Houghton in Irrigon regarding a phone call that w as co n cern ed ab o u t a juvenile. The employee was not able to give out inform ation to the caller because she was not on the emergency contact list. The employee advised the caller sounded very concerned about the juvenile. -MCSO received a report that the reporter let a female subject borrow her car and later retrieved the vehicle from her because the su b ject did not have a driver's license and had been drinking and driving and the reporter did not want to be held responsible. -MCSO received a request for contact with the o w n e r's o f a co n stan t barking dog. -M C SO issued a cita tio n to Tanya Renee Sorensen. 31, for failing to obey traffic control device. -M C SO issued a citation to Lenard David A b ercro m b ie, 49, for violating the basic rule by going 61 mph in a 35 mph zone. -MCSO received a report about a llama out in Irrigon. The reserve chased the llam a back onto the property and contacted the owner. -M C SO issued a c ita tio n to E nrique Hernandez, 26, for Placing O ffen siv e S ubstance on highways and for Criminal Trespass II. -M C SO issued a citation to Ruben G arcia Vela. 31. for Placing O ffen siv e S u b stan ce on highways and for Criminal Trespass II. -MCSO received a report that a female reporter in Boardman reported that a blue M ini C o o p er was attempting to run her off the road. -M C SO issued a c ita tio n to R ollin Ray Bradfield, 36, for driving while suspended and driving without insurance. -MCSO received a report that Umatilla Police Department arrested Jessica B. Fitzgerald, 21. for failing to pay fine for driving under the influence. -M C SO issued a citation to David Lee Searle, 25. for d riv in g w hile su sp en d ed and d riv in g without insurance. -M C SO issu ed a citation to Jeremy William Laib, 29, for violating the basic rule going 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report from a re p o rte r advising he saw a pickup acting suspiciously, putting its lights on and off, and then driving off at a high rate of speed. -B oardm an Police D ept., B oardm an Ambulance received a report from a caller in Boardman of a female w ith chest and back pain who had vomited and passed out earlier. - B o a r d m a n ambulance received a report from a caller in Boardman that a su b jec t had a headache. The caller stated they would take the subject in with their own vehicle. N ov. 15: -M C SO d eputy cite d Amy Lynn Schulties, 37, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 87 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman that he loaned his pickup to a friend and the friend left it at one of the rest areas west of Boardman. He wanted to pick it up, but didn't know if it was still there. A deputy checked the rest areas and was unable to locate the pickup. -P o rtla n d Police Dept, advised that they had arrested Jerem y W illiam Garcia, 28. on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for F ailu re to A p p ear/ Possession of Less than One Oz. Marijuana. Garcia was lodged at the M ultnomah County Jail. -M C SO deputy arrested a male subject on an Irrig o n Ju stic e C ourt w arran t for F ailu re to A p p ear/D ri ving w hile L icense S uspended, and arrested on Probable Cause charges o f G iving False In fo rm atio n to a P olice Officer x2. He was also cited for Driving while License Suspended-Violation. -MCSO received a rep o rt from the C ity o f Heppner Public Works that the park on Main Street was closed until Thursday due to high w inds. A deputy roped off the area around the park. -MCSO received a relayed report from a caller in Boardman of telephone h arassm en t. The c a lle r wanted a deputy contact. -MCSO received a report of multiple cows out on F ranklin G rade. The ow ner was contacted and they would get them off the road. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r on H ighw ay 74 that she follow ed a vehicle from Hermiston that was traveling about 90 mph. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Heppner of a burglary that occurred within the last two weeks. Pain pills were taken from a dresser drawer in a bedroom. The caller was not sure if anything else had been taken. -MCSO received a request from a c aller in Heppner for an extra patrol on M organ S treet for speeding vehicles going in excess of 50 mph. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone of a suspicious phone call; Dish network called her and gave her her own Social Security number and then asked for her eredit card number. -B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that a pickup b ack ed into the caller’s vehicle and then left. The incident occurred at the Boardman Pharmacy. -B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller at Morrow County B eh av io ral H ealth in Boardman that they were looking for a subject that left their office earlier; they were concerned for the subject's safety as she was disoriented. A counselor was looking for her. -B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller on 1-84 westbound of an animal in a cage in the middle of the freeway. -B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that when he got home his house lights were on and the door was open. His mother was at a c lass. O ffice rs responded. -B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Irrigon that two unw anted male su b jects were at her daughter's home. Both m ales w ere intoxicated. Shawn Michael Chandler, 28, was arrested on a D o u g las C ounty Sheriff's Office warrant and lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. - B o a r d m a n ambulance received a report from a caller in Boardman of a 63-year-old male who was unresponsive, was breathing hard, and had a seizure. The patient was transported to G ood Shepherd M edical Center in Hermiston.
