Actually there is a pretty good chance o f a large number o f arrests in Heppner that day. But it's all’for a good cause. The W illow Lanes bowling alley has planned a Halloween fund raiser in which local citizens will be 'arrested' and taken in a red paddy wagon to be thrown behind bars at the bowling alley. The "criminals' must call on their friends and relatives to post their bail in the form o f donations toward W illow Lanes' clean air system.
