MCSO received a report from a person in Boardman that her five year old came home from playing with a 13 year old slurring her speech and smelling of beer. MCSO received a report of a vehicle vandalized in Boardman. MCSO received a report from a woman that a man would not leave her residence. The subject left. MCSO received a report of a 10 year old driving a dark maroon mini-van in Irrigon. MCSO received a report from an lone woman that she lost her purse at a truck stop in Stanfield. The purse was recovered. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a woman who said she was involved in a domestic dispute at the Umatilla city rest area. The fiance said he didn’t touch her, but Umatilla requested a welfare check on the female at a Boardman residence. The female was still missing when officers went to the residence and she has a six month old child with her. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of suspicious per sons around a rail car hauling au tos in Boardman. An officer was unable to locate the train in the Boardman area at the time. MCSO received a request from a man in the Scappoose area at 11:09 p.m. for a welfare check on his ex-wife who was supposed to fijiv e d at noon with his- daughter for Easter. THe «x-wife was supposed to be visiting a friend in the Heppner area. The vehicle was reported to have bro ken down. April S: Boardman ambulance, Medic 3 received a request for an ambulance for a 27 year old fe male experiencing abdominal pains and numbness in her arms and feet. The patient was trans ported to Good Shepherd Commu nity Hospital in Hermiston. Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance received a report from a woman that her daughter woke up with a stiff neck and experiencing a lot of pain, and now couldn’t move at all. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. Oregon State Police received a report of a pickup in the ditch at JCinzua. UCSO, Oregon State Police received a report o f two large hunting dogs found tagged with the name of a Pendleton man. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of two kids jump ing a fence at DSE. The manager didn’t want them trespassing any more. MCSO deputy arrested Jose Joel Ramirez, Jr., 22, on a Herm iston Police Dept, warrant for Vio lation of Release Agreement and on a yCSO warrant for Failure to Appear/Possession of a Con trolled Substance. MCSO received a report of a white Ford Escort abandoned in a wheat field in lone. The plate re turned as belonging to a Jeep. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report o f an alarm at a Boardman residence. MCSO received a report of dogs barking unnecessarily in Imgon. MCSO received a report of suspicious circumstances with the caller reporting that she had re ceived a threatening phone call. Heppner EMTs received a page for an emergency transfer of a patient. MCSO deputy an-ested Jody Lea Hendricks, 27, on a UCSO warrant for Failure to Appear. April 6: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report from a woman in Boardman that the father of her baby refuses to leave. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a minor non injury motor vehicle accident in Boardman. MCSO received a report of a man who stopped and offered to seal a driveway in Irrigon. Heppner Police Dept, found a dealership lock box in Heppner. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a vehicle speeding on 1-84, going 100+ mph. MCSO received a report of a man buying beer for underaged males in Irrigon. MCSO received 10 NSF checks from Brow n’s BP in Irrigon. MCSO received a request for an extra patrol at a Heppner resi dence. MCSO received a report from Boardman Police Dept, that a goat was stolen from a property. The goat was located. MCSO received a report of an intoxicated woman who took pills. She was distraught about a death in the family. MCSO received a report of a shop in Irrigon broken into and items taken. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for a welfare check. A man’s father-in-law loaned him a car and he was sup posed to return it the same day and didn’t. MCSO, Oregon State Police, ODOT, Boardman Fire Dept., Boardman ambulance received a report of a rollover car accident with two people lying on the road on 1-84. One had severe head in juries and was in critical condition. Two others also had head injuries. The freeway was closed and traf fic diverted to Patterson Ferry. Two patients were transported to Boardman and the trauma team was activated for the most criti cal patient. All three were later flown out. MCSO received a report of kids washing their cars behind the CENEX store in Lexington. April 7: MCSO received a re port from a woman in Irrigon who said she was sick and tired of the neighbor’s chickens in her yard. MCSO received a report of kids shooting behind a house in Boardman. MCSO received a report of an injured dog. An officer was un able to locate anything. MCSO received a report from a woman in Lexington that her dog was killed by a pack of dogs. MCSO deputy arrested James Rodney Clements, 48, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/DUII. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a neighbor’s dog bark ing all night in Heppner. MCSO, Irrigon Fire Dept, re ceived a report of a fire. It was a controlled bum. MCSO received a report from a man that a dog had bitten his wife in lone. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of an audible alarm at Heppner Elementary School. MCSO received a report from a man in Irrigon that a blue Chevy Nova with the rear end lifted was speeding approximately SO mph on a gravel road, MCSO received a report of an alarm at A.C. Houghton School. It was unfounded. April 8: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambu lance received a report from a woman that her arm was hurting and she needed an ambulance. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hos pital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report from an Irrigon man that his dog was attacked by the neighbor’s dog. The owner was cited for Main taining a Dog as a Public Nui sance. MCSO deputy arrested James R. Clements, on an Irrigon Jus tice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Driving while License Suspended. Heppner ambulance received a request for a prisoner behind the Morrow County Courthouse. MCSO deputy delivered an emergency message to an Irrigon woman that her brother was in the hospital. MCSO received a request for an officer for a person who was reported to have left a mess in the roadway. MCSO received a report of a cow out on Wilson Road. An of ficer was unable to locate the cow. MCSO received a report of two vehicles racing and driving carelessly around the turkey shoot area. MCSO received a report from a woman that an emu was in her yard and it wasn’t hers. MCSO, Boardm an Police Dept, received a report of a ver bal disturbance at Columbia View Apts. A woman accused some one of taking a 10 year old’s money. April 9: MCSO, Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambu lance received a report o f a woman who fell and was unable to move her legs. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a dog problem in Hepp ner. MCSO deputy arrested Joel Gutierrez Aguilera, 32, on a MCSO warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Zoning Violation. Aguilera was lodged at the UCSO jail. Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance at Dr. Boss’s office for an 83 year old woman experiencing weakness, shortness of breath, fatigue and dizziness. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of an audible alarm in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of people in a white van siphoning gas out of vehicles in a neighbor hood in Irrigon. Multnomah County Sheriff’s deputy arrested Kimberly Ann Hixon, 32, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Ap- pear/Theft II. Hixon was lodged a the Multnomah County jail with a hold placed for Morrow County. MCSO deputy arrested a juve nile on a Umatilla County warrant for Failure to Appear/Theft IH. The juvenile was transported to tl\e Pendleton Juvenile Detention Center. MCSO received a report of a van vandalized in Irrigon. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer at Pioneer Memorial Hospital. MCSO received a reporf of a possible drunk driver headed to wards Irrigon on Highway 730. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report o f a white supercab pickup all over the road - - f OA fi'.»» ' on 1-84. MCSO received a report of minors drinking and furnishing beer to a 12 year old in lone. MCSO received a report of a pickup racing around town and honking in lone. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a do mestic disturbance in Boardman. MCSO deputy cited a 12 year old for MIP. April 10: MCSO received a report of a* domestic dispute in progress in Irrigon. It was a ver bal dispute. MCSO received a request for an officer for a bike that was sto len three months ago in Irrigon. MCSO received a report from a woman that her 12 year old grandson was out of control and abusive to her and his mother. She requested an officer contact. Oregon State Police officer arrested Steven James Hunt, 23, on an Heppner Justice Court war rant for Failure to Appear/Loaded Firearm on an ATV. Hunt was cited and released. Boardman Police Dept, cited a 13 year old for No Operator’s License, Driving Uninsured, and Disobeying Traffic Control De vice. MCSO received a report of a firearm found in a fanny pack left on a counter at the Irrigon BP sta tion. MCSO received a report of a shooting in Boardman. It was just target shooting with no threat to neighbors. MCSO received a report from a woman that her cat was dead and she believed someone killed it with an axe. The cat had been missing a couple weeks. Heppner Fire Dept, received a report of flames in three different directions on a hill in Heppner. Officials were unable to locate anything. MCSO received a report of a fight at the Irrigon Mobile Court. The parties left the scene when officers arrived. MCSO received a request for an officer concerning a dog com plaint in Boardman. MCSO received three reports of loud music in Irrigon. MCSO assisted the Irrigon ambuldnce with a call. Heppner Police Dept, received a report at 11:16 p.m. of a man inside Murray Drugs wearing a stocking cap. It turned out to be the owner. MCSO received a report of a non-injury motor vehicle accident in Boardman. April 11: MCSO received a re port of several cars going to the dam, making noise and waking the caller up. No one was seen at the top part of the dam. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a MCSO deputy hit head-on at the Riverview Mobile Home Park in Imgon while trying to assist with a possible DUII traffic stop. There were no injuries. Gerardo Chapa, 30, was cited for DUII, and En dangering a Child Passenger. Boardman ambulance received a report of a 31 year old male with back problems who was unable to move at the Port of Morrow. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hos pital in Hermiston. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of someone trying to break into a pickup the previ ous night and breaking a window. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance, Boardman Rescue received a re port of a male at Boardman Foods with his hand caught in rollers. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report of a man who had been involved in a domestic dispute and was possibly DUII. Oregon State Police received a report of someone almost being run into by a red semi-truck on I- 84 westbound. MCSO received a report of a woman driving with a suspended license and who was uninsured. Oregon State Police arrested Edwin Johnson on a felony war rant near A.C. Houghton in Irrigon. MCSO received a request for assistance from Umatilla County while they searched and arrested a subject in Irrigon. Heppner Police Dept, received a request for an officer concern ing a neighborhood problem. MCSO deputy cited David Wil liam Wright, 47, forDUH, Drivr ing while License Suspended felony, Driving Uninsured, Failure to Renew Registration, and Use of Out-of-State Plates. The ve hicle was impounded. MCSO received a report of a suspicious vehicle with a loud muffler driving into a driveway and turning its lights out. MCSO received a report of suspicious circumstances with a door open and no one around at the lone gas station. April 12: Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a sus picious vehicle in Boardman. MCSO received a report from a woman that a 12 year old girl was threatened by another 12 year old. The father of one girl alleg edly stopped the car and let his daughter out to beat up the other one. Oregon State Police received a report of a freightliner driving erratically. Morrow County Road Dept, received a report of a road tom up on Highway 74 out of Lexing ton. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a complaint about a driving problem that occurred at the high school. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a suspicious male at a Heppner residence. MCSO received a report of a semi tractor trailer blocking an exit ramp. MCSO received a request for assistance at Columbia Middle School in Irrigon in dealing with a student problem. April 13: MCSO received a request for deputy assistance con cerning a dog in a woman’s field that she wanted to get out. MCSO, Irrigon ambulance re ceived a report of a 76 year old woman having heart problems. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hos pital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of ex tenants who left their dogs in the car of another tenant. The own ers had not returned and the per son did not want to care for the dogs any longer. MCSO received a request for a house watch in Heppner. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a man who says his neighbor is watering his camper. MCSO received a report of a window broken out of the lodge hall in Lexington. MCSO received a report of two vehicles-a grey Subaru and a blue Nova-playing chicken on Highway 730 going into Irrigon. An officer was unable to locate anyone. MCSO received a report from a man in Imgon who said another man and his mother were yelling at him for an unknown reason. MCSO received a report from a woman that she ran off the road and hit a cliff one mile up Sandhollow Road. There were no injuries. MCSO received a report of a man’s neighbor shooting a dog in a open field for an unknown rea son. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request from a man in Boardman for an officer because a large group of alleged gang members were near his apart ment and he was concerned for his wife and child. The crowd was dispersed and advised to be on their best behavior. MCSO received a report of loud music in Boardman. MCSO received a report of a deer hit on 1-84. April 14: MCSO received a report of someone breaking into a pickup at Outback Apts, in Boardman. The callers had the subject with them. MCSO deputy arrested a 16 and a 17 year old for Curfew Vio lation, Theft II and Criminal Mis chief III. MCSO received a report of a burglary in Irrigon. A woman came home from work to find her TV, stereo and other items gone. There was broken glass on the floor in a back bedroom. MCSO received a report of three youths breaking off sprin kler heads on property on Patterson Ferry Road. It turned out to be employees dismantling sprinkler pipe. MCSO received a report of three electric motors missing at Rivercrest Farms. MCSO, Boardman Police Dept., Boardman ambulance re ceived a request for an officer for ,a subjectsleeping at die Boardman BP station and they wanted him removed. It turned out the sub ject was diabetic. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report from a man that his daughter was woken up by someone knocking on her bedroom window. Lebanon Police Dept, arrested Luella Audrey Jones, 26, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Failure to Ap pear, Driving while License Sus pended. Jones was lodged at the Linn County jail. April 15: MCSO received a report of a man attempting to get into a home. The subject was be lieved to have a warrant out on him. An officer was unable to lo cate the subject. MCSO received a complaint about a barking dog in Irrigon. MCSO received a request for an officer at Columbia Middle School in Irrigon for a student to be cited for MIP-tobacco. Oregon State Police, Board- man Police and Fire depts., Board- man ambulance, ODOT received a report of a one-vehicle rollover accident on 1-84 westbound. One male patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hos pital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of a dog complaint in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a calf out on Wilson and Paul Smith roads. Oregon State Police received a report of a motion alarm in Irrigon. MCSO received a request for a cover unit for an officer out with a DUII and a gang member. MCSO received a request for a welfare check on a man who the caller had not been able to contact for three days. All was okay. April 16: Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a miss ing juvenile. The 16 year old was located. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a family distur bance in Boardman. A man was fighting with his stepson. The son allegedly hit one of the parents. MCSO received a report of an injured or old lab dog that followed someone home in Imgon. MCSO received a request for a deputy to accompany the SCF employee on an interview in Imgon. MCSO received a report of a dog shot and the owner believes he knows who did it. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of an audible alarm at the Riverside High School shop in Boardman. MCSO received information concerning a car that was broken into. MCSO received a report of a dom estic dispute in Irrigon. Glorene May Blackman, 37, was arrested for Assault IV Domes tic and was lodged at the UCSO jail. MCSO received a report of 4- 5 dirt bikes racing up and down a street in Imgon. Heppner Fire Dept, received a report of something smelling hot in Heppner. The caller believed it was the hot water heater and wanted someone to check it out. MCSO received a report that the curve sign at the end of Kunze Road was missing and someone almost wrecking because of it. Morrow County Road Dept, was notified. MCSO received a report of loud music in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a male Rottweiler missing in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a controlled bum in Boardman. April 17: Oregon State Police received a report of an injured deer that needed to be put down. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of 10-15 cows out at Outback Apts. The cows were put back into a field. MCSO received a report of a break-in the previous night in Boardman. There was a camp fire that was still warm. • MCSO received a report from a woman in Irrigon that her neighbor’s kids threw a rock through a window. MCSO received a report from a woman that the man next door was angry and cursing at her kids for allegedly throwing a rock through their window. She didn’t think her kids did it. Boardman Police and Fire depts. received a report of a freezer ammonia detector sound ing at Morrow Cold Storage in Boardman. MCSO received a request for a marine deputy regarding the lo cation of a boat hull number. MCSO received a report of dogs in Lexington scratching the caller’s car. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a horse out across from Miller’s Car Wash. The horse was caught. MCSO received a report of a pickup spinning cookies and kick ing up dust. MCSO received a report of a civil problem with people borrow ing property and not returning it. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of someone run ning into the back of a car in the parking lot at Columbia View Apts. MCSO received a report of loud music in Imgon. April 18: MCSO deputy ar rested Robert Darrin Padberg, 33, for DUII. Boardman Police Dept, ar rested Marcelo Camacho Rea, 33, for DUII. MCSO deputy arrested Brian Patrick Barrett, 37, for DUII. MCSO received a report of a small black dog camping out at the Heppner Golf Course. The owner was located. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of an audible burglary alarm at Heppner Elementary School. MCSO received a report of loud music coming from a neighbor’s garage in Imgon ev ery weekend. MCSO received a request for an officer from a woman who wanted an escort to her residence so she could get some clothes. MCSO received a report of loud music in Irrigon.
