The teams competing this year for the title are Sherman County, Enterprise, Weston McEwen and lone. A girls' match up between the Enterprise Savages and the Sherman County Huskies will kick off the tournament at 3 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30. Later to finish out the gins' first round, lone will be taking on Weston McEwen at 6 p.m. The first boys' game will be at 4:30 p.m. with Sherman County battling Enterprise. The final game of the night has the lone Cardinals matched up against Weston McEwen Tiger-Scots at 7:30 p.m. The next day will begin with the girls' consolation game at 1 p.m. and the boys' consolation at 2:45 p.m. Planning A Holiday Dinner Or Parly? Dinner will start after the Light Parade. Lodge will begin at 8 p.m. December 6th ~ Thursday TOY DINNER - bring an unwrapped toy and re ceive a free spaghetti dinner. The toys will be taken to the Neighborhood Center for their Christ mas baskets. They will be distributed in the Heppner, Lexington and lone areas. Dinner will start at 6 p.m. Memorial Service for departed members will be held at 8 p.m. before Lodge. Sheriff's Report The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) reports handling the following business: -MCSO received a request for a deputy contact regarding the caller’s two-year-old son who had been staying with his father in Imgon and came home with hand prints on his rear where he had been spanked. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that her 17-year-old son had been assaulted. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a caller in Boardman that someone had just tried to break into her residence. MCSO received a request for deputy contact from a caller who said he and his girlfriend were receiving harassing phone calls from a female subject in Irrigon. Oct. 15: Boardman Police Dept, officers arrested Julio Reyes, Jr., 47, Boardman on a UCSO warrant for Failure to Appear/Harassment and local charges of Unlawfiil Sexual Penetration and Sex Abuse I. He was lodged at Umatilla County Jail with $32,500 bail. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report from Irrigon of five-six gunshots and a car heard speeding off toward Highway 730, "going through the gears pretty hard". Officers were unable to locate anyone. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report from a caller in Imgon that a male subject came to her residence with a crowbar, yelled at another male subject, then left. Duane Randell White, 43, was arrested for Burglary I, Criminal Trespass I, Menacing and Assault IV. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $43,000 bail. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that he heard the depot siren. The depot was contacted and advised they had no information regarding the siren. -MCSO received a report of a theft in Imgon that occurred Friday evening. -Heppner ambulance, lone QRT received a report o f an 86-year-old male who was having difficulty breathing. The patient was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. -MCSO received a report from- a caller who had information on a wanted person. -MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a verbal dispute at a residence in Boardman. Jose Trinidad Muniz-Rafael, 28, was arrested on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Possession o f a Forged Instrument I (x3), Giving False Information to a Police Officer and an UCSO warrant hold. He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $30,000 bail. -MCSO deputies cited a juvenile in Boardman for Criminal Trespass I and Harassment. , -Oregon State Police received areport ofa speeder driving 85+mph. -MCSO conducted a background check on an individual for U.S. Investigation Services, Inc. in Renton, Washington, and a background check on another individual for U.S. Office of Personnel Management in Boyers, Pennsylvania. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that she received a message in Arabic on her computer. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a juvenile in Boardman that he had been assaulted by a "bigger kid" and got a "knot" on his head. real h a ir c o lo r anym ore. Careless Driving and Speed Racing. -Oregon State Police received a report of a vehicle in Imgon driving too fast. -MCSO received request for a deputy at Columbia Middle School in Irrigon for an assault. -MCSO, Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance from a Boardman Police Dept officer to the police dept, for a 50-year-old male with blurred vision. Transport was refused. -MCSO received a report of reckless passing. A vehicle passed a school bus-load o f kids north of lone in a dangerous area. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f a burglary in progress in Boardman. It was determined all was okay. -MCSO received a report of a suspicious person at the Imgon Post Office/Moose Lodge parking lot. The person was a white juvenile male riding a bike and looking inside parked vehicles. Officers were unable to locate the subject. -Heppner Police Dept, officer cited Erin Korey Eastman, 26, for Illegal U-tum. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that his juvenile son had been missing for two days. He was located and returned to his home. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that she received a suspicious brown envelope bearing a New York return address and postmarked from New York. It was identified as a bill for a book she had ordered, as determined by a deputy shining a flashlight beam through the envelope. -MCSO deputy cited Chris Dwayne Schneider, 18, for Driving while License Suspended-Infraction. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Irrigon that a strongbox was stolen from her residence. A Ruger .22 pistol was in the box. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of loud music, screaming and slamming doors at an apt. complex in Boardman. A deputy spoke to the manager and advised things have quieted down. Oct. 16: MCSO received a report of a bearded male subject sitting on a suitcase along the 1-84 eastbound on-ramp. The,subject wasftyjng to get a ride toUq^Ulathen on to the Tri-Cities. A deputy gave him a courtesy ride to Umatilla. -MCSO received a report from the Oregon State Police that a car in a ditch that was causing a hazard had been towed, in case anyone inquired. -MCSO deputy arrested a juvenile for Assault IV/Tampering with a Witness (x2). The juvenile was lodged at NORCOR. -MCSO deputy cited a juvenile for Assault IV. -MCSO deputy arrested a juvenile for Sodomy I/Measure 11. The juvenile was lodged at NORCOR. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that a juvenile was making threats to her daughter regarding an assault on her son on Sunday. -MCSO received a report o f a motorcycle speeding through an area in Boardman. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, officers cited Antonio Jiminez- Sanchez, 38, for No Operator's License, No Insurance, and City Ordinance o f Operation of Motortruck on Road Not Designated for a Truck. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received a request for officer contact in Imgon regarding a resident who could identify the kids who broke into an empty trailer. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman that a suspicious vehicle was parked in her driveway. While she was on the line, the vehicle left. -USFS received a report of lots of smoke seen from Potamus Point It was determined to be a controlled bum. -MCSO received a report of suspicious circumstances at Kegler’s Sentry Market in Imgon. Individuals were buying several boxes of Sudafed and propane bottles. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Imgon that a male subject had harassed him earlier. An Attempt to Locate was sent out for the male subject for Probable Cause/Violation of Release/ Harassing. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received several 911 calls from a residence in Boardman. On call-back, an elderly female subject advised there was no emergency. A welfare check was performed and it was determined the woman has Alzheimer's. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Boardman of a suspicious vehicle driving through her property. It was a big truck with a light on top. -MCSO received a report from a caller in Imgon o f someone screaming and possibly fighting. The caller couldn't see anyone near her residence. -MCSO received a report from Multnomah County that Eulalio Silva, 27, was arrested on an Irrigon. Justice Court warrant for Failure f to Appear/DUII. The subject was lodged at the Multnomah County Jail with $6,000 bail. -Boardman Police Dept, officers cited Rafael Martinez Olguin, 34, for Driving while License Suspended-I and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. Oct. 17:Oregon State Police received a report from a caller in Irrigon o f brush in the road near North Patterson Ferry Road. -MCSO received a report o f a Violation of a Restraining Order in Irrigon. The caller said her husband had called her nine times the previous night. She requested deputy. -Heppner Police Dept, officer cited Edward Z. Pallanes, 53, for No Operator's License. . -MCSO received a report from a caller ur Imgon that her husband had assaulted her by striking her with a computer, causing a cut on her hand. Her children were present when this happened. She also said her husband wanted the computer out of the house because it had teen pornography on it. -MCSO received a report from the husband in the previous report that his wife assaulted him and he had cuts and scratches on his hands. He said he had gone to the house to get his computer and she had - "gone wild." He requested deputy contact. -MCSO received a report from - a caller that he was repossessing a vehicle. The driver was his daughter. The vehicle was towed from the Tillamook Cheese plant. -MCSO deputy cited an Imgon juvenile for Violation of the Basic Rule, 35 mph in a 20 mph zone. -MCSO received a request to speak to a deputy from a caller from Virginia regarding her house in Imgon. Her daughter was supposed to have moved from there. -MCSO received a report o f a vehicle at the Boardman Pharmacy that looked like a vehicle that had been stolen earlier but was now painted primer gray.
