B oardm an P o lice Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of a vehicle parked underneath an o v e rp a ss in the intersection. A subject was cited for several violations. B o a r d m a n ambulance was standing by at a fo o tb a ll gam e in Boardman. A patient was tra n sp o rte d to G ood Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. Sept. 3: M CSO deputy cited Adam Joseph Maiello, 26, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 94 mph in a 65 mph zone. MCSO deputy cited a male subject for Failure to Use Seat Belt and warned for speeding. M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that someone stole a pickup. The keys were in it and it had a full tank of gasoline. M CSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Heppner that there was a wheelchair in the middle of the football field. The caller didn’t know who it belonged to. M CSO received a report from a caller that a male subject in the Umatilla National Forest had severe injuries. EMS responded as well as AirLife. M CSO, Boardman P olice D ept, receiv ed a re p o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman of music that was too loud. M CSO received a re p o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman that someone cut the fence to his shop and stole a trailer. M CSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman that a subject was back at a residence he was kick ed ou t o f and he is moving things either in or out. M CSO received a hang-up 911 call from a residence in Irrigon. It was determined all was okay and it was a misdial. B oardm an P o lice Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman who could hear a sm all child scream ing loudly, “ Help me,” then nothing. Sept. 4: MCSO deputy cited John Jacob Weaks, 28, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that a married couple was fig h tin g . T hey w ere into x icated . The c a lle r’s husband was also intoxicated and upset. It was a verbal argument only. M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that for the last three days she has heard gunfire coming from the south o f her residence. It was determined to be hunters. M CSO received a report the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office that Michael Guy M cD ougal, 27, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to A p p e ar/D riv in g w hile License Suspended. He was lodged at the D eschutes County Jail. MCSO deputy cited Ivan Akers, 66, for Failure to Use Seat Belt. MCSO deputy cited Renee Lynette Flamma, 47, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 81 mph in a 55 mph zone. MCSO deputy cited Victor Leonardo Jim enez Ventura, 32, for Failure to Use Seat Belt.
