Units found a door open and performed a search. All was okay although the building was unsecured. -MCSO, Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance in Boardman for a four month old with a high fever. The patient was trans ported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -B oardm an Police Dept, officers cited Ileen Ramirez Espinosa, 21, for Driving while License Sus pended and No Insurance. The vehicle was towed. -MCSO deputy cited a subject for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 79 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO , H eppner ambulance, lone EMTs re ceived a request for an ambu lance in lone for a male sub ject who was a victim o f an assault and was now having trouble with his eyes. The pa tient was transported to Pio neer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. -B oardm an Police Dept, officers cited Juan Trujillo, 29, for Driving while License Suspended-I and No Insurance. The vehicle was towed. -MCSO received a report from a caller in lone that her mailbox was smashed the night before last. -M C SO , H eppner ambulance, lone EMTs re ceived a request for an ambu lance for a 76-year-old male who had been ill for three days. The patient was trans ported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. -MCSO received a report o f a found dog in Irrigon. The caller was given the Pet Rescue phone number. -MCSO received a rep o rt from a c a lle r in Hardman that he locked his keys in his vehicle at the OHV Park. It was determined the occupants o f the vehicle had permission to be on the property. -M C SO , H eppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance in Heppner for a 54-year-old female who possibly overdosed on medi cation. The subject was sleep ing. The patient was transport ed to Pioneer Memorial Hos pital in Heppner. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept., Hermiston Fire Dept, received a report o f smoke south o f 1-84 and the Army Depot. The fire was determined to be outside the fire district. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a re quest for an officer contact in Boardman regarding a neigh bor dog problem. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer advised he was out at a minor vehicle accident at the Boardman 76 station. -Boardm an Police Dept, officer advised he was with a disabled vehicle on Highway 730. -MCSO received a report o f two found puppies. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f a vehicle on 1-84 west bound that took the Patterson Ferry exit; it appeared a 10- to 11 -year-old male was driv ing the vehicle with an adult female in the passenger seat. -MCSO received a report that Enrique Ledesma- Hemandez, 23, was cited for Violation of the Basic Rule, 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report that Leobardo Roque Ramos, 32, was cited for Vi olation o f the Basic Rule, 77 mph in a 55 mph zone, Failure to Carry Insurance and Fail ure to Carry Registration. -M C SO , O regon State Police received a report o f a disabled vehicle with a female driver and a young child on 1-84 on-ramp 164. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Heppner that a male subject’s sheep were in his yard again. The subject was there with the sheep. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept., Boardman am bulance received a report of a fight in progress; four subjects were fighting with knives across from the Boardman el ementary school. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f two toddlers in the road walking toward the highway. -M C SO , O regon State Police received a report o f a disabled vehicle on 1-84 westbound. -MCSO received a request for an ambulance for a female subject who had pos sibly overdosed. The patient was transported to Pioneer M em orial H o sp ital in Heppner. -MCSO received a report o f an open door at the unoccupied apts. behind Les Schwab in Heppner. The own er was contacted. -M C SO , O regon State Police received a report o f a possible DUII on 1-84 eastbound. -MCSO deputy cited Noe Rodriguez, 18, for MIP- Alcohol and Open Container. -MCSO received a report o f an alarm at Huwe’s 76 Station. It was determined to be a false alarm. July 6: MCSO re ceived a request for a deputy to check on a subject install ing carpet at the Forest Ser vice building in Heppner. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon regarding trespass ing questions and the limits of the law. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a re quest for an officer contact in Boardman regarding an at tempted break-in of his vehi cle. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a verbal confrontation with her boyfriend who has a his tory of assault. -MCSO received a report o f two loose dogs in Heppner. -MCSO had a walk- in report from a subject who found firew orks/crackers wrapped in black tape on his property. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon of a burglary at her storage unit in Irrigon. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a vehicle parked in a lot for about a week. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a burglary o f guns that oc curred som etim e the last week. -MCSO received a hang-up 911 call, the line was busy on call-back. It was de termined to be kids playing on the phone. -MCSO received a report of a 5-year-old that fell into the river at the Irrigon Marina near the boat docks. CPR was being attempted. While on the line, the child started breathing. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Center in Hermiston. -MCSO received a report of a vehicle speeding up and down a road in Irrigon. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman o f two puppies running around the neighborhood and barking non-stop. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited Cherisa Ann Baker, 20, for Driving while License Suspended Vi olation and Driving Uninsured, and arrested on a Circuit Grand Jury Indictment for Possession o f a Controlled Substance and on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Fail ure to Pay Fine/Criminal Tres pass II. She was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. The ve hicle was impounded. -MCSO deputy cited Keith A. Axtell, 34, for Fail ure to Drive within Lane, De fective Lighting. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman o f hearing shots fired in the back o f the residence. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, officers cited Jose N. Rodriguez-Madrigal, 19, for Possession o f a Con trolled Substance II, Delivery of a Controlled Substance, No Operator’s License and No Insurance. -MCSO received a report from a caller o f poach ers on their property. It was determined to have occurred in Umatilla County. The vehi cle was not located. July 7: MCSO re ceived a rep o rt from Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office that Gloria Lynn August, 26, was arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Fail ure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended, Exceed ing the Maximum Speed Lim it. She was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail. -MCSO received a report from a caller at the Lex ington Food Mart o f a pass port found.
