Marcella Monahan o f Heppner received a scholarship to attend Blue Mountain Community College in Pendleton. "Restart" is a new scholarship program that was established to support non-traditional adult students of all ages in beginning or continuing a college education. COPY PAPER Ream or Carton Heppner Gazette-Times 676-9228 Colt Volleyball program to begin The Colt volleyball program, for children in grades three to six, will get underway Friday, Septem ber 14. at the Heppner High School gym. The program will be held until October 14. Practice will be held on Fridays. Fifth and sixth graders will practice from 9-10:30 a.m.; third and fourth graders will practice from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Games will be held on Sunday afternoons. Gym shoes and knee pads will be required. Those who need knee pads should contact M 'ssy Cutsforth, 989- 8104.
