MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon of a possible verbal domestic sit uation. It was determined to not be a domestic problem, the subject was just attempt ing to get his vehicle running. MCSO received a report that a power line crossing the freeway near Boardman was low and the caller worried that a semi-truck going by would rip it off. A deputy checked the situation and advised that if an over-sized vehicle came by the wire would get caught. It was determined to not be a pow er line, but a phone line and Century Tel was contacted. The sheriff’s office had been contacted about the same line a few weeks previous. Century Tel advised the line was not live and took the line dow n w ith the help of ODOT, who closed the free way. MCSO received a report of two juveniles riding bikes without helmets. MCSO arrested Cipri- ano Vera, 52, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Contempt of Court. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. MCSO received a report from Umatilla County Sher iff's Office that Kristina Lou ise Moore, 18, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court w arrant for Grand Jury Indictment/Unlawful Possession of Methamphet- amine. MCSO arrested Amber Leann Wilson, 22, on an Ir rigon Justice Court warrant for Criminal Trespass II. The subject was nine months pregnant and was released on her own recognizance. MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that a “convoy” of sem i trucks were taking up both lanes. MCSO received a report from a caller in Heppner that a guy came out of the school yard zig-zagging down the street. MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that the westbound train was throwing sparks and it was getting worse. MCSO ad vised UPRR of the situation.
