The parade will travel, as usual, down Main Street turning toward the courthouse on M ay Street. In 1930 Heppner eighth-grade teacher Harold Buhman started a school band. The band had a section in the bleachers and played for each rodeo and also for the parade, said the reader. GREAT BARGALNS!
