failure to Maintain Lane. -MCSO received a report from a c a lle r in Boardman of two vehicles driving recklessly on the public access road through a farm. -MCSO received a report from the Oregon State Police that a male subject was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Giving False Information to a Peace Officer. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a report from a c a lle r in Lexington of a herd of dairy cow s out loose by the airport. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Lexington that her soon-to- be ex-husband would not let her into the house to get her property. A deputy contact was requested. -MCSO received a report from a caller on the 53 Road east of the 53/21 Road junction that they were stu ck in the snow. The subjects were located by the MCSO Search and Rescue. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in H ep p n er o f a fight in progress between two males. A juvenile male was cited for MIP. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a tre sp a sse r on his property. It was determined the subject was not on the caller’s property. -B oardm an Police Dept, received a request for an area check for the B oardm an M arina. It ap p ears som eone was working on a sailboat. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer cited Fermín M artinez D ircio, 21, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 47 mph in a 30 mph zone. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer cited Alberto Munoz M artinez, 35, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 47 mph in a 30 mph zone. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer cited a female subject for Violation of the Speed Limit, 47 mph in a 30 mph zone. -B oardm an Police D ept. o ffic e r cited Magdalena Flores Calix 50, for Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was towed. -B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that machinery was started up at RDO. It was determined to be an employee that started up the equipment. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer cited a male juvenile for Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance. B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of a possible drunk driver. An officer stopped the vehicle. Austin Michael Bissonette, 22, was arrested for DUII and released to appear. The vehicle was impounded. Apr. 7: -M C SO assisted BPD with a shed being pried open. Someone was inside the building. -MCSO received a report that the re p o rte r’s daughter was up and saw a male looking in the window at the door.
