The committee of Sharon Hamson, Tnsh Sweeney, Bob Jepsen, Mike McGuire, Ann Murray, Patty Dean, Dons Brosnan and Dave Sykes are to be commended for their efforts in the July 31 Main Street happening. Our ex-city manager Gary Marks drove non-stop for eight hours to be a part of the shamrock events and subject himself to the possibility of having to "put his lips on the line" to kiss the pig. The Unruh family was generous to bring the pig to the event. Lucky raffle winners were Cory McGuire, bicycle.
