Oregon State Police responded to the report. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller at B oardm an K egler’s Sentry M arket, o f a possible DUH. Walter A. Hay, 52, w as arrested for DU11, and cited for Unlawful Posses sion o f a Firearm and O pen C ontainer. T he vehicle was impounded. -M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a vehicle racing up and dow n the streets. The caller called back and said the vehicle was parked next door. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, arrested Frankie Ray H oston, 35, for D U II (BA C refusal), Open Container, and N o O p e ra to r's License. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner o f a possible break-in at the old TV repair shop. The call er heard voices and things breaking. It was tw o dogs. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from Deschutes C oun ty that Danny Case Besemann, 5 5 , w a s a r r e s te d o n an H eppner Justice C ourt w ar rant for Failure to Appear/Un- law ful Possession o f a Fire arm . H e w as cited and re leased. April 22: M C SO re ceived a report from the For est G rove Police Dept, that Francisco Javier Corona, 31, was arrested on an Irrigon Jus tice C ourt w arrant for C on tempt o f Court. He was lodged at the Washington County Jail. -M C SO deputy cited A rchie N. G rant, 25, for Ex ceeding the M axim um Speed Lim it, 87 m ph in a 65 m ph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a subject to register as a Sex O ffender. T he subject called back and said to disre gard the earlier call and that he w ould go to Umatilla. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller at the Strebin Farms that a burglary occurred a few days earlier. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon regarding a burglary reported a few days earlier. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a records check on a subject from C lackam as County S heriff’s Office. The results were mailed. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that som eone w as using her Social Security number. -M CSO received two reports from a caller o f bark ing dogs in Heppner. -M C S O d e p u ty is su ed an O re g o n U n ifo rm Stalking C itation to a m ale subject to appear in C ircuit Court. -M C S O re c e iv e d a request for a dep u ty contact from a caller in lone regarding trespassers on his property in Gilliam County. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a deputy that a subject in H eppner w as hav ing problems; her animals were being poisoned. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that a transform er blew, caus ing a pow er outage. A nother subject said her ex-husband w as flying a kite that hit the transformer. The ex-husband then ran away. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that her m other-in-law had a pit bull in her backyard that w as threatening her and her dog. It was unknown w ho the ow ner was. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, officers arrested A llen Lee M etcalf, 49, on a w arrant for Theft III out o f C lackam as County. He w as cited and released. April 22: M C S O deputies assisted Boardm an Police Dept, w ith a consent search o f an ap artm en t in Boardm an. Terrence A lcott Wilson, 27, was arrested on a detention warrant and lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. Ronald Eugene Ough, 27, was also arrested on a detention w arrant and lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. Sherri P. York, 39, w as arrested for Possession o f a C ontrolled S u b s ta n c e - M e th a m p h e t- am ine; she w as cited and re leased. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner o f a dog in the pound barking again. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller at the Irrigon M arket that som eone had knocked over the real es tate ad stand and taken notic es o ff the com m unity bulletin board. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact regarding a theft that occurred at a residence in Lexington. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a line down in Irrigon. It was determ ined to be a TV cable line and it was being re paired. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller at the H eppner library that a young m ale o f A rabic descent w ent into the library and requested copies o f his d riv er’s license and credit cards m ade. Extra copies were made for the dep uties. (This was first reported on April 17.) -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon regarding a theft. A nother caller called and re ported a disturbance at the address o f the first call. It was determ ined to be a landlord/ tenant dispute. -M C S O d ep u ty a r rested Joshua K elly M atott, 23, for Burglary II/Thefl II. He w as released on his ow n re cognizance. -M C SO deputy cited R obert H. Jaeger, 42, for Vi olation o f the Basic Rule, 76 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a hang-up 911 call from a loca tion in Irrigon. It w as deter m ined all was okay. -M C S O d ep u ty re ported he found a black lab puppy in Heppner. H e later advised the owner was found. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon th a t h is c o u s in h ad b e e n “jum ped” . No ambulance was needed. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that som eone w as breaking into a shop in Irrigon. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that another subject needed to be contacted by a deputy regard ing a possible break-in o f her pickup last night. An interpret er w ould be needed. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that her neighbors were going through personal items left at another residence. N o deputy contact was required. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that the people from the above reported residence had moved and left a dog behind without food or water. A deputy was unable to locate the dog. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a hit-and-run w ith property dam age. It w as de term ined the parties w ould handle the situation civilly. -M C SO deputy cited a m ale juvenile for Failure to Yield to an Em ergency Vehi cle. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e D ept, o ffic er c ite d M isael Gutiemez-Munoz, 22, for Fail ure to O bey Traffic C ontrol Device. -M C SO deputy cited Luis Roman Gutierrez, 27, for D riving w hile License Sus pended-Infraction. The vehi cle w as impounded. -M C S O d e p u ty chaiged Terrence Alcott Wil son, 27, w ith Sex A buse II, C ontributing to the Sexual D elinquency o f a M inor and Sexual M isconduct. The sub ject was already lodged at the U m atilla C ounty Jail on a U m atilla C ounty D etention Warrant. April 23: M CSO re ceived a report o f a panic alarm at a location in Irrigon. It was determined to be a false alarm. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that a m ale subject and a fe male subject assaulted anoth er m ale subject earlier in the evening. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that som eone hit their fence last night. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that their van had been van dalized last night. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a large colum n o f smoke near the Heppner High School. It was determ ined to be a controlled bum by the janitors at the school and that all w as okay. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a C SE PP exercise that w ould occur in the after noon. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact from West Extension Irrigation District regarding vandalism that occurred last night to the pum p house. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept., Boardm an am bulance received a request for an am bulance for an em ploy ee at R iverfront L odge w ho w as having chest pains. The patien t w as tra n sp o rte d to Good Shepherd Medical Cen ter in Hermiston. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e D ept, o ffic e r c ite d M ario Calvillo-Ramirez, 18, for Fail ure to C arry P ro o f o f Insur ance. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer arrested Conrad Cavasos, II, 21, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Fail ure to Pay Fine/M IP by C on sum ption. He w as cited and released. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited Sharia P. Snider, 43, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 53 m ph in a 30 mph zone. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon o f four juvenile males playing with a switchblade knife. The ju v en iles took off, running down California Street. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that a G am eboy and a gam e were stolen from her residence a w eek ago. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller at K eg ler’s Sentry M arket in Irrigon o f vandalism to the sto re’s m ag azin e racks. G as cans were left behind. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon o f m an y s u b je c ts at A .C . H oughton on the basketball court. The caller requested a deputy m ake contact and see w hat they are up to. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardm an o f two dogs tied up outside a res idence. The dogs had not been fed o r w atered all day and were constantly barking. Two lab puppies w ere taken into protective custody. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that someone had opened her front door but she was able to push it shut and lock it before they gained entry. O fficers were unable to locate anyone. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report fro m a c a ll e r a t th e E conoL odge in B oardm an that a custom er’s dog had just fallen over and died. -M C SO , Irrigon Fire Dept., Irrigon am bulance re ceived a relayed report from the Hermiston Police Dept, o f a car on fire at Patterson Fer ry. It was determ ined the ve hicle had been stolen and torched at that location. The vehicle was towed. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f an alarm at the B ank o f Eastern Oregon in Boardman. It was determined a keyholder was at the site and that it was a false alarm. -M C S O rec e iv e d a re p o rt o f an a la rm a t the M oose Lodge in Irrigon. It was determined a female was at the scene and no further action was taken. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from K e g le r’s Sentry M arket in Irrigon that som e one tore up the community bill board and the newspaper rack on the side o f his store last night -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that an unknow n dog jum ped her fence into her backyard and when she tried to get it out, it acted aggressively towards her. A deputy advised the dog left before he could arrive at the scene and that he w ould continue to check the area. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact regarding questions about ob taining insurance informaticm from a tow ing company. The caller said items were taken off his vehicle after a m otor vehi cle accident. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e D e p t, c ite d M e lv in G. Gonzalez, 19, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 35 m ph in a 20 m ph school zone. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e D e p t, a rre s te d R ig o b e rto C uevas-A lcantar, 30, on an Irrigon Justice Court w arrant for Failure to Appear/D UII. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a misuse o f a gas card a t th e C F N c a r d lo c k in Heppner. - M C S O , O re g o n State Police received a report o f a motor vehicle accident on Highw ay 730. A fter a deputy arrived at the scene, the Irrigon Fire Dept and ambulance were advised to stand dow n. Two vehicles w ere involved; one was towing the other and both rolled. A subject fled the scene but w as found and charged; Toby Dale Rodriguez, 32, was cited for Driving while License Suspended-Misdemeanor. He w as cited and released. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller advising he was repossessing a vehicle in Irrigon. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited Lawrence A dam A rm bruster, 68, for Failure to M aintain Lane. -M C S O receiv ed a report from the G resham Po lic e D e p t, t h a t Vu A n h N guyen, 34, w as arrested on a M CSO w arrant for N egoti ating a Bad C heck. N guyen w as cited and released. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a pickup passing unsafely on H ig h w ay 730 n e a r the county line. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a re quest for an officer contact from a caller in Boardman re garding being threatened by two other females. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a w elfare check from a caller in Stanfield to contact her brother in Irrigon, as the phone was constantly busy. It w as determ ined the subject was in the hospital. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller that her husband would be patrolling t h e ir p r o p e r ty a lo n g Buttercreek. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a possibility o f two missing ju v en ile s out o f Pendleton were trying to buy drugs. Units w ere unable to locate the ju veniles. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the Stanfield Po lice D ept, that C hristopher G re e r w as a rre ste d on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Hunt- ing during Prohibited Hours. G reer w as cited and released. April 25: M C SO re c e iv e d a re p o rt fro m th e H erm iston Police D ept, that Thomas Charles Waddell, 45, was arrested on an Irrigon Jus tice Court warrant for Failure to A ppear/D riving w hile Li cense Suspended. He was cit ed and released. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the H erm iston Police D ept, that K ody Lee Bledsoe, 19, w as arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to A ppear/ D riving w hile License Sus pended. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a sm oke detector sounding across the street from Stokes Senior Center. It w as deter m ined all was okay; the bat tery w as taken out o f a faulty alarm. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer arrested Hollis G Pylant, 30, on a M ultnom ah County w arrant for Failure to A ppear/F ailure to Perform Duties as a Driver with Prop erty D am age/C rim inal M is ch ief II. Pylant was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner w ho heard som eone near the residence last night. A n un know n subject also knocked on the door. A n extra patrol was requested. -M C SO , Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report o f a fire alarm in the office at C o lu m b ia M id d le S c h o o l in Irrigon. It was determined not to be a fire alarm, but an intru sion alarm. A deputy checked the building. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller at the City o f Irrigon to report an aban doned dog at a residence in Irrigon. T he te n a n ts w ere evicted and left the dog. The city w ould take o f the dog. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner o f a G erm an Shepard puppy at his residence. The caller lat er called back and said he could not locate the owner and requested the city pick up the puppy. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer arrested Ricardo C a lv illo R a m ire z , 2 4 , on Irrigon Justice Court warrants for Failure to Appear/Driving w hile L icense Suspended- M isdem eanor, Failure to A p pear/Failure to Perform Duties o f D river with A ccident. He was cited and released. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a false fire alarm at Heppner Elementary School. It was welding in the building. -M C SO , B oardm an am bulance received a report o f a possible m edical em er g en cy on 1-84 ea stb o u n d , m ilepost 165. It w as deter m ined not to be an em ergen cy. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Heppner o f dogs barking at the city kennel again. -M C SO , Irrigon Fire Dept, received a report o f a fire alarm at a location in Irrigon. It w as determ ined to be a false alarm. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Umatilla o f a lock box taken from a res idence in Irrigon. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited Cindy Lou Messersmith, 42, for Criminal Trespass II. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m U C S O th a t R onald Ivan Scheel, 22, w as arrested on a M orrow C oun ty w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Angling Without License. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in Heppner regarding the call e r ’s son being harassed. -M C SO deputy cited Suzanne Etpison Dimeff, 50, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 75 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited A m ulfo Ruvalcaba Hernandez, 40, for Illegal Parking. -M C SO deputy cited Brent M ichael Sm ith, 22, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 75 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, cited A nn M arie Wardlaw, 32, for N o Contact Order Violation, Giving False Information to a Police Offic er and U sing A n o th e r’s L i cense. She w as lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. O ne firefighter was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Cen ter in Hermiston for a possible shoulder injury. -M C S O receiv ed a request for a deputy contact in H eppner regarding some» one throwing a ball at the call e r ’s car. A pril 26: M C S O d e p u ty re q u e s te d O re g o n State Police dispatch a troop er to B o a rd m a n fo r a c ar prowler. The subject was last se e n ru n n in g b e h in d th e O utback Apts. All units were unable to locate the subject. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from Linn County that Thom as A llen Ham m an, 36, w as arrested on a M orrow County Circuit Court warrant for Parole Violation/Felon in Possession o f a Firearm . H e was lodged at the Linn Coun ty Jail. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that his brother assaulted him w h ile he w as in the bath. Joshua R ay Coiner, 24, w as arrested for A ssault IV /D o- mestic. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact in Irrigon regarding a neigh b o r’s dog chasing the caller’s livestock. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Lexing ton that anhydrous am m onia was stolen last night. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller that she accidentally set o ff an alarm at th e B M C C c a m p u s in Boardman. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a burglar alarm at a residence in Boardm an. The call was cancelled. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a vehicle driving erratically in the area. -M C S O receiv ed a report o f a barking dog at the Irrigon M obile Court. -M C S O receiv ed a report from the M ultnom ah C ounty S h eriff’s O ffice that D avid G Z aragoza, 20, w as arrested on a M orrow C oun ty w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine/D riving w hile License Suspended. He was lodged at the M ultnomah County Jail.
