Oregon State Police received a report from a caller on 1-84 o f a vehicle following her from The Dalles. It was follow ing other vehicles as well. -Boardman Police Dept, received a report from Boardman that the caller asked a subject to m ove his vehicle; the subject then threatened to hit the caller. -MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from the Texaco in Boardman o f a dnve-ofT for S28. The vehicle was located and the subjects returned to Boardman to pay. -M C S O deputies cited Shane ¡mmitt La Boucane, 27, for Driving w hile License Suspended I and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -M C S O received a report from a caller in Irngon that a female subject took the title/papervvork o f a motor home that belongs to another person and won't return it. Deputy contact was requested. S ep t 16: MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a report o f a Restraining Order violation in Heppner. Hank Howard. 44, was arrested for Harassment and M enacing. H e was lodged at the U m atilla County Jail. -M C S O received a report o f several roping steers loose on H ighw ay 74 near Basey Canyon. A message was left for the owner. -M C S O , Heppner Police Dept received a report o f a loud party in Heppner, possibly an M IP party -MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept. Irngon ambulance received a report from Irrigon o f an older male who was unconscious and lying in a field. The caller called back and said the subject got up and drove away. He appeared very intoxicated. The caller called back again and said the vehicle was on Highway 730 and weaving all over the road. O SP was advised -M C S O received a request for contact in Boardman regarding service/standby for custody papers. -M C S O received a report from a caller in Boardman to advise officers when a subject returned to a vacant house. The subject was at the house. The caller called back to advise the subject left in a vehicle. -Oregon State P olice received a report o f a m otor hom e pulling a vehicle that was swerving between lanes and almost running a truck o f f the road on 1-84 w estbound. -Irrigon ambulance received a request fora ambulance in Irngon for a 49-year-old w ho fell and dislocated a prosthetic limb at the hip The person was conscious and breathing but in extreme pam. The patient was transported to G ood Shepherd M edical Center in Hermiston. -M C S O received a report o f a piece o f tire tread in the 1-84 lane westbound tliat was causing a traffic hazard. -M C SO deputy reported he was with a male subject w ho was camping illegally. The subject was advised to move camping equipment in 24 hours. -M C S O deputy assisted with a disabled vehicle that had blown a tire on 1-84 eastbound. -M C S O received a report o f a fire at the Colum bia R iver Dairy feed lot. -M CSO. Boardman ambulance received a report o f a possible domestic situation in Boardman. A fem ale subject was threatening to take rat poison. Her boyfriend was at the house arguing. O fficers were unable to locate the vehicle. -M C S O received a report o f a car stereo stolen out o f a vehicle in Irrigon. -Heppner Police Dept, received a report o f a loose horse between the g o lf course and the m ill in Heppner. The horse was returned to its pasture. -M C S O received a report o f a stop sign down in Irrigon. -M C S O received a report o f a d r iv e -o ff from the Chevron in Boardman. -U SFS received a report o f a lightening strike fire by Potamus Point lookout. -Heppner Police Dept, received a report o f a lightening strike fire on Heppner Hill towards Rhea Creek. Smoke was visible. Officials were unable to find the fire. -Oregon State Police received a report o f a motorcycle speeding and passing on the shoulder on 1-84 eastbound. -M C S O received a report o f a possible D U II headed westbound on H ighw ay 730. -Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a 63- year-old-male who was swelling due to medication taken. The patient was transported to Pioneer M em orial Hospital in Heppner. -Boardman Police Dept, officers cited G reg Alan Bass, 21, o f Boardman, for Dnving while License Suspended-Infraction and Driving Uninsured. The vehicle was impounded. -MCSO received a report o f three black semis speeding on 1-84 eastbound. A deputy was unable to locate the vehicles. -Boardman Police Dept, received a report that a vehicle speeding through the Boardman Sentry Market parking lot lost a hubcap. Sept 17: M CSO received a report o f a one-vehicle rollover accident. One person with unknown injuries was involved. The caller was unsure o f the location o f the accident. The accident was located and one person was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital. -M C S O received a report that someone threw a rock through a window at the Riverside High School Learning Center in Boardman. -M C S O received a report o f a gold chain stolen from a residence in Boardman. -M C S O received a report from a female subject that a male subject stole her furniture and held her hostage in Irrigon. -M C S O received a report from the manager o f the Trail Apts, that an apartment door was w ide open with no one around. -M C S O received a report from a caller in Irngon that a cell phone was stolen from her car w hile she was at work. -M CSO deputy arrested Michael Ray Snyder, Jr., 20, on a Umatilla County warrant for Parole Violation/Possession o f Less than One Oz. Manjuana. He was lodged at the Um atilla County Jail. -M C S O received a request for deputy assistance in Boardman from a caller trying to serve custody papers. -Heppner Police Dept, received a relayed message o f a male subject abusing a dog in the Central Market parking lot. An officer spoke to the subject. -M C SO deputy arrested Donald Ray Bass, 41, on a Umatilla County warrant for Parole Vioiation/Theft I. Delivery, Manufacture. Possession o f a Controlled Substance, and being an ex-con in possession o f a w eapon He was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with no bail. -M C SO received a hang-up 911 call in Im gon. A deputy checked the residence; the owner said the call did not com e from there and possibly came from next door since the utilities get the addresses mixed up It was possibly a 12-year-old ju ven ile playing on the phone -M C S O received a report from Irrigon that the caller’s neighbors had moved but left a dog.
