The vehicle had broken down and contact was made with a family member. -MCSO received a report of a drive-off that occurred at the Lexington Shell. The male subject said he was going to pay and then never showed up. -M C SO a ssisted Heppner Ambulance with an 88-year-old male who was vomiting and could not get up. -MCSO received a request for information on ab an d o n ed v eh icles. A subject had heard the law had changed and he would like contact. -MCSO received a report that a trailer flipped over on Hwy. 395, South of Pilot Rock. -MCSO lodged Bill D .W illiam s at U m atilla C ounty Jail for probable cause charges of UUMV, Theft II, Burglary II and Identity Theft. The reporter also advised that there was no speed sign on F ro n tag e R oad in Hermiston. -MCSO received a report from the Boardman Fire Chief that a white ear had its hood up. -MCSO received a report about a horse running on the freeway. -M C SO issu ed a c ita tio n to B randy Jean Rytting, 30, for driving while su sp en d ed , d riv in g uninsured and failing to drive within the right lane. -M C SO receiv ed request for help regarding the reporter's kids locking the keys in the car. -M C SO arrested V icente D iego, 42, for driving while suspended, driving uninsured and for driving under the influence. -MCSO received a report about a driver in a green SUV w ho is intoxicated and left the rest area in Boardman at a high rate of speed and cut off a truck. Nov. 22: -M C SO received a report about an incoherent fem ale at the re p o rte r's resid en ce reporting a problem across o f the stre et. lrrig o n Ambulance responded and transported to the hospital. -M C SO issu ed a cita tio n to Jose A lberto Pena-Guardian, 20, for no operating license and for violating the speed limit, going 90 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M C SO issu ed a citation to Kenneth Wayne McGuffey, 66, for violating the basic rule for going 78 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO and BPD received a report about a verbal domestic dispute in Boardman between a male and female. -MCSO was advised by UCJ that Brent Chester P arad iso , 35, had been arrested on a Parole and P ro b atio n D etention Warrant. -MCSO received a request from the principal at the Heppner Elementary for extra patrol in the morning right before school starts. He advised that vehicles were going through the area at a high rate of speed. -M C SO issu ed a citation to N avividad E. C o n tre ra s, 29, for no operating license. -M C SO arrested O rlando Salazar, 19, for disorderly conduct. -M CSO arrested a juvenile male for disorderly conduct. -MCSO received a rep o rt about a th eft of p re sc rip tio n d ru g s that happened about a month ago. -MCSO received a report that a male subject was harassing the female reporter by taking pictures of her residence in lrrigon. The fem ale requested deputy contact. -MCSO received a rep o rt that ad v ised the rep o rter's neighbors kept trespassing on his property at first with 4-wheelers and then with vehicles. -M CSO responded to an alarm at the north en tran ce o f the M orrow C ounty School D istrict building in Lexington that went off. The building was secure and there was no evidence of entrance. -M C SO and BPD received a report that shots were heard from a residence in lrrigon. -M C SO issu ed a citatio n to Felix Pulido- Cervantes, 33, for going 73 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M CSO issued a citation to Sara Ann Routt, 28, for going 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO issued a c ita tio n to C esar E liez Gavino, 45, for going 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO arrested Jimmy L. Campbell, 39, for failing to pay fine for failing to appear. -MCSO received a rep o rt that th ere was a vehicle on the side of the road that had no lights on and there was a male sitting inside. The reporter later heard noise out by his shop in B oardm an and was suspicious that there was a trespass in progress. -B PD re ceiv ed a request for an ambulance reg ard in g a 6 8 -y ear-o ld female who had chest pains. The female’s skin was pale and moist and she had a history of heart problems. B oardm an A m bulance responded. -B PD issued a citation to Patricia Elaine Fox. 62, for violating the speed limit by going 83 mph in a 65 mph. -lrrigon Ambulance assisted the reporter's 12- year-old grandson who was having a seizure.
