will hold the following hearings
of public interest on Tuesday,
October 24,2006, at 7:00 p.m.
at the Morrow County School
District Building in Lexington,
Oregon.
Conditional Use Permit

just north of Highway 206, and

The Morrow County
Sheriff’s Office reports han­
dling the following business:
Sept. 27: MCSO
receiv ed a rep o rt that a
vehicle had run off the road
just south of the Bombing
R ange R oad/H w y. 207
junction. There was damage
to a bridge and guardrail. It
was unknown if there any
in ju ries as the v e h ic le ’s
occupants were not there.

to locate two juvenile males
who were found sleeping on
the side of the river by a
fisherman. They two were
last seen walking down 1-84.
It was suspected that one of
the juveniles was a runaway
out of Pendleton.

wheeler in Irrigon. Shawn
Michael Chandler, 28, was
