Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, December 14,2005 - FIVE Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff's Office (MCSO) re ports handling the following business: Nov. 29: -M C SO received a report that the state police found a missing vehicle right next to the Pilot Station Hwy 395. Damage was done to the left tire. -MCSO received a report from a deputy who advised seeing two juveniles running. -MCSO received a report that a daughter was hit by her mother. Verbal dispute occurred. -M C SO a rre sted Michelle Ann Stephens, 32, for failing to appear for multiple accounts. -MCSO received a report about a structure fire in a mobile home. Everyone got out o f the house. B oardm an A m bulance assisted. -HA a ssisted a female with chest pains who was sweating. Subject was conscious and breathing fine. Nov. 30: -B PD received a report about a 52- year-old Diabetic male who was u n c o n scio u s, but b reath in g . B oardm an Ambulance assisted subject. -BPD receiv ed a report that someone broke into one of the wire sheds at G&D Electric sometime and took some wire. -B PD re c eiv e d a rep o rt that D ean Laroy Staten, 40, was arrested for Violation of a No Contact Order. -B PD receiv ed a report of a recovered stolen v ehicle. H erm iston PD advised they located the vehicle out of Boardman at the Ridgeway Apartments. T he vehicle was not occupied. -MCSO received a report that D arcie A nne Haselbusch, 31, was issued a citation for not wearing a seatbelt. -MCSO received a report that the reporter had questions regarding a house that had been repossessed and what the old tenants can do. -MCSO received a report that Steven R. Morris, 30, was issued a citation for going 76 mph in a 55 mph. -MCSO received a report that Stephen Rex Jensen Jr., 24, was issued a citation for going 75 mph in a 55 mph. -MCSO received a report that Lazaro Fidel Rodriguez, 35, was issued a citation for failing to use a seatbelt. -MCSO received a rep o rt that M arcy Rose Marsters, 35, was issued a citation for not wearing a seatbelt. -M C SO arrested Juan C arlo s G uzm an Madrigal, 21, for UUMV x2, PCS II, Forgery I, Forgery II, and resisting arrest. -MCSO received a report that Angela Donna Schneider Lepez, 28, was issued a citation for violation of the basic rule. -M C SO receiv ed rep o rts about seein g a v eh icle d riv in g slow ly, possibly casing the area. -MCSO received a report that Andrew Mason, 30, was issued a citation for going 81 mph in a 65 mph. -MCSO received a report that Edgardo Carlos Cornejo, 22, was issued a citation for failing to obey TCD. -H FD receiv ed a report of noxious burning behind the bowling alley. -IA assisted an 84- year-old fem ale who has A lz h e im e r’s. D ec. 3: -M CSO receiv ed a rep o rt that Timothy George Foster, 36, was lodged for probation violation. -MCSO received a rep o rt that a re p o rte r contacted Public Works for water that was coming out of a hydrant. -MCSO received a report that the reporter went to a pawnshop and she saw property that was stolen from her residence last year. -MCSO received a report that Marco Antonio Climaco, 19, was issued a citation for failure to carry proof of insurance. -MCSO received a report that Troy Thom as Hicks, 38, was arrested for DUII. -HA a ssisted an eight-year-old male with serious knee injury. Subject was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital. D ec. 5: -M C SO received a report that an ODOT truck tipped over on Hwy 74. -MCSO received a report that C liffo rd Lee Parker, 21, was arrested on IJC warrant for failure to pay fine for DUII. -MCSO received a report that an abused pot bellied pig is living at an abandoned trailer. Reporter was w illin g to take the animal. -MCSO received a report that the rep o rter’s wife had not returned from taking his son to the Portland Airport. -MCSO received a report of receiving a bad check.
