Children in kindergarten through sixth grade are invited to attend and play relay games, hear Bible stories and earn awards for memorizing Bible verses. MCSO deputy cited Erick Kynaston, 18, for exceeding the maximum speed limit, 98/65; no operator’s license; and driving uninsured. Ezequiel Salgado, 28, was cited for permitting the unlawful use of a motor vehicle. MCSO deputy cited Fortunato Diaz-Minjarez, 20, for failure to appear/possession of a forged instrument I and criminal trespassing II. Subject was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $20,000 bail. MCSO received a request for officer contact n Irrigon regarding the caller being harassed by someone who had been told not to call or stop by but continues to do so. MCSO received a report of a stolen four-wheeler at a residence in Irrigon. MCSO received a call from Irrigon reporting that a man had taken the caller’ ATM card and used it to take $160 out of her account without permission. MCSO deputy cited Rodrigo Rodriguez, 28, for possession o f a controlled substance. MCSO received a report of a tire tread in the lane on the freeway near Boardman. MCSO deputy arrested Ralph Carl Greer, 42, for failure to appear/possession o f a controlled substance II. Subject was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail on $20,000 bail. MCSO received a request for officer contact from Tim’s Gun Shop in Irrigon regarding a vandalism that had occurred. The Morrow County Sheriffs Office (MCSO) reports handling the following business: MCSO received a report o f a domestic disturbance in Irrigon. Tony Kellar, 29, was cited for driving while license suspended/revoked. MCSO received a call from Heppner that the neighbor’s dog is chasing emus behind the caller’s house. v : " ;::"KlCSOreceived’a report of a domestic dispute that had occurred about 20 minutes before on Main Street in Boardman. MCSO deputy arrested James Daniel Elliott, 23, for felony elude. Elliott was lodged the Umatilla County Jail. He was also cited for failure to use a helmet, driving while license suspended, and no insurance. MCSO received a report of shots being fired in the vicinity of the fish hatchery. MCSO deputy arrested Billie Mac Cole, 46, for failure to pay fines/driving while license suspended, driving uninsured. July 9: MCSO received a call from Boardman that an intoxicated person was sitting on the caller’s front porch and she wants him gone. The subject said that he was dumped by two subjects who fled in his pick up. MCSO received a report from a Morrow County Public Works employee that someone had started up a county fuel truck at a crusher site near Skinner Creek and pumped out the diesel. Approximately 800 gallons was stolen. The truck was still running when the public works employee had arrived on the scene. MCSO received a report from Irrigon that the caller thought his windshield had been shot out while he was driving. MCSO received a call from Irrigon with the caller saying that her daughter was beating up on her, then hung up. When the residence was recontacted, the caller said that the daughter had left and no further assistance was needed. MCSO deputy arrested Antonio Montez Jaime, 31, for failure to appear/driving while license suspended. Subject was lodged at the Umatilla County jail on $6,000 bail. MCSO deputy cited Garrett Curtis Brown, 37, for violating the basic rule, 59/40. MCSO received a report from Irrigon that the caller’s neighbors are walking across her yard and she has no trespassing signs up and is afraid that her dogs might bite them. MCSO deputy cited Charmin Marie Hobson, 25, for violation of the basic rule, 53/40. MCSO received a report from Irrigon of loud music coming form the Irrigon Mobile Court. MCSO received a report of a male who was having a seizure in Boardman. MCSO deputy cited Iraj Boroumand, 49, for violation of the basic rule, 75/55. ; MCSO received a report that the. caller’s ex-husband was over two hours late with her children. MCSO received a report that a wotaae at U mk Boardman rest area was having car trouble and was going to try to make it to the next exit. She advised that she has three children with her. MCSO received a report from Boardman that a boxer is loose in the caller’s yard and she is worried about her cats. MCSO deputy cited Dustin Dale Rollis, 21, for driving while license suspended. MCSO received a report from Boardman that the caller’s 18-year-old son is out of control, throwing articles and breaking up stuff. July 10: Boardman Police Dept, officer located a vehicle in Boardman with a subject in the back who was unresponsive. An ambulance was requested. It was determined that the subject was all right and the ambulance call was cancelled.
