He was cited and released. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report o f a speeding vehicle on 1-84 eastbound. -M C SO , Irrigon am bulance received a request for an am bulance for a 67-year- old male with severe back pain. It was determ ined to be an un known phone problem. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from Jefferson County that A m ethyst M aki, 24, w as in c u sto d y on a Je ffe rso n C ounty w arrant w ith a hold placed for an Irrigon Justice C ourt w arrant for Failure to Pay F ine/T heft III. The restaurant was closed but som eone w ould check in the moming. -M C S O , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardm an o f a verbal d istu rb an ce at an apartment. -M C SO , B oardm an Police Dept, receiv ed a report from a caller in Boardman that her daughter’s boyfriend was attempting to throw her out o f a residence. J a n . 7: M C S O , B oardm an Police Dept, re ceived a report o f a fire alarm at Columbia River Processing. The caller called back and cancelled the report. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner o f a disturbance at a residence in H eppner w ith yelling and things breaking. The caller called back and said the nois es stopped and som eone was cleaning up. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from a caller in lone o f an anhydrous am m onia theft. The suspects left evidence. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report from the A shland Po lice Dept, that Kenneth Hunt er, 22, w as arrested on an Irrigon Justice Court w arrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Pos- session o f Less than O ne Oz. M arijuana. He w as cited and released. -M C SO deputy cited John Frutos, 55, for D riving w hile License Suspended-V, Failure to Renew Registration, and Failure to Change Vehicle Information. -M C S O d ep u ty a r rested Terrance A. Wilson, 27, on Um atilla County warrants for Failure to A ppear/M anu- facture o f a C ontrolled S ub stance, Possession o f a C on trolled S ubstance, T h eft I, Forgery I, Probation V iola tio n , a n d for W ash in g to n County warrants for Failure to A ppear/Resisting Arrest, H a rassment, Criminal M ischief II, DUE -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for a deputy contact at the Irrigon M arket regard ing a juvenile female subject. -M C S O rec e iv e d a r e q u e s t fro m D e s c h u te s County for a check on a male subject. The inform ation was f o r w a r d e d to D e s c h u te s County by mail. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f a disabled vehicle on H ighw ay 207. A tow truck w as dispatched. T he driver was nervous about being alone in a rem ote area. T he driver w as advised there w ere no units in the area, but to lock the doors and call back if her safety w as threatened. The tow truck arrived and all was okay. -M C S O , D O J r e ceived a report from a caller in Irrigon that she found a website advertising drugs and child pornography. -M C S O deputies ar rested Tiffany Rena Williams, 19, on a B aker C ounty w ar rant for N egotiating a Bad Check. -M C SO , Irrigon am bulance received a report from a caller in Irrigon that a 55- Cozy, Well-Kept Home year-old fem ale fell from her w heelchair. H er knee w as swelling and was possibly bro ken. -M C SO deputy cited K enneth R. C annon, 20, for E x c e e d in g th e M a x im u m Speed Lim it, 82 m ph in a 65 mph zone. -M C SO deputy cited D aniel John Bow er, 43, for E x c e e d in g th e M a x im u m Speed Lim it, 88 m ph in a 65 mph zone. -M C SO deputy cited Sarit B am et-M endez, 37, for E x c e e d in g th e M a x im u m Speed Lim it, 84 m ph in a 65 mph zone. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that he heard som eone hit a fence near his residence and saw a pickup leave the scene. A second caller reported a vehicle drove through his fence and w as still there. Tam m ie Sheree Slayter, 23, w as arrest ed for DU II (B A C .08), and cited for N o O p e ra to r’s L i cense and No Insurance. The vehicle was impounded. Jan. 8: M C S O re c e iv e d a re p o rt fro m th e U m atilla Police D ept, that Javier Pedro Bustam ante, 20, w as arrested on a M orrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Attempt to Elude, U nlaw ful Entry o f M otor Vehicle, Theft III, and on a w arrant out o f U CSO . -M C S O , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardm an o f a fight in progress at an apart ment. The suspects were gone upon officers’ arrival. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report o f a deer that needed to be put down. An officer was unable to locate the animal. -M C S O re c e iv e d a relayed report o f tw o horses out on the old Columbia High w ay across from the donkey ranch. -M C S O , B oardm an Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardm an o f loud music from her neighbor’s house. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that her ex-boyfriend cam e to her house. There was a verbal d isp u te . E rn e sto J im e n e z Espino, 33, w as arrested on a U nion C ou n ty w arran t for Failure to A ppear/D U II. He w as lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner o f gasoline stolen from his ve hicle. -M C S O d e p u ty a r rested K yle C. M oses, 25, on a Umatilla County warrant for Domestic Assault IV, Harass m ent IV and cited for Driving w hile L icense S u sp en d ed - M isdem eanor. T he vehicle was impounded. -M C S O re c e iv e d a request for a deputy contact from a caller in H eppner re garding the caller’s relative vi olating his medicinal marijua na prescription. -B o a rd m a n P o lic e Dept, officer cited Christopher N. Stanger, 41, for V iolation o f the Basic Rule, 45 m ph in a 30 mph zone. -M C SO deputy cited M ichael O rville G underson, 42, for Driving while License Suspended Violation and Driv ing Uninsured. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that he saw som eone w ith a flashlight in the field west ofhis residence. D r iv e r w a s f o u n d a n d everything was okay. -M C S O c ite d G eoffrey B rian L aPeire, 45, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 88 m ph in a 55 m ph zone. -M C SO , H erm iston PD received a report from a caller in lone reporting he had his vehicle parked in Hermiston for sale and believes it has been stolen. -M C SO , Irrigon FD received a request for a fire page for an illegal bum one mile east o f town. -N e w p o rt PD arrested a 42-year-old subject o n a G C S O w a r r a n t fo r F a ilu re to A p p e a r/D riv in g while Suspended. Subject was lodged at L incoln Co. Jail, with no local charges. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in lone that a d eer had been hit and w as still alive going toward lone out o f L exington and the deer needs to be put dow n. -M C S O , B oardm an am bulance received a report from a caller in Boardman that a 26-year-old m ale cut his han d and it w as b leeding. S ubject w as transported to G o o d S h e p h e rd M e d ic a l Center in Hermiston. Jan. 10: M C S O , B oardm an Police Dept, re ceived a request for a building ch eck from a caller w ho left his business early to go hom e and co u ld n ’t rem em ber if he locked the doors. -M C SO deputy cited Ju lio A rturo Sepulveda, 28, for Failure to C arry P ro o f o f Insurance. -M C S O rec e iv e d a report o f an anhydrous amm o nia theft that occurred the pre vious night. -M C S O , O r e g o n State Police received a report o f a burglar alarm at the Irrigon Learning Center. It w as deter m ined to be a false alarm. -M C S O , B oardm an Police Dept, received a 911 hang-up call from a phone in B oardm an. C enturyT el ad vised it w as a payphone that was having phone problems. -M C S O rec e iv e d a request for deputy contact in Boardm an regarding the call e r’s ex-wife taking the children out o f state. -M C S O , O reg o n S tate Police, B oardm an Po lice Dept, received a report o f a b u r g la r a la r m a t A .C . H oughton in Irrigon. It w as determ ined to be a false alarm caused by em ployee error. -M C SO deputies cit ed Lucio Corona Arce, 33, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 70 mph in a 55 mph zone and No O p e ra to r’s License. The vehicles had been there several hours. It w as determ ined the subjects w ere from an accident that o c c u rre d earlier.
