The children refused to come to the BP for hot chocolate, but a woman talked to them to keep them off the street until an officer arrived. Nov. 17: MCSO dispatthed to the Boardman ambulance a re quest for an ambulance for a 78 year old woman in diabetic shock, in and out of consciousness with labored breathing. She refused transport.
