June 6: MCSO received a re port of a motion detector alarm in Boardman. A dog had set it off. MCSO received a request for an officer concerning a vandalized pump on Paul Smith Road. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman' Police Dept, a report o f a trailer house damaged by someone trying to steal the heater out of it. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of a possible Driving while Under the Influence o f Intoxicants on Highway 730, westbound. MCSO received a report of two males in a red car harassing a little girl. An em ployee at Kegler’s Sentry walked her home. MCSO received a report of a party and property damage on Road Canyon with several ve hicles and a 33 gallon keg. MCSO received a report of kids lighting gun powder in Irrigon. June 7: MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a re port of a fight when a man re fused to leave Bucknum’s when asked. MCSO responded to a report o f a woman hiding in her neighbor’s bedroom after her hus band twisted her arm and back in lone. MCSO received a report of a possible fake $20 bill at the Lex ington Mini-Mart. The employee didn’t accept the $20 however. MCSO received a report of a pump station vandalized on Canal Road east of Paul Smith Road in Boardman. MCSO received a report of a black steer eastbound on Wash ington Lane in Irrigon. MCSO deputy and Boardman Police Dept, responded to a re port of a group o f juveniles beat ing a pop machine at Desert Springs Estates. MCSO cited three juveniles for Criminal Mischief. MCSO received a report of a missing 15 year old in Irrigon, who had taken his clothes with him. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of $450 found in a money clip at Boardman BP station. It was dis covered by an off-duty Hermiston Police Officer. MCSO received a report of neighbor’s dogs attacking a man in his own yard. MCSO received a report of a bull on Highway 74 out of lone. MCSO received a report of a verbal domestic dispute in Irrigon. MCSO deputy and Boardman Police Dept, responded to a re port of a person in a blue car sell ing drugs to kids behind the Sand piper Apts, in Boardman. MSO received a report of two males taking a case of beer with out paying at Kegler’s Sentry Market in Irrigon. June 8: MCSO received a re quest for a deputy for two bad checks at the Irrigon BP station. MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a request for an officer at Pioneer Memo rial Hospital. M CSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report o f a woman parking her car in iront of a driveway and refusing to move it. MCSO received a report of a chain and binder stolen from the pipeline Saturday in Boardman and also two mailboxes were knocked down. MCSO received a report of a vehicle driven through a window at Irrigon Sentry M arket. Alejandro Salas, 59, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. MCSO deputy, Oregon State Police, Boardman Police and Fire depts. and Boardman ambulance responded to a report o f a red Honda speeding and passing er ratically. The vehicle rolled on Highway 730 e n t of the 1-84 junc tion and the driver took off on foot. Alfonso Jacquez, 44, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants-Motor Vehicle Ac cident, Reckless Driving, and Giv ing False Information to a Police Officer. MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a report of a vehicle slipping out of gear and ending up in the Estes residence in Heppner. MCSO received a report of a car parked on the wrong side of the road and men drinking. An officer was unable to locate the car or the people drinking. MCSO deputy, Oregon State Police responded to a report of a blue vehicle speeding westbound on 1-84. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of two sets of juveniles not get ting along and about to get into a fight at the Boardman Manna. MCSO received a report of ju veniles walking in the middle of the road on Division Street ard wouldn’t get out of the way cf vehicles. MCSO received a report of a vehicle following two teenage girls who were walking. Suspect was in a pickup with a grey or white stripe. He had long hair and stopped in front o f them and watched them go by. MCSO received a report of a female driving an older Lincoln with two babies in back and a male passenger. The driver reeked of alcohol but when located the driver and passenger had switched places. MCSO received a report of additional information about drug traffic in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a possible driver on 1-84. The driver was not drunk, but tired and agreed to stop and get some rest. June 9: MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a re port of a male subject fighting ver bally with boys at the window of their apt. MCSO contacted a hitchhiker who was given a ride home. MCSO received a report of a dog trying to attack a woman in her yard. Officer had to pepper mace the dog. MCSO dispatched to the Fos sil ambulance and Life Flight a report of a man who had his leg and hip crushed by a log. The pa tient, conscious and breathing, was transported to Portland by Life Flight. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of a man blocking a person leav ing the Sandpiper Apts. MCSO dispatched to the Or egon State Police a report o f a man landing his helicopter in the median west of Arlington on 1-84. The helicopter had engine prob lems, but all was okay. MCSO dispatched to the Or egon State Police a report of a group of juveniles jumping off Balm Fork Bridge on Willow Creek Highway. MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a report of a large gathering of juveniles at the Heppner City Park with a dif ferent attitude. MCSO dispatched to the Or egon State Police a report of a black Suzuki Samurai speeding on 1-84 with speeds of over 80 mph. The vehicle was stopped at 1-84 eastbound, milepost 129. MCSO received a report of a motion alarm at the Irrigon Learn ing Center. MCSO dispatched to the Or egon State Police another report of juveniles at Balm Fork Bridge appearing to get ready to jump off. MCSO received a report of a group of vehicles making bike ramps in the marina and jumping off the ramps. MCSO received a report of a suspicious vehicle at Rivercrest Farms in Boardman with people appearing to be taking property. MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a report of a man forcing his way into a resi dence. The dispatcher heard scuf fling in the background and a per son said there was an assault with fists and a verbal argument. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of a man brandishing a gun after he cut off a woman in traffic and she confronted him about it. Rob ert William Weil, 60, was arrested for Menacing. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of a suspicious adult male, be lieved to be a known child mo lester, hanging around the Outback Apts. MCSO dispatched to. the Heppner Police Dept, a report of a loud party with juveniles hang ing around and howling at the moon. Subjects got into a vehicle and left downtown. Heppner Police Depi. arrested Robert C. Blodgett, 52, for As sault and Criminal Trespass. Heppner Police Dept, arrested Carla Yvonne Fickel, 34, for As sault IV and Criminal Trespass. June 10: MCSO received a re port of the Irrigon Fire Dept, dis patched to the Irrigon BP station for cardboard boxes on fire. MCSO received a report of a black mare missing from Lexing ton. The mare was located. MCSO received a report of a check stolen from a mailbox in Imgon. The check was cashed at the Umatilla AM/PM station. MCSO received a report of a disturbance at a residence in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a young male driving at a high rate of speed in Irrigon. When a neigh bor woman talked to him about it, he told her where to go. MCSO received a report of a subject sleeping in a sleeping bag behind a business in Imgon. MCSO received a report of a woman followed by a male sub ject in Irrigon. June 11: MCSO deputy and Boardman ambulance responded to a report of an adult male em ployee on medication having trouble breathing at the PGE Coal Fire Plant. MCSO received a report of a man laying half in the road and half in the bushes refusing to move. The man was transported home and a message sent to his parole officer. MCSO received a report of a vehicle traveling on 1-84 east- bound going 90 mph plus. MCSO received a report of loud music at a residence in Irrigon. MCSO dispatched to the Or egon State Police a report of a red Dodge pickup with a loaded horse trailer driving 80 mph plus and hit ting the median twice. MCSO received a report of the Little League Snack Shack bro ken into at the Marina Park. MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a report of 3-4 gunshots coming from the west by the creek. It turned out to be a ptekup backfiring. Oregon State Police, Hermis ton and Boardman Police depts. and Umatilla County S heriffs deputy responded to a report of a man visiting from Mexico who was going to drive to Boardman from Hermiston who disappeared. MCSO received a report of an older blue Escort-type car on its top. No injuries were involved. Two males, who refused help or a tow, were believed to be intoxi cated. The accident was past the Divide Wells, Cutsforth Park area. MCSO received a report of trespassing at Potlatch. June 12: MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a re port o f four Albertson’s truck drivers allegedly picking a fight with a man at the Boardman BP station. An officer was unable to locate anyone. MCSO received a report of loud noise at a residence in Irrigon. It was believed to be a party that had broken up but an officer was unable to locate anyone. MCSO dispatched to the Or egon State Police a report of a two-vehicle motor vehicle acci dent in Imgon. No injuries were involved MCSO, B oardm an Police Dept, received a report of smoke pouring out of His Place at the Port of Morrow. The fire was contained. MCSC received a report of a women’s ex-husband stalking her. MCSO received a report of someone taking mail out of a mail box, opening it and leaving it on the ground. MCSO dispatched to the Or egon State Folice a report o f a speeder on 1-84 westbound. MCSO received a request from an officer because a guy named “Psycho” had allegedly threat ened to kill the complainant. MCSO received a report of a stray horse found in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of a suspicious vehicle at Rivercrest Farms. MCSO received a report of a blue VW Rabbit and a black Chevy Cavalier racing and pass ing cars on the wrong side on I- 84 westbound at Patterson Ferry. June 13: MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a re port of a 15 year old boy sleeping on the couch in the United Meth odist Church basement. MCSO dispatched to the Irrigon ambulance a report of a possible dead infant. The infant, very sick, responded to assistance and w is transported to Good Shepherd Community Hospital in Hermiston. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of a burglar alarm at Riverside High School at the shop door. It turned out to be a groundskeeper who came in to use the restroom and couldn’t work the alarm. MCSO deputy and Heppner Police Dept, arrested Alesha Mane Leusia, 27, for Possession of M anjuina and possible drug paraphernalia. MCSO deputy and Imgon am bulance responded to a report of a female juvenile hit by a car in front of the Imgon Post Office. The patient was transported to Good Shepherd Community Hos pital in Hermiston. MCSO deputy and Boardman Police Dept, responded to a re port of a verbal domestic dispute at the Boardman BP station. MCSO deputy, Heppner ambu lance and Lexington EMTs re sponded to a report of man who had been drinking and fell beside a house. MCSO received a call from a hysterical female who said she needed help and then discon nected the cell. The call was traced to a payphone on Main Street in lone. An officer was unable to locate anyone. MCSO deputy and Boardman Police Dept, responded to a re port of a man who had head butted a female in Boardman Christopher L. Cross, 19, was ar rested for Assault IV Domestic and transported to the Umatilla County Sheriffs office jail. June 14: MCSO received a re port of a dog barking all night in Irrigon. MCSO deputy and Boardman Police Dept, responded to a re port of drunks banging on doors and cars outside the Nugget Inn in Boardman. MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a report of a window broken out in a car and building windows broken out at Heppner High School. •MCSO received a report of an alarm at Riverside High School. The building was secure. MCSO dispatched to the Or egon State Police a report of kids finding a wounded baby falcon in Heppner. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report o f a grass fire at the day use beach o ff M arina D rive in Boardman. The fire was put out. O regon State Police, Boardman Police Dept, responded to a report of a vehicle traveling at 90 mph plus and was going all over the road on 1-84 westbound. MCSO received a report of a white Corolla all over the road on Highway 730. MCSO received a report of two red vehicles speeding in Irrigon. MCSO received a report of shots fired on the comer of Paul Smith and W ilson roads in Boardman. MCSO received a report of a van at the Head Start in Irrigon with a window broken out. MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of a suspicious vehicle at Wilson Road Trailer Park. MCSO deputy, Boardman Fire Dept, and Union Pacific re sponded to a report o f visible flames from the freeway north of Tower Road near the tracks. A vehicle was on fire with grass catching on fire around it from the wind. June 15 - Received report of two sorrel horses out on Hwy 207 at mp 135 and two mules out on Hwy 74. Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a minor fender-bender accident in parking lot at Kegler's Sentry in Boardman. To lone fire dept, a report of a bam on fire on Johnson grade. MCSO received a report of a dispute at Imgon Mobile Court because some vehicle had been posted to be towed and owners were trying to stop it. MCSO received a report of a back window broken out in a car on Olsen Rd., Boardman. MCSO received a request for a patrol at the Moose Lodge Tavern in Imgon because people were getting drunk and squealing their tires and driving recklessly on the residential streets. Boardman Police Department received a report of a verbal domestic dispute at a Boardman residence. MCSO received a report of a patient overdue at Pioneer Memorial Hospital. Woman, who had an accident on a farm in lone had lost consciousness for about four hours, said she was coming in by private vehicle and hadn't showed up. Boardman Police Department received a report o f prowlers whistling and flashlights seen around a residence in Boardman. Reported to West Extension Irrigation District, a report of flooding on Paul Smith road area. Boardman PD and Boardman ambulance received report of a two vehicle accident on Kunze Rd 1/2 mile east of Main with injuries. There was no transport. Oregon State Police, Heppner Ambulance and Heppner Fire Dept, responded to a report o f an accident between an empty log truck an a car on Hwy 207 across from community center in Hardman. There was no transport, one lane blocked. MCSO arrested Tim Brooks, 23, on search warrant for possession of a controlled substance, meth, frequenting and endangering, he was lodged at . Umatilla Co. Sheriffs Office with $25,000 bail. OSP .received report of 30 cardboard boxes stacked along hwy 1-84. Boardman Fire Dept., Boardman Police Dept., MCSO responded to a report of a grass fire threatening houses at Columbia and 1st st, in Boardman. MCSO received report of an on going problem with speeding log trucks on Willow Creek Hwy, Heppner. MCSO received report of someone dynamiting Jim Bloodsworth's Creek. MCSO received a complaint of noisy dogs in Lexington. Boardman Police Dept, received a report of a 911 call, traced to Nomad pay phone. Officers unable to locate anything. June 16 - MCSO received a report of a dolly on a motorhome lost on 1-84 Eastbound. MCSO received report of a juvenile reported missing from Irrigon, spotted in Boise visiting friend in the county jail there. Boardman Police received report of two subjects trespassing at Sandpiper Apartments. Boardman Police Dept, received report of a male going through a vehicle attempting to steal a vehicle in Boardman. When confronted the male asked weird questions and appeared to be in an altered mental state. Heppner Police Dept, received report of a large gathering at a residence in Heppner. Boardman ambulance and MCSO responded to a report of a woman in Boardman having abdominal pain. She was transported to Good Shep. Hospt Boardman PD received request to speak to an officer concerning a male hitchhiking to Stanfield. Man was previously reported to be in an altered state. Heppner PD received a request to see an officer concerning a window broken out of a vehicle about a week ago. MCSO received report of a horse hit along Hwy 74 towards Pilot Rock about five minutes out of Heppner. Vehicle was totalled, but horse left unknown how badly hurt. , June 17 - MCSO received report of noisy motorbikes or four wheelers running around near canal south of Division in Irrigon. MCSO received report of a 911 call to Hermiston from an Imgon address with yelling and a female crying out for help on Division. Oregon State Police received a report of a single vehicle multiple vehicle accident on 1-84 eastbound 150. Elderly woman drove off roadway. Noninjury, nonblocking. Boardman Ambulance responded to a report of a man with chest pains at Boardman Coal Fired Plant.
