Heppner Gazette-Times, Heppner, Oregon Wednesday, October 6, 1999 - FIVE Martingales By Emily Rletmann, news reporter The Martingales 4-H Horse Club met at Christ Crowell's home on Sunday, October 26. Members had a barbecue dinner and a short meeting. At the meeting, Kristal Temple presented a ground training performance with her 1999 4-H horse training project named Eloise. Kristal Temple was elected president for the new year and Emily Rietmann was elected news reporter. Club members are going to be riding every Sunday. At times they will have an instructor for lessons and other times they will pleasure ride. On October 23, they will have a clinic that is open to 4-H members, their families and guests. Helmets are mandatory. On October 24 there will be a family fun day. If you have a horse or just dream o f owning one, the 4-H Martingales would like you to join up. Call Christ Crowell at 422- 7564 and be a participating member of this group. Obituaries Lucile Mary Donovan Lucile Mary Donovan. 79. of Imgon. died Tuesday. September C.M. SAUSAGE CO.
