Conditional Use Permit CUP-S-232: Edna Mae and Frances Mae Dalzell, applicants and owners. There was damage to a bridge and guardrail. It was unknown if there any in ju ries as the v e h ic le ’s occupants were not there. -M CSO attem pted to locate two juvenile males who were found sleeping on the side of the river by a fisherman. They two were last seen walking down 1-84. It was suspected that one of the juveniles was a runaway out of Pendleton. -MCSO received a rep o rt o f an accid en t between a vehicle and a 4- wheeler in Irrigon. Shawn Michael Chandler, 28, was cite d for D riving w hile Suspended-violation. Failure to M aintain Lane and Operating a Class One ATV on a Highway. When the c aller called the fem ale subject, she hung up the phone. The c a lle r c alled back and advised the male subject pulled over to a residence. -MCSO received a report of several cows out an A nson W right Park. The ow ner was n o tified ; she advised they were in the process of moving the cows. -MCSO deputy cited a male subject for Violation of the Basic Rule, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Heppner that a blue van with several people in it almost hit her. -MCSO deputy cited M elonie J. P itt, 39, for Failure to Use Seatbelt. -MCSO received a report that an elderly male subject possibly fell out of a v eh icle. He was up and returning to the motorhome.
