The caller requested an o fficer patrol the area and check for the subject. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a possible D U II. O S P w as en route. C heryl Renee Shippentower, 35, was cited for DUII (B A C . 16). -M C SO cited Sergio J im in e z -V e n tu ra , 23, fo r D riving w hile S usp en d ed / I n f r a c tio n a n d D r iv in g U ninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that som eone got into her hu sb an d ’s truck during the night and took his wallet as well as her sons’ tw o bikes next to the truck. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that her daughter called on her way to work to report a vehicle in the ditch. There was no one around. -M C S O receiv ed a report from M id C olum bia Bus Co. that truck had rolled over on H w y 207 at M P 10. The male was out of the vehicle and there was no injury but he requested a tow. -M C S O receiv ed a request that inform ation on a complaint be forwarded to the Code Enforcement Deputy. A c a ll e r fro m I rr ig o n h a d reported that the property next d o o r w as being used as a scrap yard and the owner was draining oil and antifreeze and burying it with a backhoe. The Planning Department was also advised. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that a fem ale subject w as wandering through yards and looked confused. -M C SO receiv ed a report o f a vehicle at the 1-84 Boardm an exit that appeared to be unable to maintain lane. -M C S O a r r e s te d Trinette Raechel Hill, 42, of a ClaLskanie County Municipal warrant for Failure to Appear/ A ssault IV. There w ere no local charges and the subject was lodge at Umatilla County Jail. -M C SO cited Niw a S u n sh in e G o d b y , 29, fo r Violation of the Basic Rule, 52 mph in a 35 mph zone. -M CSO cited Andrea C hairez, 21, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 42 m ph in a 25 mph zone. -M C S O c ite d R ic h a rd C a n a le s , 54, fo r Violation of the Basic Rule, 81 m ph in a 55 mph zone, No O p e r a t o r ’s L ic e n s e a n d Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O c ite d E ric S e b a stia n S h av er, 27, for D riving w hile S uspended- violation. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that her boyfriend tried to kill them by attem pting to wreck their vehicle. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that a w indow w as broken in his vehicle. -M C S O c ite d a subject for V iolation o f the Basic Rule, 76 m ph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO receiv ed a request for an M SR for AOD DHS. -M C S O c ite d Edw ard O rlovsk Jr., 50, for Driving while Suspended and No Insurance. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that his n e ig h b o r’s dog is barking continuously. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that three suspicious teenage m ales were running from the trailer park. D eputies were unable to locate the subjects. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a one-vehicle accident on the Port of Morrow eastbound o ff ram p on 1-84. There were tw o adults and one baby. It was unknow n if there were in ju r ie s . T h e re w a s no entrapm ent. C arlos Ernesto Guendulein, 32, was cited for Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. March 19: M CSO , UPD, OSP, arrested Ruben Tamayo Moreno, 27, on three U C SO w arrants, at B ake’s Motel in Irrigon. The subject had local charges. Possession o f a C ontrolled Substance II and was lodged at UCJ with a hold placed for USCO. -M C S O c ite d D ale Glenn Miller, 41, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C S O receiv ed a report from UCSO that Craig M ichael W orkm an, 22, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice C ourt w arrant for Failure to Appear/Criminal Trespass II. There w ere no local charges and the subject was cited and released. -M C S O receiv ed a r e p o r t o f an o v e r tu r n e d fertilizer truck at the com er of B om bing Range Road and Hwy 730. It was a non-injury accident but was blocking the ro a d . T h e c o u n ty ro a d departm ent was notified as well as Boardman Fire. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a w elfare check from a caller in Irrigon for her children. The caller thought her husband m ight possibly be violating his restraining order. M C S O re c e iv e d a request for deputy contact from DH S at a resident in Irrigon to arrest a subject with a w arrant and standby while DHS investigates the hom e situ a tio n . T erren ce A lco tt Wilson, 28, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Parole Violation/ Possession o f a C ontrolled Substance, C-felony, and for Parole Violation/Sex Abuse II. He was also arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Theft III. He was also arrested on three U m atilla C ounty w arrants. Wilson was lodged at UCJ. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a vehicle trespassing at Potlatch. The caller did not want contact. -M C S O receiv ed a 911 hang-up call from Irrigon. O n c a ll b a c k , a fe m a le answ ered the phone and was c ry in g . It w a s a v e rb a l argum ent and the fem ale left the residence. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that he received a suspicious phone call. -M C S O receiv ed a report from Payette C ounty the G regory H ow ard Bybee, 36, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant fo r F a ilu r e to A p p e a r / Possession o f less than One O u n c e o f M a riju a n a and F a ilu r e to A p p e a r/ M anufacture o f a C ontrolled Substance, Criminal Trespass- 3, C rim inal M ischief-3 and T h e ft-3 . T he su b je c t w as lodged at Payette County Jail, with possible local charges. -M C S O receiv ed a 911 h a n g -u p c a ll fro m a residence in B oardm an. A juvenile advised that they were playing with the phone. -M C S O receiv ed a request for deputy contact at Pioneer M em orial H ospital regarding a m ale w ho was accidentally shot w hile bird hunting. - B o a rd m a n PD received a request for contact regarding problem s with the caller’s daughter. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t o f an a s s a u lt in Heppner. A juvenile subject was taken into custody for A ssault IV D om estic. The juvenile was lodged at Norcor Juvenile. -M C SO cited Derrell Layne Cagle, 65, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C S O receiv ed a request for extra patrol in the vicinity o f C enter St., from a c a ll e r in H e p p n e r. Skateboarders are playing at T he C hevron and Bank o f Eastern O regon m aking a lot of noise. -M C S O c ite d a subject for N o O p e ra to r’s License and No Insurance. 9 March 20: M C S O received a report from a caller in Irrigon th at he and his d a u g h te r h a d r e c e iv e d harassing phone calls from a male subject in Umatilla. - B o a rd m a n PD o f f ic e r c ite d J u a n A v ila Jimenez. 36, for No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. -M C SO deputy cited Soledad Leon Lopez, 32, for No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O , UCSO received a report from a caller in E c h o w h o r e q u e s te d contact with UCSO regarding a restraining order against his e x -w if e w h o h a s b e e n f o llo w in g h im w ith h e r boyfriend and threatened to bum his house in Pendleton. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner w h o re p o rte d h is p ic k u p stolen. It was determ ined the vehicle had been sold, not stolen. -M CSO. Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report from a caller in Irrigon who reported the n eighbor’s shed on fire. The fire determined to be out; the deputy requested the fire dept, respond, as it looked suspicious. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy stand by from a caller in Irrigon so he could retrieve his possessions. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller of a pickup driving fast around D esert Springs Estates. T he pickup left the location and the caller would call back if the vehicle cam e back. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that sometime during the week his toolbox was stolen from his pickup. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact fro m a c a lle r in Irr ig o n regarding being harassed. - M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a relayed report from the H erm iston Police D ept, o f a possible g a n g f ig h t a t th e n ew elem entary school in Irrigon. Possibly 13 young males were involved, some with baseball bats. U nits w ere unable to locate anyone. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a brush fire behind DHS in Boardman.
