The vehicle was found secure. Search and R escue along w ith a K9 unit w as activated and the subject was found five hours later. -M C S O rec e iv e d a rep o rt fro m H eppner H ardw are that they found a pair o f prescription glasses on the sidewalk. Wanted to notify SO in case som eone called. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a speeding vehicle on 1-84 at m p 160. -M C S O receiv ed a relayed report o f neglected horses on Hwy 74 at Morgan. Caller said they possibly knew w ho the ow ner was. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that she found her ex-husband in her residence, she advised he w as in violation o f the restraining order. D ispatch check and the restraining order was not entered. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f an audible panic alarm from Boardman. It was determined to be a false alarm. -M C S O receiv ed a re p o rt th a t so m e o n e w as yelling at the caller so he threw at rock at him. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a deputy o f a p ic k u p tr a v e lin g a b o u t 1 OOmph on 1-84 near mp 153. The ju v en ile took o ff but w as found later. M a y 17: M C S O re c e iv e d a re p o rt th a t an applicator o ff Barclay Lane was tam pered with. Deputies checked it out and it d o e sn ’t seem to have any damage. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that som eone broke into the restaurant and bar. The glass was broke out o f the front door, and stole over $ 1500 in lottery money. It was advised that the scene w ould not be disturbed any further until a deputy arrived on scene. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a building on fire at the old K inzua M ill site in Heppner. -M C SO receiv ed a report o f 10 head o f cattle on the railroad right o f way at 1- 84 at T ow er R oad. C aller thought they m ay know who the ow ner was. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f an audible burglar alarm at R iverside High in Boardman. It was determined the building w as secure and that someone was mow ing the lawn near the shop. -M C S O receiv ed a received a walk-in report that a suspicious vehicle/persons were at Peterson’s in Heppner y esterd ay . It w as ad v ised nothing wrong was done, the people just looked suspicious. -M C S O receiv ed a request that a television be entered as stolen. -M C SO receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner th . at tw o c a lv e s w ere out walking towards Riverside. -M C S O receiv ed a deputy report that he assisted a citizen w ith his boat that had broken down hear the Irrigon Marina. -M CSO cited Earlene M. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O receiv ed a request for contact from a caller in Irrigon regarding the statues o f a restraining order a n d s ig n in g a tr e s p a s s complaint. -M C S O receiv ed a report that from a business in H eppner that they had ju st s o ld tw o boxes of antihistamines to a subject. -M C S O receiv ed a report from an off-duty deputy that cow s were out near Hwy 207. -M C S O c ite d Bradley Dean Profitt, 34, for No O p e ra to r’s License, No Insurance, and Violation o f the Basic Rule, 72 mph in a 55 m ph zone. They also cited C h r is ta P r o f itt, 2 9 , fo r Possession o f Less than One O unce o f M arijuana. They w ere advised not to drive vehicle. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner that her niece's parents came and g o t her a n d v e rb a lly abused her and threatened to injure her when they go, home. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O receiv ed a request for additional units for a disturbance at the Port o f M o rro w . It w a s th e n determ ined all was okay and the parties separated. O ne juvenile was sent hom e with his mother. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a full size pickup d riv in g e a stb o u n d on the w estb o u n d side. D eputies w ere un ab le to locate the vehicle. -M C S O receiv ed a request for additional backup for a gang fight that w as in pro g ress. Calvillo- Ramirez, 24, was arrested for R iot, D isorderly C onduct, Interfering with a Police Officer and Resisting Arrest. He was lodged at UC Jail. M a y 18: M C S O received a report o f a gang fight in Boardman. Caller could not see how m any but heard yelling and things breaking. O ne victim was kicked in the head, has opened w ound and le th a r g ic , b u t r e f u s e d transport. Erik Ramierez, 21, w as arrested for D isorderly C onduct and M enacing.
