dling the follow ing business:
Nov. 14: -M C SO
received an animal complaint
about a pack of dogs that
w ere on the re p o rte r's
property in Boardntan that
were attacking her horses.
-MCSO received a
report that someone drove
their vehicle onto the grass
at the M orrow C ounty
Fairgrounds in Heppner and
tore the grass up.
-MCSO received a
request from Irrigon High
School for deputy contact
regarding a student who is
supposed to be registered as
a sex offender, but is not.
-MCSO received a
report from an employee at
A.C. Houghton in Irrigon
regarding a phone call that
w as co n cern ed ab o u t a
juvenile. The employee was
not able to give out
inform ation to the caller
because she was not on the
emergency contact list. The
employee advised the caller
sounded very concerned
about the juvenile.
-MCSO received a
report that the reporter let a
female subject borrow her
car and later retrieved the
vehicle from her because the
su b ject did not have a
driver's license and had been
drinking and driving and the
reporter did not want to be
held responsible.

request for contact with the
o w n e r's o f a co n stan t
barking dog.

Sorensen. 31, for failing to
obey traffic control device.

going 61 mph in a 35 mph
zone.

Irrigon. The reserve chased
the llam a back onto the
property and contacted the
owner.

basic rule going 75 mph in a
55 mph zone.

advising he saw a pickup
acting suspiciously, putting
its lights on and off, and then
driving off at a high rate of
speed.

a female w ith chest and back
pain who had vomited and
passed out earlier.

from a caller in Boardman

headache. The caller stated
they would take the subject
in with their own vehicle.

Schulties, 37, for Violation
of the Speed Limit, 87 mph
in a 65 mph zone.
-MCSO received a
rep o rt from a c a lle r in
Boardman that he loaned his
pickup to a friend and the
friend left it at one of the rest
areas west of Boardman. He
wanted to pick it up, but
didn't know if it was still
there. A deputy checked the
rest areas and was unable to
locate the pickup.

the park on Main Street was
closed until Thursday due to
high w inds. A deputy roped
off the area around the park.
-MCSO received a
relayed report from a caller
in Boardman of telephone
h arassm en t. The c a lle r
wanted a deputy contact.
-MCSO received a
report of multiple cows out
on F ranklin G rade. The
ow ner was contacted and
they would get them off the
road.
-MCSO received a
rep o rt from a c a lle r on
H ighw ay 74 that she
follow ed a vehicle from
Hermiston that was traveling
about 90 mph.
-MCSO received a
rep o rt from a c a lle r in
Heppner of a burglary that
occurred within the last two
weeks. Pain pills were taken
from a dresser drawer in a
bedroom. The caller was not
sure if anything else had been
taken.
-MCSO received a
request from a c aller in
Heppner for an extra patrol
on M organ S treet for
speeding vehicles going in
excess of 50 mph.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in lone
of a suspicious phone call;
Dish network called her and
gave her her own Social
Security number and then
asked for her eredit card
number.

Dept, received a report from
a caller in Boardman that a
pickup b ack ed into the
caller’s vehicle and then left.
The incident occurred at the
Boardman Pharmacy.

a caller at Morrow County

Boardman that they were
looking for a subject that left
their office earlier; they were
concerned for the subject's
safety

she
was
disoriented. A counselor was
looking for her.

a caller on 1-84 westbound
of an animal in a cage in the
middle of the freeway.

a caller in Boardman that
when he got home his house
lights were on and the door
was open. His mother was

a caller in Irrigon that two

were at her daughter's home.

County Jail.

from a caller in Boardman of
a 63-year-old male who was
unresponsive, was breathing
hard, and had a seizure. The
patient was transported to
G ood Shepherd M edical
Center in Hermiston.
