Juan Luis Ayala-Guarduno, 19, was cited for DUII. -Heppner Ambulance, Heppner Fire Dept., MCSO, HPD, EMT received report of a two-vehicle motor vehicle accident on Hwy. 74 with one person possibly trapped, bleeding from the nose. It was cancelled. -Oregon State Police received a report of a citizen going into the Boardman Police Dept, and reporting two troopers and a man with a hooded white suit on the side of 1-84 westbound. The Oregon State Police advised it was a meth lab investigation.
