Police Dept, received a hang­
up 911 call from Oregon Po­
tato. There was no answer on
call-back. Units found a door
open and performed a search.
All was okay although the
building was unsecured.

ambulance received a request
for an ambulance in Boardman
for a four month old with a high
fever. The patient was trans­
ported to Good Shepherd
Medical Center in Hermiston.

Ramirez Espinosa, 21, for
Driving while License Sus­
pended and No Insurance.
The vehicle was towed.
-MCSO deputy cited
a subject for Violation o f the
Basic Rule, 79 mph in a 55
mph zone.

ambulance, lone EMTs re­
ceived a request for an ambu­
lance in lone for a male sub­
ject who was a victim o f an
assault and was now having
trouble with his eyes. The pa­
tient was transported to Pio­
neer Memorial Hospital in
Heppner.

Dept, officers cited Juan
Trujillo, 29, for Driving while
License Suspended-I and No
Insurance. The vehicle was
towed.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in lone that
her mailbox was smashed the
night before last.

ambulance, lone EMTs re­
ceived a request for an ambu­
lance for a 76-year-old male
who had been ill for three
days. The patient was trans­
ported to Pioneer Memorial
Hospital in Heppner.
-MCSO received a
report o f a found dog in
Irrigon. The caller was given
the Pet Rescue phone number.
-MCSO received a
rep o rt from a c a lle r in
Hardman that he locked his
keys in his vehicle at the OHV
Park. The caller was given
phone number ofbusinesses to
contact for assistance.

of non-payment in full of all un-

voice is sent. User shall be
deemed in default and: (a) all
of User’s property and prop­
erty pledged as collateral by
User, as set forth in above in
paragraph “(2),” immediately
becomes, i.e. is, property of
Secured Party; (b) Secured
Party is appointed Users Au­
thorized Representative as set
forth above in paragraph “(8)”;
and (c) User consents and
agrees that Secured Party may
take possession of, as well as
otherwise dispose o f in any
manner that Secured Party, in
Secured Partys sole discretion,
deems appropriate, including,

eral intangibles, and all User’s

al for securing User’s contrac­
tual obligation in favor of Se­
cured Party for User’s unau­

try H2100 safe was found near
the laundromat the previous
day.
-MCSO received a
request for a deputy to check
on a suspicious vehicle at the
end o f M iller Lane in
Boardman. It was determined
the occupants o f the vehicle
had permission to be on the
property.

for an ambulance in Heppner
for a 54-year-old female who
possibly overdosed on medi­
cation. The subject was sleep­
ing. The patient was transport­
ed to Pioneer Memorial Hos­
pital in Heppner.

Dept, received a report o f
smoke south o f 1-84 and the
Army Depot. The fire was
determined to be outside the
fire district.

to Carry Insurance and Fail­
ure to Carry Registration.

that a male subject’s sheep

subject was there with the

were fighting with knives

ceived a request for a deputy
to check on a subject install­
ing carpet at the Forest Ser­
vice building in Heppner.

request for a deputy contact
in Irrigon regarding trespass­
ing questions and the limits of
the law.

Police Dept, received a re­
quest for an officer contact in
Boardman regarding an at­
tempted break-in of his vehi­
cle.

report from a caller in Irrigon
o f a verbal confrontation with
her boyfriend who has a his­
tory of assault.

report o f two loose dogs in
Heppner.
-MCSO had a walk-
in report from a subject who
found firew orks/crackers
wrapped in black tape on his
property.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
of a burglary at her storage unit
in Irrigon.

report from a caller in Irrigon
o f a vehicle parked in a lot for
about a week.
-MCSO received a
report from a caller in Irrigon
o f a burglary o f guns that oc­
curred som etim e the last
week.
-MCSO received a
hang-up 911 call, the line was
busy on call-back. It was de­
termined to be kids playing on
the phone.
-MCSO received a
report of a 5-year-old that fell
into the river at the Irrigon
Marina near the boat docks.
CPR was being attempted.
While on the line, the child
started breathing. The patient
was transported to Good
Shepherd Medical Center in
Hermiston.

report of a vehicle speeding up
and down a road in Irrigon.

the neighborhood and barking
non-stop.

pass II. She was lodged at the
Umatilla County Jail. The ve­
hicle was impounded.

o f the residence.

in Umatilla County. The vehi­
cle was not located.
July 7: MCSO re­
ceived a rep o rt from
Clackamas County Sheriff’s
Office that Gloria Lynn August,
26, was arrested on an Irrigon
Justice Court warrant for Fail­
ure to Appear/Driving while
License Suspended, Exceed­
ing the Maximum Speed Lim­
it. She was lodged at the
Clackamas County Jail.

report from a caller at the Lex­
ington Food Mart o f a pass­
port found.
