The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a request for someone to pick up a lab puppy that was jumping on kids as they go to school. M CSO, B oardm an P olice Dept, received a report o f an alarm at Boardman Pharmacy. MCSO received information about a man with a warrant out on him who was possibly staying in Boardman. MCSO received a request for an extra patrol at a Boardman resi dence. MCSO received a report of vandalism at West Extension Irri gation. MCSO processed several re straining order entries. Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a fire alarm at Logan International. It was a false alarm. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report o f a dog lying on 1-84. MCSO received a request for an officer to cite someone for pos session of less than one oz. of marijuana. MCSO received a report of a neighbor's dog loose in Boardman. MCSO received a report o f a duffle bag stuffed into a culvert east o f Tower Road. MCSO received a report of reckless driving in Boardman. MCSO received a report from a woman that her brother-in-law w as fighting with her husband and also assaulted her. MCSO received a report of a dog bite in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a car broken into and items taken in Imgon. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for a check on an RV in Heppner. MCSO received a request for a call regarding a meth lab in Imgon. M arch 28: MCSO received a request to deliver an emergency message. MCSO received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in front o f a house in Heppner. The phone lines were down so the message was delivered by a third party. The car left. MCSO received another bomb threat at the Umatilla Army De pot. MCSO, Oregon State Police, Arlington Fire Dept, received a report of a U-Haul pulling a ve hicle that was on fire on 1-84. Heppner Police Dept, arrested Stephanie Marie Pardue, 19, on a Sherman County warrant. Pardue was lodged at the Umatilla County Jail with $5,000 bail. MCSO received a report o f a possible problem. A woman said she was taking another woman to the Domestic Violence Center and the husband may come home look ing for his wife. MCSO received a report o f a dog in a yard in Irrigon that was threatening the resident and his child. MCSO received a report of loud music at an Imgon residence. MCSO received a request for a welfare check on a woman who wasn’t answering her phone. The woman had reported flashlights shining in her windows that night before. MCSO received a request for assistance from the Umatilla Po lice Dept, for a vehicle pursued by the dept, and possibly heading to Irrigon. M arch 29: MCSO received a report of an open door on a pump station at Bigfoot Industries in Boardman. A deputy secured the door. MCSO deputy reported clean ing off tire debris on 1-84. MCSO received a report o f a dog barking all hours of the day in Imgon. The caller said the dog s owner was cited recently. BENT officers located a meth lab while serving a search war rant A hold was placed on Nolan B. Brock. 40, who was currently lodged at the UC Jail on UCSO ch arg es, for M anufacturing, Keeping a Place Where Drugs are Sold, Possession o f a Con trolled Substance. Bail was set at $26,000. MCSO received a request for a deputy from Columbia Middle School in Imgon to cite three ju veniles for Possession o f To bacco. A 12 year old and a 13 year old were cited for MIP-Tobacco. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a three year old coming into the Boardman Phar m acy by h e rse lf and buying candy. The child crossed the street. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report that a woman went to the caller’s home after being abused by her husband. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a semi truck hitting other semis in the parking lot at the E cono Lodge in Boardman. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report o f a suspicious vehicle turning its lights on and off around dumpsters. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer concerning a civil matter over a vehicle. Boardman Police Dept, ar rested Ricardo Alvarado-Alsonso, 33, for A ssault IV Dom estic Felony. He was lodged at the UC Jail with $7,500 bail. MCSO received a report of cattle out on Kunze Road. MCSO, Medic 3 received a report of a suspicious vehicle off the side of the freeway with the driver slumped over. They were advised to disregard the report. MCSO received a request for a deputy for a building broken into. Tribal Police were also respond ing. MCSO received a report of a wallet lost or stolen in Imgon. MCSO received a report o f a break-in reported at the Tupper Work Center. MCSO received a report from a woman that she lost her driver’s license. James Richard Henry, 61, An chorage, AK, was arrested for DUII. Heppner Police Dept, received a report that a male subject vio lated a restraining order at the high school. MCSO received a request from the Hermiston Police Dept, to check on an Irrigon residence be cause they were having trouble with 911 hang-ups. A deputy made contact and decided it must have been a child. MCSO received a report o f a Rottweiler hanging around trying to kill baby calves. The caller said if it came back, he would kill it. M arch 31: Oregon State Po lice, Bank of Eastern Oregon re ceived a report o f a panic alarm at BEO in Arlington. It was a false alarm caused by an employee er ror. MCSO received a report o f an alarm at Heppner High School. It was a teacher error. Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance at Boardman Health Care for a fe male with a pacemaker who was experiencing problems and was unable to walk. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a request for a welfare check on a 90 year old man. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report o f a fight in progress at Boardman Pharmacy. MCSO received a request for an officer contact for a property dispute. MCSO received a report that a woman was going to press charges against a m an if he showed up at her property again. Oregon State Police received a report from a man that he was being followed aggressively by subjects in a Pathfinder. with $968 bail. M CSO , B oardm an Police Dept., Boardman ambulance re ceived a report o f an unattended death in Boardman. Peter Charles Moor, 63, was discovered de ceased. Oregon State Police received a report o f a possible DUII on Highway 730. No one was in po sition to respond. City o f Heppner received a re port o f a water leak at Matlock and Green in Heppner. Kyle Donald Hill, 23, was ar rested on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Disorderly Conduct. The warrant was served while the subject was in UC Jail. Oregon State Police received a report of a woman riding a three- wheeler with no helmet on 1-84 eastbound near Boardman. Herm iston Police Dept, ar rested Terry Lynn Jones, 37, on a circuit court warrant for Parole Violation/Burglary II. Jones was lodged at the UC Jail with no bail and hold was placed for Morrow County. H erm iston Police Dept, ar rested Tami Ritchie, 35, on a war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/Crimi- nal Possession of Rental Property. Ritchie was lodged at the UC Jail with no bail and a hold was placed for Morrow County. MCSO deputy reported he was in pursuit on foot o f a large dog; another deputy finally lassoed the dog. Oregon State Police received a report from a subject near Heppner that his neighbor is tres passing and burning his fence and grass where birds are nesting. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report o f a subject at Boardman Pharmacy giving them a hard time. MCSO received a request for a welfare check from a man con cerned about his two year old daughter staying at an Irrigon resi dence. The man, who lives in Cali fornia, said his ex-wife, who has custody, ran off. MCSO received a report that a man pointed a knife at another subject at Bake’s Restaurant in Irrigon. Victor Sanders, 49, was cited for Menacing. MCSO received a report that a woman assaulted her husband badly. Teresa Homer was arrested for Assault IV and Resisting Ar rest. She was lodged at the UC Jail. M CSO deputy advised the woman in the previous entry was also charged with Telephone Ha rassment. MCSO received a report of a possible DUII. An officer was unable to locate anyone. MCSO received a report of a subject who ran a car into a tree. MCSO received a report of two vehicles, a red 4-door sedan and a grey 2-door sedan, speed ing up and down Utah Avenue in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a male subject pulling a knife in a threatening manner on two female subjects. MCSO received a report of vandalism in Boardman. UCSO deputy arrested Victor Cuervos Reyes, 27, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended citation. The subject was released due to overcrowd ing. Bail was $968. April 4: Multnomah County Sheriff s Office deputy arrested Jose Alberto Mardueno, 22, on a warrant for Criminal Mischief II with a $6,000 bail and Theft II with $6,000 bail. He was lodged at Multnomah County Jail. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a complaint about barking dogs. MCSO received a report o f a neighbor dog running at large in Imgon. MCSO received a request for a welfare check from the VA hos pital in Walla Walla, Washington. They were unable to contact a terminally ill patient.
