Sheriff's Report
MCSO deputy came across a
car on its top on Highway 207
milepost 5. One person on the
scene was uninjured.
MCSO received a report o f a
blue and white pickup on its top in
a ditch near Shaw C reek at
Chicken Springs. It was smashed
to the steering column. The ob­
server said they could see where
someone had crawled out of the
vehicle, but there was no one
around and no blood visible.
MCSO deputy, Heppner Police
and Fire Dept., City of Heppner
crew and CBEC responded to a
report of a possible flu fire with
possibly the roof on fire on Water
Street.
MCSO received a request to
sign a complaint about a dog
grow ling at a woman in

The man, who lost four fingers
and was bleeding, was trans­
ported to Good Shepherd Commu­
nity Hospital in Hermistpn. -

control as approved by ODFW.

man going to a building site and
harassing another man.
MCSO received a report of an
injured deer three miles north of
the mill. The deer was dispatched.

egon State Police a feport of a
yellow Chevy pickup parked over
the fog line on Highway 74, mile­
post 38. The owner could not be
located so the vehicle was pushed
out o f the way.

a vehicle on its side on McNab
Grade going to Olex. Occupants
of the vehicle were not present.
The vehicle was not a hazard, but
there was debris on the road.

School wood shop buildmg. It was
a false alarm, the janitor set it off.

caused and parts of the vehicle
were still there.

the bathroom. One of the bath­
room doors had been damaged.
Joseph Edward Kindle, 18, was
arrested for Assault IV and Car­
rying a Concealed Weapon. He
was lodged at the UCSO jail.

arrested for Assault IV and Car­

port of a van stolen from Missoula,
MT. containing a book of checks.
A unknown number of forged
checks showed up in the Spray
area.

gon State Police a report of a drive
off without paying for gasoline at
the Boardman BP station. The
vehicle was stolen out o f
Shoshone, ID.
MCSO dispatched to the Ore­
gon State Police a report that tv/o
males from California driving a
van with Indiana plates were un­
loading a car with Pennsylvania
plates at the Irrigon Marina.

ner Fire Dept, a report of a fire at
Kinzua in the compressor room
It was believed to be contained.

safe found by a female subject
which may contain illegal sub­
stances. The safe belonged to her
brother.

ject who gets electricity from an

other residence. The person
wanted the cord disconnected, but
couldn’t go onto the other person’s
property to unplug it.

threatened to kill her.

port of a suspicious male walking

with cattle that had rolled over on
Highway 97 milepost 5.5.

red Camaro in Irrigon witn two
intoxicated males who were yell­
ing.

ambulance for a male subject who
rolled a snowmobile and who had
chest pains, a leg injury, but was
conscious and breathing. The pa­
tient was transported to Pioneer
Memorial Hospital.

said he didn’t make the call and is
fine.

kids playing loud music at a resi­
dence in Imgon. Kids were play­
ing basketball, standing in the
street throwing rocks and forcing
cars to drive around them. The
music stopped when mama came
home.

two 3-4 year old children with suit­
cases walking to the BP station.
The children refused to come to
the BP for hot chocolate, but a
woman talked to them to keep
them off the street until an officer
arrived.

pains and difficulty breathing. The

Nov. 17: MCSO dispatthed to
the Boardman ambulance a re­
quest for an ambulance for a 78
year old woman in diabetic shock,
in and out of consciousness with
labored breathing. She refused
transport.
