Hermiston Police Dept, ar rested Jeremy Wayne Bradford, 18, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/ MIP. Bradford was lodged at the UCSO jail. Medford Police Dept, arrested James Houston Roach, 56, on a circuit court warrant for Driving while License Suspended/Felony and DUII; and a Heppner Justice Court warrant for DUII, Failure to Appear/Attempting to Elude. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail with a hold placed for Sherman County. June 13: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of shots fired across the canal from a residence m Boardman. MCSO received a report of a situation between a male and fe male at RJ’s in Lexington. MCSO deputy cited Isaac Jacob Reyes, 20, for MIP by con sumption. MCSO received a report from a Heppner man that a man work ing for him left, taking pistols and rifles. Heppner Police and Fire depts. received a report of smoke com ing from a sawdust pile at Kinzua. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of another kid caught stealing money at the WC Waterpark. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an extra pa trol at the Boardman Park. Six gang members were at the park. MCSO received a report that the Irrigon swimming dock was floating away. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of suspicious sub- jects in a black shiny car in Boardman. One subject, who ap peared intoxicated and strange, got out of the vehicle and urinated at the stop sign. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a pickup driv ing eastbound in the westbound lanes on 1-84. MCSO, Oregon State Police, ODOT, Boardman Police and Fire depts., Boardman, Irrigon and Hermiston ambulances received a report of a multi-car (2-4 ve hicles) on 1-84 with multiple inju ries. Five people were transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston by various agencies. MCSO received a report from a woman in Irrigon that a neigh bor threatened to kill her dog. MCSO received a report of two vehicles believed to be play ing cat and mouse. A subject in one vehicle brandished a gun at the person in a third vehicle as it passed and then pulled back be hind the third vehicle. Heppner Police Dept, received a report from a Heppner woman that her husband is overdue from a trip to California. He returned home okay. Oregon State Police received a report of a deer hit but still alive and needing to be put down. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a semi truck speeding at 80+ mph on 1-84. MCSO received a report from a deputy that he was flagged down by a citizen concerning a theft re port. June 14: MCSO received a report of a audible alarm at Huey’s Washboard in Irrigon. Someone had stolen money. Sherman County Sheriffs Of fice received a report from a man in Wasco that he has either a bob cat or cougar in his back yard and believed there is something wrong with it. The officer who responded reported that he was unable to lo cate the cat, but the caller ap peared intoxicated and was spot lighting a chair. MCSO received a report of an audible alarm sounding at Huey’s Washboard. Oregon State Police received a report of a motorist hitting a deer which needed to be put down. Oregon State Police arrested Jose V. Carvajal, 39, in connec tion with a motor vehicle accident. He was lodged at the UCSO jail on six counts of Assault III, six counts of Reckless Endangerment, DUII and Reckless Driving. MCSO received a request for an officer concerning another missing bull. Oregon State Police received a request for an officer concern ing a burglary. MCSO received a request for assistance from a female with a seven month old baby. MCSO received a report of a fawn found at Rivercrest Farms. An officer was unable to locate any ODFW officers. MCSO received a report of a plane overdue at the Lexington Airport. The plane was located. MCSO received a request for a phone contact from a woman in Irrigon concerning her neighbor, who, she says, was driving drunk. MCSO deputy arrested Daniel Brian Williams, 30, on a Morrow County Circuit Court warrant for Assault IV, Menacing and Crimi nal Trespass II. Williams was lodged at the UCSO jail. Oregon State Police received a report of juveniles at an Irrigon residence with loud music, yelling obscenities and talking about drugs. When a subject made con tact with them, they laughed at him and made gestures. MCSO received a request for a deputy to speak to juveniles who keep jumping off the boat dock that is temporarily tied to some large rocks. The caller was con cerned they would get hurt. MCSO received a report of a male subject driving after drink ing a beer. MCSO received a request for an extra patrol for cars driving fast on Canal Road in Boardman be tween 4-7 p.m. MCSO received a report from a woman that a man was at the same place she was. MCSO received a report from a man who said a woman who has a restraining order against him keeps having someone call and harass him. Oregon State Police received a report of an intoxicated, erratic driver. Oregon State Police received a report of a gray pickup all over the road which almost hit four cars. MCSO received a report of people drinking and playing loud music at the Irrigon Marina. The people involved said they were leaving. MCSO received another call about the people at the Marina who were still there. The caller said he had been threatened by the subjects before and didn’t want to confront them. MCSO received a report of an audible alarm at Sentry Market. MCSO received another call concerning the people at the Ma rina. MCS6 said they would re spond as soon as possible, but while on the phone,ithe caller ad vised the people left. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of suspicious cir cumstances in Boardman with ju venile bikes inside a fenced area. The subjects advised they had a key and were just getting camp ing items from storage. Multnomah County deputies arrested Russell Edward Coy, 39, on an Irrigon Justice Court war rant for Failure to Appear/Driv- ing while License Suspended. Coy was lodged at Multnomah County Jail, but released due to over crowding. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an officer. Morrow County Road Dept, received a report of stop sign down in Irrigon. June 15: MCSO received a report of an Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and the callers saw the suspects. MCSO deputy cited a 17 year old on a curfew violation and MIP, and a 14 year old on a curfew vio lation. MCSO deputy arrested Julie Ann Wilde, 28, on a Umatilla County warrant for Manufacture, Distribution and Possession of a Controlled Substance and on lo cal charges of Possession of Less than One Oz. of Marijuana. MCSO received a report of a building vandalized in lone over Memorial Day weekend. MCSO, ODOT, Boardman Police and Fire depts. and Board- man ambulance received a report of a vehicle which had rolled ap proximately 10 times. One person was trapped and smoke was com ing from the vehicle. MCSO received a report of a man sleeping beside the freeway. MCSO received a report of hay stolen in Heppner. ODFW received a report of a resident blue heron dead in the flower bed next to the boat dock at the Irrigon Marina. MCSO and Irngon ambulance received a report from Morrow County Behavioral Health that a client had called and said he took 20 extra-strength Tylenol. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of a horse on W ilson Road in Boardman. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning non-sufficient funds checks at Brown’s Truck Stop in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of someone dump ing fencing wire in the dumpster at Kegler’s in Boardman. MCSO received a report from an Irngon woman that her 15 year old daughter met a male subject on the Internet and he is calling their residence. MCSO received a report of an alarm at the Irrigon Learning Cen ter. It was set off by an employee. MCSO received a report of a fight in progress in Irrigon. The subjects departed before deputies arrived. MCSO received a report from a woman in Irrigon that her brother is stealing her child sup port checks. The above mentioned man ap proached a deputy about his sis ter gening into his van without permission. MCSO received a report from an Irrigon woman that someone ran into her car while it was parked. MCSO received a report from a Boardman subject that another woman was calling her and threatening her. MCSO received a request for an officer concerning missing bulls. MCSO received two reports of a possible DUII with a blue pickup all over the road and crossing the center lines on 1-84. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of suspicious cir- Theft IH Shoplifting on an Albany Police Dept, warrant. MCSO received a report from a male juvenile that his parents were fighting in the bedroom and his dad was pushing his mom against the wall. There were no weapons, it was a verbal argu ment. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a woman that her neighbor’s dogs were bark ing. MCSO, AirLife, Heppner Fire Dept., Heppner and Lexington ambulances, MCDA, Victims Advocate, and Morrow County Behavioral Health received a re port of a rollover accident with three people involved and one per son dead on the scene. Caleb Wayne McDaniel, 19, was ar rested for DUII and two counts of Manslaughter. June 17: MCSO received a report of a possible drunk driver at the county line headed to Irrigon. MCSO received a report from a woman that a man is parked near their residence and she be lieves he is stalking her two year old daughter. MCSO received a report from a Boardman woman that she be lieves someone poisoned their dogs. MCSO received a report from a man in Lexington that his ex girlfriend entered his residence and took several things. Morrow County Road Dept, received a report of three stop signs pulled out of the ground in Irrigon. Oregon State Police received a report of an elderly man walk ing under the overpass on 1-84. MCSO received a report from a woman in Irrigon that her ex- husband called her again and she has a stalking order against him. MCSO received a request for a welfare check for girls who had been stranded when their vehicle broke down. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a stolen call ing card. MCSO received a report from a woman that her ex-husband contacted her again. Jam es Roberson, 40, was transported to the UCSO jail for Violation of a Stalking Order. MCSO received a request for a marine deputy to do a hull in spection. MCSO received a request for a deputy from a woman who said her neighbor’s cats were running wild on her property. MCSO deputy cited Loyal Russell Bums, Jr., lone, for Fail ing to Comply with Morrow County Weed Control. MCSO received a report that a car with loud music keeps driv ing by an Irrigon residence. MCSO received another com plaint about loud music in Irrigon. MCSO received a report from a male subject that two people in a red Firebird were chasing him with baseball bats. MCSO deputy arrested Jason Lee Aitken, 19, on a restricted warrant for Failure to Appear/ Oregon State Police received a report of a speeder on 1-84 east- bound. MCSO received a report from a man in Heppner that he believes his wife is married to several other men besides him. MCSO deputy arrested Dale Patrick Davis, 21, on a Morrow County warrant for Failure to Appear/No Angling License. June 18: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a woman that someone hit her trailer and she could hear someone behind her residence. MCSO deputy arrested Santo Will Guardado, 35, on a Driving while License Suspended misde meanor and a Umatilla County warrant for Failure to Appear/ DUII. He was also cited for Vio lation of the Basic Rule, 75 mph in a 55 mph zone. Guardado was lodged at the UCSO jail. MCSO received a report of an animal problem.
