There was no one on the line, just heavy static. It was determined to be phone problems. -M CSO cited Adonay Geovani Murillo Arellano, 20, for Failure to Renew Registration. -MCSO received a report o f vandalism at the p lay g ro u n d at H eppner Elementary School. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that a subject was in lone at his home and the subject generally has warrants out on him. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone o f th eft o f anhydrous am m onia from MCGG. There was a funnel left taped to the valve. -MCSO received a report from a c aller in Irrigon that his runaway son had returned home. -MCSO received a report from Mid-Columbia Bus Company that a vehicle was weaving and traveling about 40-45 mph in Irrigon. -MCSO received a report from Huwe’s Video Store that several movies had not been returned for 13 days and the caller would like to report them stolen. -B oardm an PD receiv ed a rep o rt that juveniles were in a vehicle with other juveniles on the hood of the car and the car was a cc eleratin g and braking and throwing them into the dirt. The juveniles were given a warning. -MCSO received a report from a c aller in Irrigon that he heard two shots fired w est o f his residence. Another called advised they heard shots as well. Deputies were unable to locate source. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in Irrigon o f loud music and yelling coming from the end o f the trailer park. Caller w anted the noise turned down. The caller called back and advised that the vehicle left and d ep u ties could disregard the call. May 4: M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that two subjects were at K egler’s Sentry and had knocked over a vending machine and were possibly trying to take the money. K eg ler’s was notified and requested that the owner be contacted in the morning at the store. -M C SO cited Gabino Montes-Ramos, 24, fo r No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Irrig o n that tw o m ale subjects were attem pting entry into a utility truck. -M C SO , Irrigon am b u lan ce receiv ed a request for an ambulance for a 26-year-old female with chest pain and difficulty breathing. The subject was tran sp o rted to G ood Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO cited Hank W etzel, 31, for DUII (narcotics). The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Irrigon that her vehicle went missing sometime after 11 p.m. An attempt to locate was sent out. -MCSO received a report that a subject was driving in Irrigon and the caller believed the subject’s d riv e r’s license was suspended. OSP was notified. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact from a caller in Irrigon regarding her landlord trying to evict her from a trailer on the property. -B oardm an PD receiv ed a req u est for assistance from Pasco PD requesting they check for a subject that has not returned rental property from the Pasco PD jurisdiction and the su b ject’s last know n address was in Boardman. -MCSO received a request for contact from a bu sin ess in H eppner regarding a check that had been w ritten on a bad account. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in Irrigon that his black lab had been attacked by a pitbull. The caller planned to take the lab to the vet after deputy contact. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that she saw her son the previous day in a vehicle with a subject that only has her permit. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Irrigon that there was a theft at his new resid en ce in Irrigon. -Boardman PD and am bulance receiv ed a request for an ambulance at Riverside High School for a 40-year-old male subject who fell and was having difficulty breathing. The subject was transported to G ood Shepherd M edical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO received a report from UCSO that Noe R odriguez, Jr., 19, w as arrested on a M orrow C ounty C irc u it C o u rt w arran t for F ailu re to Appear/Assault 3 and on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for F ailure to A p p e ar/ Unlawful Possession o f a Firearm. -M C SO , U m atilla PD and OSP receiv ed a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Irrigon that a subject had a pipe wrench and a knife in his hand and had passed by the caller residence. -M C SO c ite d Alfonso Chavez Muniz, 45, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone.
