Following a potluck dinner, the meeting started with the charter draped for Harold (Shorty) Peck dent on 1-82. A vehicle rear-ended another vehicle. One injured child was transported by private vehicle to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning cattle not being watered. The owners were contacted and the cattle checked on. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a white Dodge that sides wiped another vehicle on 1-84 westbound and didn’t stop. MCSO received a report of an alarm at an Imgon residence. It was a false alarm. Oct. 26: Oregon State Police received a report of a deer block ing the lane one mile east of Tower Road. MCSO received a report of an 11 year old who refused to get in the school bus in lone and ran away. He was located. MCSO received a report of a large buck hit on 1-84 eastbound. MCSO received a report of a license plate found in the parking lot at Bakes in Imgon. MCSO received a request for the Imgon ambulance to go to Wagon Wheel Addition for a fe male having an epileptic seizure. Oregon State Police, Gilliam County Sheriff s Office, ODOT, Union Pacific Railroad, Arlington Fire Dept., Arlington ambulance received a report of a car hit by a train in Arlington. A male subject said a woman in Irrigon wouldn’t let him get his personal items. MCSO received a report of a burglar alarm at A.C. Houghton in Imgon. The building was se cure. MCSO received a report from a man that he had been run off the road on Highway 730 by a semi going 70+ mph. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a possible drunk driver headed to the Morrow County Fairgrounds in a blue van. An of ficer was unable to locate the ve hicle. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of two unwanted subjects at a Boardman residence. MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer concerning a disturbance between a juvenile and a female subject. ODFW received a request for a gun permit from a subject who said a coyote was hanging around his place where he has sheep. MCSO received a request for an officer concerning a driver of a van at the Heppner Chevron. Oregon State Police received a report of hunters who shot birds nght next to a no-hunting sign in Lexington. MCSO received a report from Heppner Police Dept, about a male subject headed to Lexington with weapons in his vehicle who was very agitated about his girl friend and another man. The sub ject didn’t leave Heppner until later and all was okay. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer concerning a dog in the yard. Oregon State Police received a report from a male subject in Irrigon that he was threatened by another male. Heppner ambulance received a request for an emergency trans port. MCSO received a report of a 10-wheeler farm truck hit and damaged at R.D. Offutt North west. MCSO, Heppner ambulance MCSO received a report of a located juvenile who was earlier reported missing/runaway. MCSO received a report of brothers overdue from boating on the Columbia River near Irrigon They returned home okay. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a domestic dispute in Imgon with yelling and swearing. Oct. 25: MCSO received a report of noises around the Imgon Mobile Court, truck speeding and burning tires. MCSO received a report that the rest area cow is back at the Boardman rest area on 1-84. The road dept, went to the scene with tools to fix the fence where she comes through. MCSO received a request for a welfare check for an Irrigon man who hadn’t been seen or heard from in days. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a missing young black male lab with spots on his chest. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a dnving com plaint. Columbia Middle School in Imgon requested a deputy to pick up a pocket knife confiscated from a student. MCSO received a request for a deputy from a woman who said a juvenile was harassing her and her daughter. One patient with a possible head injury was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. Morrow County Behavioral Health and Morrow County Ju venile Dept, received a report from a woman who said she’s having trouble keeping her son home, who is on house arrest. MCSO received a report of a possible MIP party in Lexington. MCSO received a report of a possible DU1I on 1-84 eastbound. Oct. 24: MCSO, Irrigon am bulance received a report of an accident between a vehicle and a pedestrian. It turned out to be a subject experiencing an epileptic seizure. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of juveniles with knives vandalizing bikes. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a dog hanging around a neighbor’s house. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of an elderly male driving who may not be fully capable of doing so. MCSO received a request for a deputy for a neighborhood prob lem. Umatilla Police Dept, arrested Anthony Todd Richards, 33, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for DUII-Bike, and two counts of Disorderly Conduct. He also had warrants out of Pendleton Police Dept., the sheriff’s office in Hillsboro and the UCSO. He was lodged at the UCSOjail. Oregon State Police at The Dalles arrested David Ephrem, 26, following a motor vehicle accident on a MCSO warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/No Deer Tag, Heppner Police Dept, arrested Thomas Clavis Chavis, 45, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Harass- ment. He was transported to the UCSOjail. MCSO received a report from an Irrigon man that his dog at tacked a dog that was going to attack him. MCSO received a report from an Irrigdn woman that her daugh ter had attended a MIP party. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer concerning a custodial problem. The ex-husband hadn’t returned the child on time.
