Rates have been dropping year after year, and with many fixed-rate loans now at historic low s, the monthly cost of home owner ship is very affordable. C ouple these desirable rates with a moderation of es calating prices and the consid erable numbers of sellers in today's marketplace, home buyers have a wonderful op portunity. Sellers are willing S Y K E S to look at carry hack financ ing. more flexible terms and even price reductions off of initial asking prices in order to move their properties. But this won’t he the case forever, and. as we have seen so many times in the past, the pendulum will swing the oth er way and sellers will enjoy greater bargaining power. Those that buy now will reap the financial rewards when properties start appreciating more rapidly again. Property listings are available at www. sykesrealestate.net 188 W. Willow • P.0.
