County Jail.

during the night.

for possession of less than
one oz. marijuana, and cited
Guillermo Calvillo Rosas,
20, for driving uninsured and
possession of less than one
oz. marijuana.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller on 1-84
of an elderly female with a
cane on the interstate. It was
determined to be a female
subject w ith a backpack
hitchhiking.
-MCSO received a
request for a deputy contact
from a caller in Irrigon; the
caller believes there are three
subjects casing her house.
The caller believed they had
stolen from her before.
-MCSO received a

Boardman of a brush fire on
the side o f the road
underneath the freeway. It
was determ ined to be an

under a bridge.
-MCSO received a
report from a c a lle r in
Heppner of a jeep and the
driver leaves his dog in the
vehicle regardless o f the
weather. It was requested a
deputy watch for the vehicle.
-MCSO deputy cited
Ana Maria Mendoza Tapia,
29, for violation of the basic
rule, 68 mph in a 55 mph
zone and unsafe passing.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
o f a ju v enile beating up
another male. A juvenile
m ale was placed into
custody for Assault IV and
Crim inal Trespass I, and
lodged

-MCSO received a
rep o rt from a c a lle r in
Boardman that his cow dog
was missing. (The owner
was contacted the next day
and the owner advised he
just found out that his dog
had been struck and killed by
a n e ig h b o r’s vehicle
yesterday. The dog was old
and hard of hearing and was
out in the road.)
-MCSO received a
request for a welfare check
from a caller in Irrigon. The
caller had been trying to
reach a subject but the phone
had been busy for hours. It
was advised a female subject
had just been released from
jail. It was determined all
was okay; a male subject
ad v ised that the fem ale
subject was out of jail.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
of a big argument and fight
in a store. There were several
w itnesses still inside the
store.
-MCSO received a
report from the Stanfield
Police Dept, that Chaunsey
Lynn Allan, 36, was arrested
on an Heppner Justice Court
warrant for failure to pay
fine/driving while license
suspended. He was lodged at
the Umatilla County Jail.

was being harassed by a male
subject via the telephone.

vehicle. It was determined
the driver was taken to the
hospital by private vehicle.
