MCSO deputy cited Ronald Lynn Reynolds, 38, for DUII. Boardman Police and Fire depts. received a report of a fire at a Boardman residence. It was a chicken coop fire. Oregon State Police wildlife officer received a report of a wounded bam owl in lone. MCSO received a report of a possible DUII on 1-84, westbound. Boardman Police Dept, cited two 14 year old juveniles for theft. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of adults harassing the caller’s children in her yard. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a neighbor’s dog causing a new Harley to fall over. MCSO received a report of sheep out in the Heppner area. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a go-cart sto len from Pendleton believed to be in Boardman. MCSO received a report of an older man in shabby clothes who appeared to be disoriented, walk ing down a county road near a ranch. No deputies were available in south Morrow County. MCSO, Oregon State Police, Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f two groups at the Boardman Marina Park trying to start fights. MCSO received a report of a man in the ditch on 1-84. He was sleeping. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a 911 call from a child in Boardman at the Outback Apts, with screaming and fighting heard in the background. Carlos Estrada-Pinedo, 23, was arrested for two counts of Assault IV Do mestic C-Felony, Possession of a Forged Instrument and Resisting Arrest. He was lodged at the UCSOjail. MCSO received a request for a deputy in Irrigon. Deputies were unable to respond at the time. Boardnum Police Dept, re ceived a complaint of a barking dog. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report o f a camper parked at the Nomad. MCSO, Boardm an Police Dept, received a report of people gathering at the BP station in Irrigon who had been fighting ear lier and broke a window out of a car. One of the vehicles involved was in a non-injury accident two miles east of Irrigon on Highway 730. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of loud music in Boardman. An officer was unable to locate anyone. June 20: MCSO received a report of a possible drunk driver by the fairgrounds in Heppner. No units were available to check it out. MCSO deputy cited Wilynda Marie Wardinski, 36, Irrigon, for DUII. She blew a .15. MCSO deputy cited Giselle Lee Schoonover, 24, Heppner, for DUII, Driving while License Sus- pended-I and No Insurance. She blew a .09. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of loud music and loud thumping at the Columbia Villa Apts. MCSO received a report from a Boardman man that he had loaned his vehicle to a female sub ject to go to work and she had not returned it. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of 2-3 men outside a resi dence fighting. The fight broke up. lone EMTs, Heppner ambu lance received a report of a 75- 80 year old female in lone who was ill. MCSO received a report of a possible drunk driver on Highway 730 weaving all over the road. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for a welfare check. MCSO, Boardm an Police Dept, received a report of a dis pute between neighbors about to erupt into a fight. MCSO received a report from a woman in Irrigon that her hus band slapped her on the face. MCSO deputy arrested Alberto Vargas Cervantes, 31, for two counts of Assault IV-Domestic. MCSO deputy arrested Manuel Garcia Vargas, 45, on DUII. MCSO received a report from a woman in Irrigon that her hus band took their four year old daughter and hasn’t brought her home. MCSO, Boardm an Police Dept, received a report of a large family camping on Tidewater property near the chip yards who refUsed to leave. Officers made contact and the subjects left. MCSO received a report of power out at the Port of Morrow in Boardman. MCSO received a report of a suspicious person at a residence. MCSO, Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a grass fire at the Port of Morrow that was apparently started when a trans former blew. MCSO received a request for a deputy regarding suspicious ac tivity and theft o f a pressure washer. The pressure washer was located. Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a 21 year old female having trouble breathing. The patient was trans ported to Pioneer Memorial Hos pital in Heppner. MCSO received a report of a possible sex abuse case that is possibly under MCSO jurisdiction. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a stolen bike. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer for a dis pute among three people at the Pioneer Memorial Hospital emer gency door. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning child custody. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a citation and law. MCSO received a request for an extra patrol for vandalism around Strebin Farms. MCSO, Union Pacific Railroad, Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a box car on fire along 1-84. The train pushed the box car into Boardman District to Tower Road and the fire was put out. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a driver throw ing out five cans of beer over the past 30 minutes. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of an alarm at the Hepp ner DMV office. It was believed to be the cleaning lady. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of dogs barking again. MCSO received a report of three shots fired below a resi dence. June 22: H eppner Police Dept, received a report from a woman that she was unable to lo cate her 10 year old son since 2 p.m. the day before. The woman suspected that he was taken on a drug run by a female subject. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report that someone at tempted to break down the door at the Boardman Learning Cen ter. Boardman Fire Dept, received a report of a grass fire along the railroad. Oregon State Police received a report of a semi going 80+ mph on 1-84. MCSO received a request for a deputy. MCSO received a report from an Irrigon man that he was threat ened. MCSO received a report from a man that three juveniles in a car flipped him off and gave him hand signals. MCSO received a report of motorcycles and 4-wheelers in the turkey shoot area of Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a stolen bike. The bike was at the police dept. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of money taken from a vehicle. MCSO received a report of a window broken out of a vehicle in Boardman. MCSO received a report of ATVs and pickups racing and causing dust and noise at the Dunes. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a male sub ject in Boardman that his room mate is intoxicated and it has been going on for two months every day. MCSO, Umatilla Electric Co. received a report of a downed power line on Kunze and Main Street. A man ran over it with his vehicle. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of two juveniles who walked off with two 12-packs o f beer from the Boardman Texaco. June 23: MCSO deputy ar rested Artemio Rodnguez-Mad- rigal, 24, Boardman, for Failure to Perform the Duties of a Driver in an Accident involving Property Damage, concerning the downed power line. MCSO received a report of cows out. Heppner Police Dept, received a request to deliver a message. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a hit power pole. MCSO, Irrigon ambulance re ceived a request for an ambulance for a person who had his hand run over by a vehicle. MCSO received a request for a deputy at the Irrigon Annex. MCSO received a report of a .40 caliber Ruger pistol missing from a pickup. Heppner Fire Dept, received a report of a brush fire next to a house in Lexington, 200-300’ away. The fire was out of the dis trict, but eight people with shov els and hoses were getting the fire under control. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a girl who bit her tongue and may have to go to the hospi tal. MCSO received a request for a deputy from a man who said his wife locked him out of the house and took the kids again. MCSO received a report o f a fawn along the road south o f Heppner. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a neighbor in lone leaving nails on the road and tires popping. Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a 39 year old female with a broken ankle at the Rendezvous site. Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a 37 year old male who had a tire blow out on him. He was con scious and alert but in pain. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer because the caller’s dog was shot at and injured by a neighbor. Boardman Police Dept, ar rested Robert Cody Schoonover, 36, for DUn. June 24: Boardman and Ar lington Fire Dept, received a re port of a fire I'A miles north of the Coal Fire Plant on the railroad tracks. It was out of the district for Boardman and Arlington would respond if there was a di rect request from the railroad co. Heppner ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a 49 year old man with asthma problems. The patient was trans ported to Pioneer Memorial Hos pital in Heppner. MCSO received a request for a deputy from a woman who said she ran off the road. MCSO received a 911 call from a Lexington residence with what sounded like a child on the line. An adult was contacted at the residence and said everything was okay. MCSO received a report of a missing cell phone in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance received a report of a woman who may be having a stroke. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a request to deliver a message to someone at the Rendezvous. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer concerning a fender-bender. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a male subject harassing customers at the BP station and he won’t leave. An officer cited Anthony Todd Richards, 33. MCSO received a report from the National Weather Service for severe thunderstorms until 5:25 p.m. for south Morrow County. Quarter-size hail was possible. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning charges filed against an Irrigon man. MCSO received a report of harassing phone calls in Boardman. MCSO received a report of an overdue employee whose truck had broken down. MCSO received a report of a fight in progress in Irrigon. It was a verbal argument only. Jane 25: Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a mo torcycle vandalized at the Boardman Texaco station. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of yelling, cussing and crying in the alley behind Kate’s Pizza. ODOT received a report of a dead deer on Highway 74. Oregon State Police received a report of an alarm at Kegler’s Market in Irrigon. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of an alarm at Heppner Elementary School. The workers set it off accidently. MCSO, Hermiston Police Dept, received a report of a boat in die middle of the river in choppy water. No one was on board. MCSO, Morrow County Be havioral Health, Boardman ambu lance received a report of a pos sible overdose at the Irrigon Mo bile Court. A male subject, who was breathing and conscious, was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of someone poisoning a dog in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of someone wanting to sign a com plaint about a barking dog. MCSO received a request to deliver a message of an illness in the family to a person at the Ren dezvous. Oregon State Police received a report o f a drive-off at the Boardman Chevron station with out paying for $4 worth of gaso line. MCSO, Boardman ambulance received a report of a possible overdose in Irrigon. One male, who was conscious, was trans ported to Good Shepherd Commu nity Hospital in Hermiston by pri vate vehicle. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer for a shoplifter in custody at the Boardman pharmacy. A 15 year old was cited for Theft m . MCSO received a report of threatening phone calls in Irrigon. The caller threatened to beat up a woman and break the windows of her car. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a problem with neighbors. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of someone riding a moped/dirt bike in town. MCSO received a report of a border collie found at the Boardman rest area. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of “SUR13” writ ten on a vehicle window. Multnomah County Sheriffs office anested Neoma Christina Gillett, 22, on three Morrow County warrants for Theft II and Criminal Mischief II. Gillett was lodged a the Multnomah County jail. MCSO received a report of two naked subjects walking at the Boardman westbound rest area. MCSO received a report of * twojuvenileswhojumpedoutof a pickup and tried to take a dog in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of two kids without helmets riding bikes with no reflectors on High way 730. MCSO received a request for a welfare check at a residence in Irrigon where a fight had broken out earlier and threats were made by party goers. The family was okay. MCSO received a report of a pregnant woman screaming at the Irrigon M obile Court. Frank Sotelo, 39, was charged with As sault IV/Felony Domestic. Jane 26: MCSO received a report of a cow out on Laurel Lane. lone Fire Dept, received a re port of a brush fire threatening a structure at Ione/Cecil. Heppner Fire Dept, received a report o f a controlled bum out of control (Mt Balm Fork Road. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer concerning a woman who is con cerned about her five year old son. MCSO received a report o f a loud music complaint in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of golf clubs and a bag missing. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a woman that she saw a man that they have been looking for on tv. first in Umatilla, then in Boardman. MCSO received a report from a male subject in Imgon that he had been assaulted by his mother. Oregon State Police arrested Jason Rhett Paluso, 27, Hermiston, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Theft I. Paluso was lodged at the UCSOjail. Oregon State Police arrested Steven Lynn Weaver, 42, Board- man, on a Morrow County Cir cuit Court warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance II. Weaver was lodged at the UCSO jail. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a prowler in Boardman. Someone tried to pull open a garage door while a woman was inside. An officer was unable to locate anyone. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of neighbors let ting off fireworks in Boardman. June 27: Umatilla Police Dept, requested assistance from the Boardman Police Dept, in locat ing a pickup involved in damage done at the Umatilla Marina. MCSO received a request for an officer for a family disturbance. Oregon State Police received a report of someone trying to break into vacant houses in Irrigon. MCSO received a report from a woman that another vehicle al most hit her head-on in lone. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a request for an officer concerning a juvenile on a motorcycle revving up and racing around. A 26 year old was cited for No Operator’s License, No Insurance, No Helmet. Oregon State Police at The Dalles arrested George Scott Lambright, 34, on an Irrigon Jus tice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended infraction. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of kids lighting and throwing fireworks in Boardman. An officer was unable to locate anyone. MCSO received a report of an intoxicated male asking people for money at the Irrigon Marina. MCSO received a report of a female in Irrigon threatened by another female. MCSO, Irrigon ambulance re ceived a report of a boy who had wrecked his bike and was injured in the accident. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of an un wanted subject at Trail Apts, in Boardman. Officers made contact and the subject left quietly. MCSO received a report of a window biftiken out of a vehicle in Irrigon. J u n e 28: Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a sub ject who took the car keys for another person’s car and then took the car. Both parties were con tacted and it was determined it was not a stolen vehicle. MCSO, Boardman ambulance received a report of a female sub ject with severe stomach pains. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hos pital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of a broken window in the new wing of Columbia Middle School in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a minor motor vehicle accident on 1-84. No injuries occurred. MCSO received a report of trees removed at Blake’s Ranch. MCSO received a report of a verbal dom estic dispute in Boardman. UCSO deputy arrested William D. Wilson, 26, on a Morrow County warrant for Parole Viola- tion/Criminal Conspiracy to De liver a Controlled Substance. Wil son was lodged at the UCSOjail. MCSO, Oregon State Police, Boardman ambulance, medics re ceived a report of a female flagger hit by a truck on Highway 730 at the bridge east of 1-84. The pa tient, who was not breathing, was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a theft from a bam in Lexington. Oregon State Police arrested Juan Luis Villegas, 29, on a Mor row County warrant for Posses sion of a Controlled Substance II. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer for kids with fireworks. MCSO received a report from an Irrigon woman that a neighbor girl went into her house and took things while she was away. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request to contact a male subject’s grandmother as he heard the “railroad killer” was believed to be in the area. Jane 29: MCSO received a request for information concern ing whether a male subject had permission to move things from the Trail Apts, in Boardman. MCSO received a request for a deputy at Columbia Middle School in Imgon. MCSO received a report of a 27’ boat stuck on rocks approx, four miles east of Boardman near Coyote Springs. MCSO received a request for a deputy contact concerning an assault in Irrigon the previous week. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a restraining order. Multnomah County Sheriffs deputy arrested Felipe Resendiz, 22, on a circuit court warrant for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument and an Imgon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Ap pear/Driving while License Sus pended. Resendiz was lodged at the Multnomah County Sheriff s officejail. MCSO received a report of a woman locked out of her vehicle in Boardman. A locksmith was contacted. Heppner am bulance, lone EMTs received a report of a 94 year old woman in lone who had fallen, had a head laceration and was semi-conscious. The patient was transported to Pioneer Me morial Hospital in Heppner. Boardman Police Dept, ar rested Kayla J. McMellion, 34, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Contempt of Court. McMellion was lodged at the UCSOjail. MCSO received a report of an audible alarm at Cascade Special ties in Boardman. Heppner Police Dept, cited five people for Driving Without Wearing Seatbelts. MCSO deputy arrested Luis Lorenzo Montes, 24, on an Uma tilla County Felony warrant for Parole Violation/Assault HI. Mon tes was lodged at the UCSO jail. MCSO received a report of a minor fender-bender on Highway 74 in Lexington. MCSO deputy cited Vicente Arementa-Araujo, 38, Hermiston, for DUII. He blew a .15. Pendleton Police Dept, ar rested Dane Timothy Creger, 20, on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/Driv- ing while License Suspended. MCSO deputy cited Hipolito Munoz, 55, Irrigon, for DUII re fusal. Multnomah County Jail advised they released Felipe Resendez, 22, as he is not the same person as on the Morrow County warrant. June 30: MCSO received a report of a turquoise-green pickup dumping garbage in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of an audible intrusion alarm at Hepp ner High School. It was a false alarm. MCSO received a report of graffiti at Brown’s BP station in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a possible fight in Irrigon over a ve hicle. MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a male sub ject who was threatening suicide by gun. An officer was unable to locate the subject. lone Fire Dept, received a re port of a big wheat fire on High way 207. The fire was brought under control in about an hour and put out a half-hour later. MCSO received a report of an employee who was out in the field with the fire threatened by the landowner of adjoining property. MCSO received a report of a civil dispute over a saddle. MCSO received a report of an audible alarm at A.C. Houghton school in Irrigon. It was an em ployee error. MCSO received a report of a vehicle with kids who turned over the outhouse east of the Irrigon Park. MCSO received a report from Services for Children and Fami lies of a domestic situation with a threatening male subject with four prior convictions. July 1: MCSO, Boardman Po lice Dept., Boardman ambulance. Medic 3 received a report of a subject in Boardman with chest pains. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of loud music at the Sandcastle Apts, in Irrigon. An officer was unable to locate the problem. Oregon State Police received a report of a large deer in the truck lane on 1-84 eastbound by Blalock Canyon.
