Oregon State Police were notified. -MCSO deputy cited Maria Isabel Mendoza, 36, for Violation of the Basic • Rule, 29 mph in a 20 mph rzone and Failure to Carry -Proof of Insurance. * -MCSO received a hang-up 911 call from a residence in Irrigon. The line 'w as busy on attem p ted recontact. -MCSO received a re p o rt from a c a lle r in Irrigon that his cell phone , was stolen from his vehicle. , -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that a male subject stopped by her residence to report cows out along Highway 207. T he ow ner was contacted and will check the cows. -MCSO received a .request for a deputy contact - at Columbia Middle School «in Irrigon to cite students for arson. Two juveniles were cite d for A rson I and Criminal Mischief II. -MCSO received a relayed report from a caller in B oardm an th a t her husband missing since the day before. The subject was en tered as m issing and Attempt to Locate sent out. -MCSO received a report that Jessie T. Moore, 23, was arre sted on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for F ailure to A p p ear/ Interfering with a Police Officer. Moore was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO deputy cited David Henry Svehaug, 55, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO deputy cited Gwynne E. Hash, 47, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 72 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report of a subject seeing a possible drug deal behind a store. It was determined all was okay. -MCSO received a report from the Hermiston P olice D ept, th at Tony Williams, 43, was arrested on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Failure to Appear and Failure to Pay Fine/Criminal Trespass II. He was cited to appear. A p ril 16: M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that his son w oke up to som eone knocking on his door; it was an unknown male subject. The subject left going in an unknown direction. -MCSO deputy cited Je n n ife r Foley, 23, for V iolation o f the Speed Limit, 85 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO received a rep o rt from U CSO that Brent Lane Cooney, 40, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to A ppear/D riv in g w hile License Suspended. He was lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. -MCSO received a received a request for an o ffice r c o n tact at the B oardm an Shell station regarding a customer unable to pay for services. -MCSO received a report from Union Pacific of a trespasser on a train at B oardm an. U n its were unable to locate anyone. -MCSO received a report from Mid-Columbia Bus Co. that a driver passed a school bus th at was displaying its stoplights. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact from a caller in Boardman regarding motorcycle racing in the area. -M C SO , O regon State P olice receiv ed a report of a doe hit on lower Rhea Creek; the doe was still alive. T he c aller requested authorization to put her down. -MCSO received a report from an employee of the C ity o f H eppner o f fin d in g su itcases and c lo th in g under the foot bridge between the library and the RV park in Heppner. -MCSO received a request for deputy assistance for an interview from DHS at a location in Boardman. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman of motorcycles racing at Kunze and Olsen roads. -MCSO, Boardman P olice D ept, receiv ed a hang-up 911 call from a residence in Boardman. The residence was recontacted. An officer determined all was okay. -MCSO received a hang-up 911 from the Boardman westbound rest area. The phone was busy on call-back. It was determined the phone was off the hook. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Heppner regarding his landlord taking possession of his property illegally. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact from a c aller in N orth Dakota regarding her son. -MCSO received a report of a possible DUII on 1-84 m ilep o st 173. The vehicle was speeding and following too closely. The call was relayed to Oregon State Police. -MCSO cited Diane C alvin M oore, 43, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c aller in Boardman of loud music coming from two houses away. -MCSO deputy cited Adam Wayne Garrett, 25, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 61 mph in a 45 mph zone. -M C SO d ep u ties arrested Luella A. Jones, 31, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Assault IV, and on an UCSO w arrant, and was cited for D riving w hile License Suspended I and No Insurance. She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. The vehicle was impounded. A p ril 17: M CSO deputy advised he found a Ford p ick u p p artially submerged in the Columbia River at the end of Eighth St. in Irrigon on Army Corps of Engineers property. -M C SO deputy a rre sted A braham Juan Reyes, 22, for DUII (BAC R efu sal) and R efusing B re ath a ly z er Test. The vehicle was impounded. -M C SO , O regon State P olice receiv ed a report from a caller o f a female pit bull wandering in and out of traffic on 1-84 westbound milepost 175.5. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Heppner that a vehicle was b lo ck in g his and his neighbor’s driveways. -MCSO received a relayed report from a caller in Irrig o n th at A .C. H oughton E lem entary School was graffitied last night. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Irrigon that her 13-year-old son was out of control and hit and pushed her. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Irrigon that she received an obscene phone call from a male subject. -MCSO received a report from a caller of a couple engaged in sexual activity at the playground at the Irrigon M arina. The couple was asked to leave. -MCSO, Boardman Police D ept, receiv ed a report of a vehicle speeding up and down Kinkade Street in Boardman and spinning out. -MCSO received a report from the Pendleton Police Dept, that Tony R. Page, 37, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant fo r F ailu re to A ppear/ D riving w hile License S uspended. Page was lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. -M C SO deputy arrested a subject for DUII (BAC .13), and cited for D riving w hile L icense Suspended-Infraction and No Insurance. The subject was cited and released to appear. The vehicle was impounded. A p ril 18: M CSO d eputy cited Trac N goc Tran, 21, for Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 83 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO deputy cited Timothy Allen Punzel, 28, fo r E xceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 90 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman that a water line may be broken across the street from the Oregon Trail A pts. It was a broken sprinkler. -MCSO received a request from a c aller in Irrigon for a deputy to pick up a picture left on a bulletin board regarding an incident. -MCSO received a request from a c aller in Irrigon for information on what she could do about four to five dogs th at are attacking her chickens and ru n n in g around her neighborhood. -MCSO received a report from a caller who saw th ree ju v e n ile su b jects breaking w indow s at a residence on Idaho St. -MCSO received a report from a caller who saw a suspicious teenage male at Desert Springs Estates. A deputy was unable to locate the juvenile. -MCSO, Boardman P olice D ept, receiv ed a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Boardman that a Hispanic male urinated in front of her small children. -MCSO deputy cited O rren Ferguson, 49, for V io latio n o f the Speed Limit, 80 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO deputy cited Jose Luis Zaval Juarez, 28, for Violation of the Speed Limit, 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. A p ril 19: M CSO deputy cited Keith Gregory Plyman, 33, for Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO deputy cited Jo d ie C o n teras, 27, for Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 95 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO deputy cited Serefin Zuniga De La Cruz, 35, for D riving w hile L icense Suspended Violation and No Insurance. -MCSO received a report from Umatilla County Jail th at Joseph L orin L aC h ap elle, 47, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Reckless Driving. He was released to appear. -MCSO received a report from a caller at the Irrigon Alternative School that their ESD bus driver was b itten by a dog on Thursday when approaching a door to contact a student. No medical treatment was sought over the weekend. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a c aller in Irrigon regarding the neighbor’s dog chasing her livestock. It is an on-going problem and the c aller has attem p ted to contact the owner. -MCSO received a request for a background check from F ederal Investigations on a female subject. There was no record in the locals. Results were mailed. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a c a lle r reg ard in g q u estio n s in v o lv in g the trailer park he owns. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a c aller at A .C. H oughton E lem entary School in Irrigon regarding a student making a threat to another student. -MCSO received a report from a caller at the Wednesday, July 14,2004 - SEVEN Irrigon Alternative School that tw o m ales were in v o lv ed in a physical altercation; the parties were separated while the caller was on the line. One subject left and was seen walking toward town. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a c a lle r in Irrigon reg ard in g a stalk in g complaint served. -MCSO received a Heppner walk-in request to speak to a deputy regarding a fire hazard in the vacant lot behind her house. -MCSO deputy cited Doug D aniels, 53, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/No Angling License. He was cited and released. -M SO receiv ed a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Heppner regarding scattered garbage from a nearby residence. -M CSO receiv ed two reports of cattle out on Highway 730. A deputy was unable to locate any cattle in the area. -MCSO received a report from UCSO o f a vehicle fire (a pickup on a trailer) on 1-84 milepost 174- 175. UCSO was advised this was out of district; UCSO was going to contact UAD and advise them. -MCSO received a relayed report from a caller in Irrigon of an U n authorized Use o f a Motor Vehicle. The owner lives in El Salvador and lent the vehicle to a friend on Saturday; the friend had not retu rn ed it. The ow ner requested it reported stolen.
