There were no injuries. O D O T w as ad vised and the vehicle w as towed. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f an audible burglar alarm at a residence in Boardman. O f ficers located an open door; there was no one around. The residence was secured but the alarm was still sounding. The security com pany w as a d vised. -M C S O receiv ed a report from a caller in Irrigon that there was racist propagan da put into his mailbox. A dep uty was notified and the caller also advised to contact the lo cal postmaster. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a re quest for an officer contact in Boardm an. The callers w ere stranded enroute from Wash ington to Colorado. The male subject had two non-extradit- able warrants out o f Georgia. -M C SO deputy cited C olleen Sargen, 51, for Vio lation o f the Basic Rule, 53 mph in a 35 m ph zone. M a rc h 3 : M CSO re ported the radios shut dow n for m aintenance then report ed the radios operational and open for traffic. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller at Colum bia M iddle School in Irrigon that a w indow w as broken during the night. A deputy con tact was requested. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e D ept, officer reported that w ater was seeping out o f the ground on the east side o f Lowell Lane. A pipe was pos sibly broken. Boardman City W orks w as contacted. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that his car w as broken into last night. The w indow w as bro ken and the stereo stolen. -M C SO deputy cited Jonathan C harles M etz, 24, for Sw itched Plates and No Insurance. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that a female subject took her children from her ex-husband’s residence but was not suppose to. The caller was recontact ed and advised that M C SO could not do anything until had proo f o f custody and spoke to the ex-husband. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer arrested Richard James Sams, 52, on an Irrigon Justice Court w arrant for Fail ure to Pay Fine/Criminal Tres pass. M C SO deputy cited R afael N u n ez, 18, fo r N o O p e ra to r’s License and No Insurance. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that her husband had been in volved in a dispute w ith her earlier and had threatened her. The husband w as not at the location. -M C SO , B oardm an Police D ept, received a 911 hang-up call from a residence in B oardm an. It w as deter m ined the phone had been misdialed. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that a m ale subject ju s t left driving a pickup. The subject had a valid detainer w arrant, no license and no insurance. -M C SO deputies ar r e s te d John B ran d o n Paradiso, 24, on U C SO w ar rants for Failure to Appear/In- terfering with Police and Fail ure to A ppear/D riving while License Suspended and cited for Driving while License Sus- p e n d e d -M isd e m e a n o r, N o Insurance and Operating With out Required Lights. Paradiso w as lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O re c e iv e d a request for an officer contact from a caller in Irrigon regard ing a vehicle taken from her daughter for N o Insurance. It was the vehicle from the pre vious report. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardm an o f h e a rin g so m e o n e tu rn the doorknob. It w as unknow n if the subject was still in the area. -M C S O , H e p p n e r City W orks received a report from a caller in H eppner o f a broken w ater pipe at G reen Feed and Seed. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, officers arrested Tim othy C. Segura, 21, for DUI1 an d P o ssessio n o f a C ontrolled Substance, Less than O ne Oz. M arijuana, and N o O p e ra to r’s L icense. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report o f a pickup on Tow er Road that was a hazard in the roadway. M a rc h 4: M CSO re ceived a report from a caller in Irrigon o f seeing a glow from a residence. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited a male sub ject for Driving while License Suspended-M isdemeanor and N o Insurance. T he vehicle w as impounded. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from Colum bia Middle School in Irrigon regarding a student. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a welfare check on a Fleppner resident; the caller had not been able to contact her for a w hile. It w as deter m ined all was okay. -M C S O re c e iv e d a relayed request for a deputy from O regon State Police re garding a theft that occurred after the reporter w as evict ed. -M C S O re c e iv e d a r e p o r t fro m a c a l l e r in B oardm an that she w as hav ing trouble getting her belong ings from her husband’s father. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a records check on a m ale subject from an A rm y recruiter. T h e v e h ic le w as towed. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept., Boardm an am bulance received a report from a caller in Boardm an o f a 21 - y e a r-o ld fem a le w ho had passed out and w as not re sponding. T he patient w as transported to G ood S hep h e rd M e d ic a l C e n te r in Hermiston. -M C SO deputy cited Steven Lee Neider, 39, for Vi olation o f the Basic Rule, 72 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C SO deputy cited Leone N ina Luna, 71, for Vi olation o f the Basic Rule, 75 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C SO , Irrigon am bulance received a request for an am bulance from a caller in Irrigon for an 82-year-old fe male w ho was having difficul ty breathing and had severe edema. The patient was trans p o rte d to G o o d S h e p h e rd M edical Center in Hermiston. -M C S O d ep u ty re ported a suspicious vehicle in Irrigon. - M C S O , O re g o n State Police, Um atilla Police D ept, received a report from a caller in Irrigon regarding a verbal dispute with her ex-hus- band w ho w ouldn’t let her get her things. T he ex-husband called and advised everything was okay. The first caller called b ack and ad v ised she w as okay and was leaving with her things. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that someone shot her dog and her barbecue w ith a paintball gun. -M C SO deputy cited W endie M . C adek, 31, for D riving w hile L icense Sus pended-V iolation and O per ating Vehicle w ithout Proper Lighting Equipment. The ve hicle was impounded. -M C SO deputy cited C lay Vinson H aynes, 31, for Maintaining a Dog as a Public Nuisance. M a rc h 6: M C SO d e p u ty cited D on C h arles Marvin, 48, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 65 m ph in a 45 mph zone. -M C SO deputy cited D onald R ay Tobola, 74, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 43 m ph in a 20 m ph zone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a c a lf out on H igh w ay 730. T hey w ere ad vised to contact the Boardman Police Dept, and the Juvenile Dept. -M C SO deputy cited a m ale subject for D riving while License Suspended-In fraction. The vehicle was im pounded. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller o f a forced entry at a n e ig h b o r’s resi dence. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a suspicious vehicle parked at the Boardm an M arina that belonged to a business. The ow ner was advised. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a 911 hang-up call from a Boardman residence. T he phone w as busy on call-back. It w as de term ined to be a child on the phone. -M C S O rec e iv e d a rep o rt th at an o ffic e r w as flagged dow n in B oardm an regarding an unlawful entry. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that his daughter witnessed a male subject exit a vehicle and en ter their property. It w as d e term ined to be unfounded. M a r c h 7: M C S O , Irrigon am bulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon that his wife woke up and was feeling light-headed and dizzy. T hey did not know a cause and there w as no history o f previous spells. T he patient w as tra n s p o rte d to G o o d Shepherd M edical C enter in Hermiston. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report o f a burglar alarm at the Les Schw ab in Heppner. The call was cancelled. -M C SO , B oardm an Police D ept, received a re quest for assistance and infor m ation from the C alifornia H ighw ay Patrol to contact a fem ale subject in B oardm an and find out who is driving her vehicle in the area o f Southern C alifornia. T he subject w ho was driving the vehicle there was involved in a fight. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a caller in Boardman re garding a letter received from the school regarding his son. -M C SO , B oardm an Police D ept, received a 911 hang-up call from a pay phone at R iverside H igh School in B oardm an. The call w as un founded. -M C S O re c e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from Irrigon Justice Court re garding an assault that oc curred last night. -M C SO deputy cited Dale Waters, 43, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 82 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from the principal at lone Schools that subjects used the new school building for a possible M IP party last night. A lcohol w as left at the location. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report that someone in a vehi cle was taking pictures o f the Army Depot. The vehicle was from a television broadcasting business out o f Portland. A subject from KO IN TV later called back stating they were doing a story and had author ity to take pictures but not to go on the property. They were advised to contact the securi ty at the depot for specific se curity regulations in the future. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Lexing ton w ho w itn essed a drug transaction behind his resi dence. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, cited Esthella Gray, 47, for M aintaining a D og as a Public Nuisance. -M C S O rec e iv e d a rep o rt from a c a lle r from Irrigon that her husband was missing. She last spoke to him on March 6; he was going fish ing on the Columbia River. The caller later called back and said her husband was home. i
