He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO arrested Fred Gail DeClue, 50, for Violation of a Restraining Order x3. Bail was set at $15,000 and he was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -Boardman PD cited Deborah Lynn Douglass, 39, for Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device. -MCSO cited Daniel A aron G ipe, 20, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. Gipe was also warned for Driving while Suspended- violation. -Boardman PD cited Michael S. Wilson, 28, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 63 mph in a 45 mph zone. Aug. 10: M CSO a rre sted Jam es Scott G allag h er on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving while Suspended. He was brought before the judge and released. -MCSO received a rep o rt from U C SO that Jonathan Crane was arrested on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/MIP He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO cited Efrain Franko for No O perator’s L icen se. A ndrew Scott Gomez was arrested on two UCSO warrants for Failure to Appear/Failure to Appear I and Failure to A ppear/ Theft I, Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle. Gomez was lodged at Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO received a rep o rt from C o lu m b ia County SO that Michael D. Scott, 26, was arrested on a MCSO warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Theft III. Scott was lodged at C olum bia County Jail. Aug. 12: Boardman PD cited Douglas A rthur Davenport, 67, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 91 mph in a 65 mph and D riving Uninsured. -M C SO cited Catalina Labato Lopez, 28, for Failure to Drive in Lane. -MCSO received a report from Hood River that Rachelle Rae Freda, 37, was a rre sted on an M CSO w arran t fo r F ailu re to A ppear/Interfering with a Peace Office and Criminal Mischief II. She was lodged at N orcor w ith no local charges, but later released due to overcrow ding and assigned a new court date. Aug. 13: Boardman PD arrested David Ramirez, 23, for Attempted Assault II, D om estic H arassm en t, Menacing x3 and Disorderly Conduct. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $31,500 bail. -Boardman PD cited Jenny Lynn Ankrum, 33, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. -M C SO cite d H ertado A gulara, 24, for Driving without a Driver’s License. Aug. 14: Boardman PD cited P eter C onw ay Bordwell, Jr., 39, for No Operator’s License. -MCSO cited Stacy Ann Christenson, 20, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 101 mph in a 65 mph zone. -Boardman PD cited James Ray Steelman, 50, for Failure to Report as a Sex O ffen d er and F ailure to R eport C hange of Employment. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with bail of $13,500. -B oardm an cited Moses Ramos Delgado, 39, for No Operator’s License and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. Aug. 15: M CSO receiv ed a rep o rt from Pendleton PD that Karina Chavez, 21, was arrested on an Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Menacing. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail on local charges with holds placed for M orrow County. -MCSO received a report from Salem PD that Amanda Rose Conner, 28, was arrested on a Morrow C ounty C irc u it C ourt warrant. -M C SO cited Mariela Flores Aguilar, 23, for No Operator’s License and Failure to Use Seatbelt x2. -MCSO received a report from Woodburn PD that Roberto Mateo, 42, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to A p p ear/D U II.
