All vehicles used for appli cation, must be thoroughly cleaned of weeds and weed seeds before entering and before leav ing Navy lands. Material Safety Data Sheets, copy of Oregon State Pesticide Application license and proof of insurance shall be submitted to Morrow SWCD within 30 days of contract award and before work begins. COMPLETION OF WORK: All work shall be completed on or before May 15, 2003. Morrow SWCD reserves the right to reject any or all bids not in compliance with all required procedures and may reject for good cause any bids upon a find ing by the district that it is in the public interest to do so. Deputies located caller and everything was okay. -MCSO re c e iv e d a request for deputy contact from a caller in Heppner, to respond to a possible assault victim at Pioneer Memorial Hospital. Dec. 14: MCSO cited Amanda Dawn Muth, 27, for DUII bac .17, and for Driving while Suspended. -OSP arrested Herbert Hill, 24, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driv ing while Suspended. Subject was cited and released. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon reported that she heard what she believed were gunshots tired. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that her keys were stolen out o f her vehicle and som eone w ent through the jockey box. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Irrigon that she had found a puppy last week and had been unable to locate the ow ner. Now som eone w as calling to claim it. She wanted to know what her rights are. -M CSO cited N ancy E arlea H uddleston, 64, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. -M C SO receiv ed an abandoned 911 call from the Boardman rest area. Deputies were unable to locate any one. -MCSO, Boardman PD cited Maria Rosario Velasco de Arias, 46, for Endangering a Child Passenger. -M C S O re c e iv e d a request for deputy contact from a caller in Irrigon regarding her 15-year-old son taking her vehicle with out permission. The son has sin ce retu rn ed the vehicle. -M C S O cited C asey Daniel Rodriguez, 29, for Passing in a No Passing Zone. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that a car was parked in the street as a hazard. -M C S O re c e iv e d a report from a caller in Heppner that an unknown, unauthorized person entered the hospital two times. Deputies were unable to locate the subject. Hospital is locked down other than the front door. -M CSO cited Trinidad Ramos C iarcia, 34, for Violation o f the Basic Rule, 38 mph in a 25 mph zone.
