the streets. The caller called

tempt o f Court. He was lodged
at the Washington County Jail.

ing a pow er outage. A nother
subject said her ex-husband
w as flying a kite that hit the
transformer. The ex-husband
then ran away.

that her m other-in-law had a
pit bull in her backyard that
w as threatening her and her
dog. It was unknown w ho the
ow ner was.

Ronald Eugene Ough, 27, was

regarding a theft that occurred
at a residence in Lexington.

report o f a line down in Irrigon.
It was determ ined to be a TV
cable line and it was being re­
paired.

report from a caller at the
H eppner library that a young
m ale o f A rabic descent w ent
into the library and requested
copies o f his d riv er’s license
and credit cards m ade. Extra
copies were made for the dep­
uties. (This was first reported
on April 17.)

request for a deputy contact
in Irrigon regarding a theft.
A nother caller called and re­
ported a disturbance at the
address o f the first call. It was
determ ined to be a landlord/
tenant dispute.

rested Joshua K elly M atott,
23, for Burglary II/Thefl II. He
w as released on his ow n re­
cognizance.

R obert H. Jaeger, 42, for Vi­
olation o f the Basic Rule, 76
m ph in a 55 m ph zone.

hang-up 911 call from a loca­
tion in Irrigon. It w as deter­
m ined all was okay.
-M C S O d ep u ty re ­
ported he found a black lab
puppy in Heppner. H e later
advised the owner was found.

report from a caller in Irrigon
th a t h is c o u s in h ad b e e n
“jum ped” . No ambulance was
needed.

that som eone w as breaking
into a shop in Irrigon.

Police Dept, received a report
from a caller in Boardman that
another subject needed to be
contacted by a deputy regard­
ing a possible break-in o f her
pickup last night. An interpret­
er w ould be needed.

report from a caller in Irrigon
that her neighbors were going
through personal items left at
another residence. N o deputy
contact was required.

report from a caller in Irrigon
that the people from the above
reported residence had moved
and left a dog behind without
food or water. A deputy was
unable to locate the dog.

report o f a hit-and-run w ith
property dam age. It w as de­

handle the situation civilly.

It was determined to be a false

evening.

two dogs tied up outside a res­
idence. The dogs had not been
fed o r w atered all day and
were constantly barking. Two
lab puppies w ere taken into
protective custody.

that someone had opened her
front door but she was able to
push it shut and lock it before
they gained entry. O fficers
were unable to locate anyone.

ry. It was determ ined the ve­
hicle had been stolen and
torched at that location. The
vehicle was towed.

Eastern Oregon in Boardman.
It was determined a keyholder
was at the site and that it was
a false alarm.

at the scene and no further
action was taken.

one tore up the community bill­
board and the newspaper rack
on the side o f his store last
night

that an unknow n dog jum ped
her fence into her backyard
and when she tried to get it out,
it acted aggressively towards
her. A deputy advised the dog
left before he could arrive at
the scene and that he w ould
continue to check the area.

from a tow ing company. The
caller said items were taken off

but w as found and charged;

the building.
