received a report from a
male subject in lone stating
that his neighbor’s vehicle
was m issing from their
residence. The owners of the
v ehicle w ere in San
Francisco. Vehicle is a white
2004
Pontiac
Aztec.
Reporter was not sure of the
numbers. Right front blinker
is broken. Deputy made
contact with the owners.
They did not want the
vehicle listed as stolen at that
time. Owners believed their
daughter had the vehicle.
Owner will call hack in a
couple of days if vehicle was
determined to be stolen.
-MCSO received a
report from a deputy out
with a white vehicle with
three male occupants inside.
There were firearms inside
the vehicle. Vehicle left the
area. Deputy was going to
attempt to find out of the
o w n er of the gravel pit
during the week.
-MCSO was notified
that Oregon State Poliee-
Ontario had arrested Rusty
Jake R odriguez, 40, on

Court Warrant for probation
violation/possession of a
controlled substance. No bail
warrant. The subject was
lodged at Malheur Co. Jail.
