A man reportedly threatened a woman at the courthouse; MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a report o f a man who was threatened with bodily harm by his wife at his place of employment in Heppner; MCSO received a report o f a hangar door broken into at the Boardman airport. The fire was put out; MCSO and BENT arrested Paul Joseph Focht, 35, on charges o f Possession o f a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, Felon in Possession of a Firearm; Mark McCormick, 38, Possession o f a Controlled Substance, Meth amphetamine, Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used; and William Thielen, 43, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Deliv ery of a Controlled Substance and Frequenting a Place where Drugs are Used. All were lodged at the Umatilla County Sheriffs office jail; MCSO received a request for a deputy concerning a loose dog. The person changed her mind later and didn’t want a deputy; Boardman Police Dept, and Oregon State Police responded to a report o f a hit and run at the Boardman rest area; MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report o f a dog that bit a girl earlier was at large; MCSO received a report o f dogs fighting in Boardman; MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report o f a possible domestic dispute at a residence in Boardman. It turned out to be a computer glitch; MCSO received a report o f a truck shop on Tower Road in Boardman broken into; MCSO received a report o f a neighbor’s dogs loose; MCSO received a request from Columbia Middle School to cite four juveniles for Minor in Pos session, Tobacco, at the Learning Center in Imgon; Boardman Police Dept, and Boardman ambulance responded to Inland Empire Bank in Board- man for a female found uncon scious. The patient was trans ported to Good Shepherd Com munity Hospital in Hermiston; MCSO received a report of a basketball stolen from a yard in Irrigon; MCSO deputy and Oregon State Police responded to a report o f six-seven juveniles fighting in Imgon; MCSO received a report of a vehicle taken. It was located at Three-Mile Canyon on the access road west o f the boat ramp; MCSO received a report of a continuing glitch in the dam com puter. The. computer set off the alarm every five minutes. When contacted the person in the black car denied racing; MCSO received a request for an officer concerning a loud car stereo; MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report o f a group o f people having a party in the parking lot o f the Outback Apts, in Boardman; Heppner Police Dept, arrested Clarence Buchanan, Lexington, for Driving under the Influence o f Intoxicants. March 14: MCSO deputy re ported coming up to juveniles behind Riverside High School in - Boardman and one juvenile run ning; Heppner Police Dept, arrested a juvenile for M ischief III and Parole Violation. The juvenile was lodged at the Juvenile Deten tion Center in Pendleton; Heppner ambulance and Lex ington Emergency Medical Tech nicians responded to a report that a Lexington woman had over dosed on pills. The patient was :■ 4 who is transported to Pioneer Memorial Hospital in Heppner; MCSO received a report o f a flooded basement at a residence across from the Legion Hall in Heppner; MCSO received a report o f people at the Irrigon M obile Court playing loud music and getting in other tenants’ yards; MCSO received a report of an audible burglar alarm at Riverside High School. It was a false alarm, it was set off by mistake; MCSO dispatched to Gilliam County Sheriffs office and Con don ambulance a report of an 82 year old man out nding a four- wheeler and hadn’t returned. The man was located and transported to the Gilliam Co. Medical Cen ter and then airlifted to Bend. MCSO deputy and Oregon State Police responded to a caller bn a cell phone who said he was following a possible drunk driver on 1-84 eastbound. The vehicle was all over the road and other drivers were afraid to pass; MCSO deputy cited a man for Disorderly Conduct behind the Elks Lodge in Heppner; Heppner Police Dept, cited two additional men for Disorderly Conduct at the Heppner Elks Lodge; MCSO dispatched to the Or egon State Police a report of a person driving drunk, who was just leaving the BP station; MCSO deputy cited a driver for an open container and Care less Driving and the junction of Highway 74 and 207; MCSO dispatched to the Heppner Police Dept, a report of someone parked in front o f a driveway at a residence and the resident needed to get out; MCSO received a report o f obscene phone calls at a residence in lone; MCSO received a report of people playing music too loudly at the Irrigon Mobile Court; MCSO dispatched to the Boardman Police Dept, a report of a suspected burglary in Board- man.
