The purpose of the proposed changes is to incor porate approval criteria for horse events and other related uses into the Rural Residential and Farm Residential Zones. Additionally rodeos, as de fined, will be identified as a conditional use in the EFU and Small Farm (40) Zone. Appro priate definitions will be incor porated to provide guidance to applicants and staff relative to rodeos, horse events and other related uses. Also to be consid ered will be language in the EFU Zone to allow for expan sion or relocation of the Coun ty Fair and Rodeo grounds as the current language appears to be limiting. Criteria 'for the amendment is found in the Morrow County Comprehen sive Plan, MCZO Article 8 Amendments and ORS Chap ter 215.
