She thought the noise came from inside her residence. Officers were unable to locate anyone. -MCSO deputy cited a female subject for Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 86 mph in a 65 mph zone. -Boardman Police Dept, officer arrested Todd Patrick Copenhaver, 20, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Possession of a Controlled Substance 11 and DUII. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail. -MCSO deputy cited Gerardo Gomez Gomez, 22, for No Operator’s License and Ex ceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 78 mph in a 65 mph zone. The v ehicle was impounded. -MCSO deputy cited Higinio Ramirez Salazar, 19, for Exceeding the Maximum Speed Limit, 71 mph in a 55 mph zone and Failure to Carry Proof of Insurance. -MCSO received a re port from a caller in Heppner that her horse jumped the fence.
