MCSO received a report from a Hermiston woman who says that her daughter had been receiv ing threats from a Heppner resi dent who was in jail. MCSO ad vised calling the UCSO Jail. Feb. 1: MCSO received a re port o f loud music at a Boardman residence that was keeping the neighbor kids up at night. MCSO received a report of three possibly lab pups at a Boardman residence. MCSO received a report of someone driving through the chain link fence at the Irrigon Learning Center. Hermiston Police Dept, ar rested Jacob Bradie Wilson, 22, on a Heppner Justice Court war rant for Failure to Pay Fine/Crimi- nal Mischief II. Wilson was cited and released. MCSO received a report o f two 17-18 year old males shoot ing shotguns near a bam on Wil son Lane in Boardman. MCSO received a report from an Irrigon woman that graffiti was written about her in the m en’s restroom at the Irrigon Marina. MCSO received a report from a Boardman man that his ex-wife took the kids and she was not sup posed to have them. H eppner P olice Dept, and Heppner ambulance received a request for a 32 year old male who had injured his knee during a workout. The patient was trans ported to Pioneer Memorial Hos pital in Heppner. MCSO received a request for an officer in Irrigon concerning a picture and newspaper. Oregon State Police, Albany, arrested Tosha Renee McLeod, 29, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/ Assault IV. McLeod was lodged at the Linn County Jail. Heppner Police Dept, received a report of two speeding vehicles, one red and one white, chasing each other for about a 1/2 hour in Heppner. They were located and warned. Heppner Police Dept, received information about a license plate found in a field. Independence Police Dept, ar rested Mathew Corden Dodson, 19, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Driving while License Suspended/Misdemeanor. Dod son was'lodged at the Polk County Jail. MCSO received a report of a stereo stolen from a pickup in Lexington. Spray EMTs received a re quest for an ambulance for a fe male basketball player who hit her head on the floor and was having seizures. The patient was trans p o rted by priv ate vehicle to Prineville. MCSO received a report of a domestic dispute at the Irrigon Mobile Park. Kevin Haskel Bond, 26, was arrested for Burglary I, Crim inal M ischief II and was lodged at the UCSO Jail. Boardm an Police Dept, re ceived a report o f a very intoxi cated male at the Nomad Lounge in Boardman who needed a ride to Irrigon. MCSO received a report of approximately 15 bales of hay that had fallen off a truck and were blocking Highway 730 east o f McNary. MCSO received a report o f a speeding car in Boardman. An officer was unable to locate any one. MCSO, Heppner Police Dept, received a report from a man con cerned that his brother was over due. The subject is deaf. MCSO received a report of signs knocked down at the 1-84 Irrigon exit to Highway 730. The highway dept, was notified. Jan. 30: MCSO received a re port o f more signs down at the B om bing R ange and W ilson roads. Oregon State Police received a report o f more signs down at Patterson Ferry overpass. A mo torist almost hit one of the down signs. Morrow County Behavioral Health received a request to talk from a male subject. MCSO received a report o f stray dogs that jumped a fence and were in a woman’s yard. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a man who said a boy hit his vehicle with a pipe then hit him. MCSO, Boardman ambulance received a report of a man having a seizure. The man stopped, but was incoherent and rubbing his left arm. He refused transport and traveled by private vehicle to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. Jan. 31: MCSO, Boardm an Police Dept, received a report from a woman in Irrigon that her neighbor asked her to call because there was an intoxicated group o f people fighting at the Irrigon Mo B oardm an P o lic e D ept., Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance to the Boardman Health Care Center to transport a 72 year old woman with chest pains. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. Heppner Police Dept, arrested Charles D. Ruckman, 27, on a Heppner Justice Court warrant for Failure to Pay Fine/Criminal M ischief. Ruckm an was sen tenced to 13 days and parole vio lation contempt of court. Ruckman was lodged at the UCSO jail. MCSO received a report o f $800 stolen from a bedroom at an lone residence. MCSO received a report o f a loud noise at an Irrigon residence. Someone had cut a door screen. The person requested an extra patrol as someone had burglarized the place two years ago and the person believed they are attempt ing to do it again. MCSO received a report o f sheep out on Highway 74. Boardm an Police Dept, ar rested David L. Kelley, 45, for Assault IV Domestic, Unlawful Possession o f a Firearm and Con c e ale d W eapon. MCSO deputy arrested Sergio Renteria, 27, on Highway 730, for DUII, Driving while License Sus pended infraction, Driving Unin sured, Open Container. A man said someone had told his kids he was on the Sentry store video stealing things, but he didn’t do anything. Boardman Fire Dept, received a request for assistance for a flue fire. Boardman ambulance received a request for an ambulance for a 19 year old with possible alcohol poisoning. Transport was refused. Feb. 4: MCSO received a re quest from the Weather Service to reboot the flood computer. Oregon State Police received a report of a white sedan with arms and legs sticking out o f the trunk. MCSO received a report of problems with trespassers at the grain bin at the junction of Goose berry and Valby roads with van dalism involved. MCSO deputy arrested Rob ert C. Maker, 22, Heppner, on a warrant for Giving False Informa tion of a Police Officer. MCSO deputy arrested Allen K. Tompkins, 36, on two Wasco County warrants for Failure to Appear/Giving False Information and Failure to Appear/Cnminal MischiefHI. MCSO received a report of a fire at the Finley Buttes Landfill. It was a false alarm. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report o f a pickup driv ing too fast around Wilson Road Trailer Park. MCSO deputy arrested Kim berly J. McGraw, 36, on an Irrigon Justice Court warrant for Failure to Appear/Maintaining a Dog as a Public Nuisance. Boardman Police Dept, cited Dianna Hernandez, 31, for Theft III. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a male sub ject in Boardman that his brother in Portland was making threaten ing calls to him and said he was coming to get him. GCSO received a report from a woman in Condon that her hus band was served papers today and when she returned home the door was wide open and none o f her phones work. Feb. 5: MCSO received a re port from a man that he was threatened with bodily harm by another man. MCSO received a report from a woman that a male subject had made threatening calls to her daughter in Irrigon and also threat ened her father’s life. MCSO received a request for contact with a deputy about a dog problem in Irrigon. Boardman Police Dept, ad vised he was giving two juveniles a ride home to discuss MlP-to- bacco with their parents. MCSO received a report o f a 13 year old male riding a motor cycle to fast on Cain Drive in Heppner Police Dept., Hepp ner ambulance received a report of an 80 year old man who had passed out, but was breathing okay. The patient was transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner. Feb. 3: MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a re quest for assistance for a dog hit by a car near Heppner Elemen tary School. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report of a chocolate lab found in the Bombing Range area. Boardman ambulance received a report o f a 14 year old female with a fever and shaking. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO received a report of a dog that barks and threatens to bite everytime a man walks by. Boardman Fire Dept, received a report o f a controlled bum be hind the old dairy on Rippee Road that was burning out of control. The fire was back in control and the call was cancelled. Columbia Middle School in Irrigon received a request for a deputy to site two 14 year olds for MIP-tobacco. MCSO received a report o f a vehicle parked half way up Cem etery Hill in lone. The horse returned home. MCSO received a report o f a fire hydrant hit on Seventh and Idaho in Irrigon. Feb. 6: Boardman ambulance received a report o f a 72 year old female with chest pain who had been released from the hospital the day before. The patient was trans ported. Heppner Police Dept, received a report from the Heppner Fire chief of a large tree down on a car behind the hospital near Mt. Glen Apts. MCSO, Morrow County Road Dept, received a report of a ve hicle that hit a tree in Irrigon. Columbia Basin Electric Coop, received a report of a powerlme down near Lexington on Highway 74 and cows were out by it. MCSO, UCSO, Oregon State Police, ODOT, Hermiston Police Dept., Heppner, Lexington Res cue vehicles received a report o f a 4-6 motor vehicle accident on Highway 207 just off Buttercreek with visibility very bad. There were no injuries. Two vehicles were involved in the accident, and the remaining 10-12 were waiting out the dust storm. One female was adm inistered oxygen for asthma. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a report from a woman that her 13 year old son had been miss ing since the previous morning. MCSO received a report of a two vehicle accident at Sandhollow. No injuries occurred. MCSO received a report of a tree down on Highway 74. MCSO received a report from a man who was attempting to evict some tenants in Irrigon and wanted a deputy contacted be cause he believed the tenants were wanted. MCSO received a report from a woman who said the Hermiston pawn shop may have her VCR that was stolen. MCSO received a report from a woman in Irrigon that a pickup truck shows up at their residence in the early morning. MCSO received a report that a black Toyota low rider pickup was stolen. MCSO received a report of an ongoing problem of a vehicle driv ing by with music blasting in Imgon. MCSO received a report of a silver Monte Carlo driving back and forth with loud music. MCSO received a report of someone knocking on a trailer door in Boardman. Boardman Police Dept, re ceived a request for an extra pa trol because o f a big party at Greenfield Grange. Feb. 7: Heppner Police Dept, received a report of a domestic dispute at a Heppner residence. The wife reported that she thinks her husband may have been drink ing and there are weapons in the house. Phillip Greif, 40, was ar rested for Assault IV Domestic and lodged at the UCSO jail. MCSO received a report o f a fire alarm at Finley Buttes Land fill. MCSO received a report of two vehicles broken into at Riverview Mobile Court with ste reos either damaged or stolen. Glen Apts, and spray-painting the walls. Heppner Fire Dept, received a report o f a fire in the fire pit across form the scale house at Kinzua out of control. The dnver was sleeping. MCSO dispatched to the Ar lington ambulance a report from a parent that her seven year old daughter had been sprayed in the face with mace. The child was having trouble breathing. It got in her eyes and she has asthma. The patient was transported to Mid- Columbia Medical Center in The Dalles. MCSO received a request from a m an for a deputy via the Boardman Police Dept. The man said his 17 year old daughter had relations with a 28 year old friend o f the family. The daughter de nied it. MCSO received a report of sheep on a neighbor’s property. MCSO received a request to talk to a deputy concerning indi viduals throwing stickers laced with something to kids. MCSO, Oregon State Police received a report o f a possible DUII o f a white Cadillac with California plates driving east- bound. MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning someone who ran the flashing red school bus lights. Oregon State Police received a report o f a drunk male who at tempted to fondle several females on a Greyhound bus. The driver of the bus said she was putting him off in Arlington and requested a trooper.
