Sheriff's Report *one A m erican L egion hosts birthday dinner H » * The Morrow County Sheriff's Office reports han dling the following business: M a r. 10: -M C SO received a report from a male subject in lone stating that his neighbor’s vehicle was m issing from their residence. The owners of the v ehicle w ere in San Francisco. Vehicle is a white 2004 Pontiac Aztec. Reporter was not sure of the numbers. Right front blinker is broken. Deputy made contact with the owners. They did not want the vehicle listed as stolen at that time. Owners believed their daughter had the vehicle. Owner will call hack in a couple of days if vehicle was determined to be stolen. -MCSO received a report from a deputy out with a white vehicle with three male occupants inside. There were firearms inside the vehicle. Vehicle left the area. Deputy was going to attempt to find out of the o w n er of the gravel pit during the week. -MCSO was notified that Oregon State Poliee- Ontario had arrested Rusty Jake R odriguez, 40, on M orrow C ounty C ircuit Court Warrant for probation violation/possession of a controlled substance. No bail warrant. The subject was lodged at Malheur Co. Jail. -M C SO issued a cita tio n to Steven Ray White, 20, for failure to renew re g istra tio n and failure to carry p ro o f insurance. Consent to search vehicle was denied. -M C SO arrested Brian Michael Gutierrez, 21. on U m atilla Co. Circuit Court for failure to appears/ PC S-M eth and false information. He was also arrested on Umatilla Co. Circuit Court for failure to appear. He was also arrested on Lincoln County Circuit Court. W'arrant for menacing x3 and reckless endangering an o th er x3. Lodged at Umatilla Co. Jail with no local charges. -MCSO received a report from a female subject who believed there was a grass fire behind her resid en ce. Fire was a controlled burn. -M C SO issued a c itatio n to Bryce Alan Liabraaten, 21, for violation of the basic rule by going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO arrested a 28-year-old male for Assault IV, Reckless Endangerment, Strangulation, and UEMV. -M C SO issued a c itatio n to David Lee B alderston. 39, for maintaining a dog as a public nuisance. -MCSO received a report of juveniles putting a bag of feces at the door to C.D’s. -MCSO received a report that five or six ju v e n ile s were at the Christian Life Center. The juveniles were picking up rocks and hitting a sign at the center. -B PD assisted MCSO with a vehicle that had three males inside that had firearms. The lone American Legion Auxiliary Unit # 95 hosted the annual Legion birthday dinner to recognize the post for 88 years of service to the lone co m m unity. A deputy called the suspect and left message advising not to make any further calls or the reporter would be pressing charges. -MCSO received a report from Protection One that rep o rted a G eneral Burglary Alarm from Kegler Market in Boardman. -MCSO received a report about a door open at Destination Detail. The subjects had help come from Umatilla. -MCSO received a report that a reporter’s dog was hurt by other dogs in the neighborhood. M a r. 12: -B PD arrested Denise Peterson, 36. for Probation Violation and furnishing alcohol to a person under 21 years of age. -BPD and Boardman Ambulance assisted a 50- year-old male who had fallen and was unknown if he had any injuries.
