MCSO cited Ramon Rodriquez Sanchez, 34, for Driving Uninsured. MCSO received report of a yellow lab eating a carcass of something on I- 84 Port of Morrow westbound lanes. MCSO received report from a man in Heppner who said his wife was on the property yelling at him. A deputy was requested to remove the subject from the property. MCSO arrested Adonay Geovani Murillo- Arrellano, 22, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Grand Jury indictment for Rape II, Sexual Abuse II and Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor. He was cited and released. MCSO received report that Hermiston Police Department arrested Thomas Charles Waddell, 48, on a Umatilla County S heriff’s Office felony warrant. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with a hold placed for an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driving While Suspended. He was released and cited to appear. MCSO arrested Crystal Irene Glass, 38, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving While Suspended. She was lodged at Umatilla County Jail.
