The de ceased was John Ellis Manning, Sr.; -A report of a shop broken into on Fuller Canyon Road, six miles west of Heppner. The shop was unlocked; various tools and a Bnggs and Stratton motor stolen; -A report of a pipe threader on the road north of Heppner on Highway 74; -A report of a lost calf; -A report of a stereo stolen out of a vehicle while at B & C Re pair in lone; -A request for a message de livered to a person in Irrigon for a family emergency; -A report of a restraining order violation in lone; -To Boardman Police Dept., a report of a trespasser at a resi dence in Boardman; -A report of a cow on the road at East Kunze and Miller Lane; -A report of loud construction noise late at night in Irrigon; -To Orego'n State Police, a re port of an erratic driver leaving Boardman in a Chevy Blazer with one headlight out; -A report of a person depressed and possibly thinking of suicide. May 28-a report of a fire in the Heppner area; -To Morrow County Road Dept., a report of 5-6 trees block ing the right lane on Western Route Road, approximately 10 miles on the Heppner side of Coal Mine Hill; -Morrow County deputy and Blue Mountain Narcotics Team arrested Billie Charles Kimberlin, Jr., 27, John Homer, Jr., 40, and Theresa Amos, 36, on charges of Possession of a Controlled Sub stance and two counts of Child Endangerment. Horner and Kimberlin were lodged at the Umatilla County Sheriffs office jail and Amos was released on her own recognizance; -A request of a welfare check at a residence in lone; -To Boardman Police Dept., a report of a fight in progress at Sunridge Trailer Court in Board- man; -To Oregon State Police, a re port of a fifth grader fighting with other kids and wouldn’t leave the area at A.C. Houghton Elemen tary School in Irrigon; -Morrow County deputy, Or egon State Police responded to a domestic dispute in progress at Woodland Trailer Park, Irrigon. The parties were separated. May 29-a report of three pea hens roaming around east Board- man; -To Boardman Police and Fire depts., a report of a grass fire out of control 1/4 mile east of Board- man; -To Oregon State Police, a re port of an injured deer that needed to be put down on 1-84,1/2 miles west of milepost 159, eastbound; -To Boardman Police Dept., a report of an intoxicated male who got someone else to buy the alco hol for him; -To Oregon State Police, a re port of two males stealing copper wire from the railroad at milepost 119 westbound; -Morrow County deputy and Boardman Police Dept, re sponded to a unwanted subject report at Outback Apts., Board- man. May 30-a report of an interior motion alarm sounding from a residence in Irrigon; -To Oregon State Police, a re port of a disabled vehicle on 1-84 milepost 159, eastbound, with a female walking eastbound to wards Boardman; -A report of underaged people passed out in vehicles and block ing a neighbor’s driveway at the Inigon Mobile Court; -To Heppner Police Dept., a request for a house in Heppner to be checked periodically while the owners are away; -To Oregon State Police, a re port of a person who drove off without paying at the BP station in Boardman; -To Boardman Police Dept, and ambulance, a report from a mother whose 19 year old son drank 3/4 bottle of Yukon Jack and was in and out of conscious ness. The ambulance was can celled; •A report of a burglar alarm at an Irrigon residence. It was a false alarm; -To Heppner Police Dept.,-a report of a suspicious person at a residence in Heppner. It was just a visitor; -To Boardman Police Dept., a report of three shots fired in the area. May 31-a report of a brief power outage in Boardman. The flood computer was reset three times. Hail approximately 1” in size hit the lone area; -To Heppner Police Dept., a report of a pickup and other items spray painted all over Heppner; -A report from a woman in Ir rigon who let her grandson bor row her car and had not returned it. She wanted to report it stolen; -To Union Pacific Railroad, a report of a railroad car on fire in Boardman; -A report of a trespasser at Taggares Farms; -To Boardman Police Dept., a report that someone had broken the fire alarm glass at the Nugget Inn in Boardman; -A request for traffic control at the Riverside High School gradu ation in Boardman; -Morrow County deputy, Or egon State Police responded to a report of a red Honda Civic stopped on 1-84 eastbound. It was believed to be driven by a gang member; -A report of an argument at the BP Station in Boardman between one Caucasian and three Hispan- ics; -A request to speak to an of ficer regarding giving an intoxilizer test to an employee at Lamb Weston in Boardman; -To Heppner Police Dept., a report of a fight going on at a resi dence in Heppner. Carrie E. Vernon, 39, and Larry D. Vemon, 41, were arrested for Assault IV Domestic; -To Boardman Police Dept., two reports of kids yelling names at a woman in Boardman; -To Boardman ambulance, a report of a 10 year old girl, who had fallen from a horse, com plaining of neck and chest pains; -To Boardman ambulance, a report of a 70 year old male who was unconscious with shallow breathing; -To Boardman ambulance, a report of a 49 year old female with asthma having difficulty breath ing; -To Boardman Police Dept., a report of a vehicle chasing geese in the Boardman Marina.
