Hamman was lodged at Linn County Jail. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact regarding a VIN inspection on a Morrow County impounded vehicle. -MCSO received a request for contact regarding an NSF check received in Irrig o n from an Irrigon resident. -MCSO received a request for deputy contact regarding an on going problem with the neighbor’s cattle on his property eating his hay. -MCSO received a report from a cal ler that his cell phone was stolen from his vehicle early in February while in Hermiston. -MCSO received a request for assistance from P en d leto n PD w ith interviewing a suspect in lone, involved in a burglary that occurred prior. -MCSO received a report that a small calf was on Hwy 730, one mile west of Irrigon. Deputies were unable to locate the calf, but the o w n er w as ad v ised and reported that he will remove the calf. -MCSO received a report o f a subject was at a residence and thus in violation o f his no c o n tact order. Deputies were unable to locate the subject. -M CSO received a report that juveniles were vandalizing this at a trailer park in Boardm an. A juvenile subject was cited. Feb. 13: M CSO , Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report o f a dead deer in the passing lane on 1-84 westbound. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a 911 call from a lo catio n in Boardman. The line had static and on call-back was contin ually busy. -MCSO deputy cited Suzanne Yecha, 45, for Vio lation o f the Basic Rule, 57 mph in a 35 mph zone. -MCSO deputies cit ed Cornelius E. Hansen, 70, for Driving while License Sus pended and Driving Unin sured. The vehicle was im pounded. • -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited Mario Calvillo-Ramirez, 18, for Un reasonable Sound Amplifica tion. -M CSO received a request for information regard ing taking items out of tagged abandoned vehicles on the caller’s property before they are towed. -M CSO received a relayed report o f an aban doned vehicle in front of the subject’s house. The subject saw some Hispanic males leave the vehicle there. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from UCSO o f a suicidal 17- year-old male subject possi bly enroute to Morrow Coun ty. The subject was possibly in possession of a gun. UCSO was recontacted, it was ad vised the subject had calmed down and was headed to his grandparents’ residence. -M CSO received a request from Columbia Coun ty to search the locals for a missing person. The missing person was not located. -B oardm an Police Dept, cited Denise Gail Bush Hobbs, 29, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 44 mph in a 25 mph zone. -M CSO received a report o f a burglar alarm at a shop. The owner advised he was just testing the alarm and all was okay. -MCSO, Irrigon am bulance received a request for an ambulance from a caller in Irrigon for a 42-year-old male who had severe vomiting. No transport was made. -M C S O , G C SO , O regon S ta te P o lice, Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a caller that a subject in a vehicle was taking pictures of a bridge at 1-84 milepost 154 eastbound. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Heppner of a vehicle traveling at a high rate o f speed, headed to the high school. An extra patrol was requested. -MCSO, Irrigon am bulance received a request for an ambulance from a caller in Irrigon for a 70-year-old male who just lost consciousness. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Medical Cen ter in Hermiston. -MCSO advised that a horse corralled along High way 74 was healthy and being provided with adequate food and care. -M C S O , O regon State Police, from a search warrant, arrested Pablo Roque Ramos, 35, for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, Theft by Receiving and Aggravated Animal Abuse (x 18). He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -M CSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that her 16-year-old daughter was out o f control and when the father tried to stop the I daughter from leaving, she as saulted him. -MCSO received a report from a caller of a pick up traveling westbound on Highway 730 at a high rate of speed with no lights on. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f shots fired from a vehicle on W ashington. It d id n ’t sound like vehicle backfire. -MCSO received a report from a caller o f a vehi cle without lights on traveling at a high rate o f speed on Chase Street. -MCSO deputy cited Roberto Villalobos Albertico, 32, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 46 mph in a 30 mph zone and No Insurance. -MCSO received a report o f a burglary alarm at Kegler’s Market in Irrigon. It was determ ined to be the cleaning crew. -MCSO received a report from a caller at A.C. Houghton Elementary School in Irrigon o f two vehicles parked in a dark area on the east side o f the school. The vehicles could be a hazard. Feb. 14: M CSO arrested Christopher Robert Fox, 38, for DU1I. Vehicle was impounded. -MCSO cited Angel Chavez, 44, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report from a caller outside of lo n e th a t p erso n s w ere attempting to steal anhydrous ammonia at his field near his house. The vehicle left headed towards lone. Deputies were unable to locate the subjects. -MCSO received a report from Security Assoc, that an audible burglar alarm could be heard at the MCGG scale house in Irrigon. -MCSO received a report that an Aeromax van was traveling at a high rate of speed on 1-84 westbound from mp 165. -B o ard m an PD received report o f a sheepdog w ith a c o lla r and tags wandering down the middle of the road ju st south o f the Century Market. -MCSO received a request that Behavioral Health be notified and asked to call the c a lle r reg ard in g her medications. -MCSO received a report from ADT of a burglar alarm co m in g from the Riverside High School shop building. It was determined to be a false alarm. -MCSO deputy cited Randy Mark Simpson, 46, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 74 mph in a 55 mph zone. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Heppner that juveniles behind the e lem en tary school w ere smoking in the evenings near the wooden bridge and they are also moving horse troughs on the caller’s property. -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact from a c a lle r in Irrigon regarding his 16-year-old son who possibly ran away. -MCSO deputy cited Jessi Manuel Sanchez, 20, Violation of the Basic Rule, 70 mph in a 55 mph zone, No O p e ra to r’s L icen se, No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded and later released to another subject. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited Esthela Garay, 47, for Maintaining a Dog as a Public Nuisance (instance occurred on Dec. 23, 2002 ). -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that a fem ale su b ject was trespassing as well as a male suspect, and was attempting to have her son serve a paper to his father at the residence. -B oardm an Police Dept, officer cited a female subject for Driving Uninsured. -MCSO received a report from a caller that a male subject enroute from Union to H ep p n er w as o verdue. S ev eral ag en cies w ere advised. -MCSO deputy cited Holly Rene McShannon, 2 1 , for Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 85 mph in a 65 mph zone. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman of a fight with four males against two males behind the Sentry Market in Boardman. Several subjects were located; the parties had already separated and the juveniles were given a ride home. -MCSO received a report o f a dead deer on Frontage Road/Pole Line Road. Feb. 15: M CSO d ep u ty cited B enjam in Demetrio Hoyos Abundiz, 25, for F ailu re to R enew Registration. -B oardm an Police Dept, officers cited Daniel Duane Doyle, 39, for Driving while License Suspended infraction. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO, Boardman P o lice D ept, o ffice rs attempted to make a traffic stop, the vehicle attempted to elude. The pursuit concluded at a field. One subject was detained, questioned and released. No damage was done and a hose was left. -M C SO , O regon State Police, Boardman Fire Dept., Boardman ambulance received a report of a motor vehicle accid en t. It was determined the vehicle did not wreck but did have a blown tire. A tow was enroute. -MCSO received a report from Oregon State Police that Rodney Bryce Virgil, 41, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/ Manufacture, Delivery o f a Controlled Substance. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO deputy cited Scott Ashley McLeod, 33, for Violation of the Basic Rule, 72 mph in a 55 mph zone, Driving while License Suspended-I. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f a dog tied up near her property that did not have food or water. -MCSO, Hermiston and Umatilla Police depts. received a report from a caller who was following a subject who had passed counterfeit m oney in U m atilla then stopped at the Irrigon Market then tu rn e d aro u n d and headed back to Umatilla. It w as d eterm in ed to be a Umatilla case. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon who had hit a puppy. The puppy ran off. The situation was handled and no law enforcement required. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a 911 call from a residence in Irrigon. There was a language barrier w ith a m ale su b ject; an em ergency could not be confirmed and then the subject hung up. The residence was checked; the subject had left. -M C SO d ep u ty arrested J.
